Abstract
本發明之課題為提供一種誘引有害節足動物群、保護植物避免有害節足動物之傷害的防治用組成物及防治方法。
本發明之解決手段為一種有害節足動物誘引組成物,其係具有包含選自由對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰大茴香醛、β-菌綠烯、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、丁香酚、3-苯基丙醛、桂皮醛、桉油醇、鯊烯、α-己基桂皮醛所構成群組中之至少2種而成的相乘作用。
Description
本發明係關於一種用以誘引有害節足動物之組成物、還有透過這種誘引而控制有害節足動物族群之行動的方法,特別是防治及預測有害節足動物所致之植物之傷害的方法。
有害節足動物所致之栽培作物之傷害,正成為世界性的問題。有害節足動物中亦存在有媒介病毒者,因會引起病毒疾病而對作物產生更嚴重的傷害。然而,生存於花蕾等密閉部位的微小有害節足動物的情形,以低密度之檢測或藉由藥劑之防治係困難。再者,由於對藥劑之抗藥性的出現而防治效果降低,或藥劑的使用所致對環境的影響,係被視為問題。所以,為了減低對於栽培作物及植物的傷害,而期盼一種檢測出有害節足動物族群,並抑制有害節足動物族群密度的方法。
有害節足動物為了利用寄主植物,而使用植物所生產、釋出之揮發性物質。因此,源自植物之化合物中的幾個,係作為有害節足動物之誘引物質而作用,且可使用添加有誘引物質之適當的陷阱來誘引有害節足動物(專利文獻1、專利文獻2、非專利文獻1、非專利文
獻2)。
利他傳訊素(kairomone)係被定義為:某種生物生產之物質,雖不利於生產之物種,但對於接受之其他種生物為帶來有益效果的物質。又,植物所生產,且接受了的草食性者會被誘引之物質亦為利他傳訊素,此等物質被當作源自植物的利他傳訊素。作為誘引化合物而已知之物質的大部分,係作為來自植物之利他傳訊素而為人所知的芳香化合物。已有報告大部分之植物利他傳訊素係作為各種有害節足動物知誘引物質。例如,作為誘引金銅金龜(Anomala cuprea)的雄、雌成蟲之利他傳訊素,已明白有青葉醇及其之酯類、異丁香酚甲酯及其類似化合物(專利文獻1、專利文獻2),利用此等作為誘引劑之陷阱已被利用於發生調查。又,已明白花之芳香的乙酸苄酯與其衍生物6成分會誘引柳杉枝天牛(Cryptomeria twining)(專利文獻3、專利文獻4、專利文獻5),利用此等作為誘引劑的陷阱亦已被利用於發生調查。
有源自植物之利他傳訊素,被報告為薊馬類的誘引物質。例如,對大茴香醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、苯甲醛、鄰大茴香醛、β-菌綠烯、丁香酚、3-苯基丙醛、單萜類(香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、桉油醇)、單萜酯類(戊酸異莰酯、三甲基乙酸異莰酯、戊酸薰衣草酯),係被報告為西方花薊馬(Frankliniella occidentalis)之誘引物質,但其誘引性的程度不同(非專利文獻3、非專利文獻4、非專利文獻5、非專利文獻6、專利文獻6、專
利文獻7、專利文獻8)。
另外,也有報告指出菸鹼酸乙酯與苯甲醛係對幽暗薊馬(Thrips obscuratus)顯示誘引性,大茴香醛與苯甲醛係對蔥薊馬(Thrips tabaci)顯示誘引性。又,有報告指出鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺苯甲酸乙酯會誘引花薊馬(Thrips hawaiiensis)、色薊馬(Thrips coloratus),但不誘引西方花薊馬、蔥薊馬(非專利文獻3、非專利文獻7、非專利文獻9)。所謂源自植物之利他傳訊素的類似物,係指顯示如利他傳訊素活性之非源自植物的化合物。例如,菸鹼酸乙酯與間胺基苯甲酸甲酯,係分別為源自植物之化合物之菸鹼酸乙酯與鄰胺基苯甲酸甲酯的類似物,雖非源自植物的化合物,但被報告為薊馬類的誘引物質(非專利文獻3、非專利文獻5、非專利文獻7、非專利文獻8)。
除了源自植物之芳香化合物以外,合成的吡啶衍生物化合物(異菸鹼酸甲酯、異菸鹼酸乙酯、異菸鹼酸丙酯、異菸鹼酸異丙酯、異菸鹼酸癸酯、2-氯-異菸鹼酸乙酯、吡啶4-(1,3-二氧戊環-2-基)、二-異丙基異菸鹼酸醯胺、4-甲醯吡啶、甲基4-吡啶酮、乙基4-吡啶酮、丙基4-吡啶酮),亦被報告對於蔥薊馬、花薊馬、幽暗薊馬顯示誘引性(專利文獻6、專利文獻7)。
亦有報告指出上述之物質,係視薊馬的種類而顯示不同程度的誘引性,顯示種特異性。
然而,僅單獨使用上述之誘引物質,對於有害節足動物並不會顯示高誘引性。再者,單獨使用係會
有無法同時對於複數種之有害動物顯示高誘引性的情形,要作為有害節足動物(例如,薊馬類等)之防治手段來使用並不充分。

以往技術,係如上述,雖於誘引植物之有害節足動物上發揮一定的作用效果,但不一定是能滿足之物。所以,本發明之目的在於提供一種手段,相較於以往技術文獻所記載之組成物,可更強力地誘引有害節足動物,因此,可更有效果地抑制有害節足動物群體的行動,特別是可防治及/或預測有害節足動物所致之植物的傷害。
本發明人等進行了為要達成上述目的及解決上述課題之提高有害節足動物的誘引效果的研究。具體而言,將藉由防治有害節足動物之植物的保護作為目的
,而在探討了對於有害節足動物顯示優異誘引性之各化合物的重量之效果時,明白了各化合物顯示更優異之誘引性的重量係分別相異。
基於此等見解,而在探討了對於有害節足動物顯示更優異之誘引性的物質或其組合時,發現了在組合周知化合物2種以上之情形,關於對有害節足動物之誘引係顯示凌駕單劑之情形的相乘效果。
所以,如藉由本發明,係提供一種有害節足動物誘引組成物作為解決上述課題者,其係含有選自源自植物之利他傳訊素及其類似物的化合物而成,該化合物係選自包含對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰大茴香醛、β-菌綠烯、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、丁香酚、3-苯基丙醛、桂皮醛、桉油醇、鯊烯、α-己基桂皮醛之群組的至少2種。
如上述,由於本發明之組成物具有優異之有害節足動物誘引效果,可效率良好地誘引、捕捉有害節足動物,能夠效率良好地抑制對作物發生傷害之有害節足動物的密度、或預測有害節足動物之發生消長。能夠藉由使用可發揮這種作用、效果之前述組成物來防治有害節足動物,而有效地保護各種植物。
於本發明中,「相乘作用」係意味著:組合了2種以上之選自源自植物之利他傳訊素及其類似體的化合物之組成物,其對於特定之有害節足動物群體之誘引效果,係較該組成物所被期待之效果非偶然地變高的作用。一般而言,在將所得2種有效成分化合物混合而進行處理之際所被期待的誘引相乘效果,可藉由下述式1的Colby之計算式求得。
「式1」:E=X+Y-(X*Y)/100
X:以有效成分化合物A進行處理時之誘引率
Y:以有效成分化合物B進行處理時之誘引率
E:將有效成分化合物A及有效成分化合物B混合而進行
處理時所被期待之誘引率(誘引率期待值)
當組合了2種的組成物之誘引率為誘引率期待值以上的情形,係被視為顯示誘引相乘效果(參照S.R.Colby,(1967)Weeds,15,20-22)。
同樣地,在將所得3種有效成分化合物混合而進行處理之際所被期待的誘引相乘效果,可藉由下述式2的Colby之計算式求得。

X:以有效成分化合物A進行處理時之誘引率
Y:以有效成分化合物B進行處理時之誘引率

當組合了3種的組成物之誘引率為誘引率期待值以上的情形,係被視為顯示誘引相乘效果(參照同上之文獻)。
這種作用係可藉由實施室內生物檢定、或田野試驗而容易地確認。因此,只要可確認這種作用者,2種以上選自源自植物之利他傳訊素及其類似物之化合物的組合比率可為任意。然而,例如雖未限定2種化合物之組合,但2種化合物之組合的重量比率可為0.0999~99.9001:99.9001~0.0999,較佳為0.1996~99.8004:99.8004~0.1996,更佳為0.99~99.01:99.01~0.99。
上述3種化合物之組合的重量比率,例如,雖未限定3種化合物之組合,但3種化合物之組合的重量比率可為0.0998~99.8004:99.8004~0.0998:0.0998~99.8004,較佳為0.1992~99.6016:99.6016~0.1992:0.1992~99.6016,更佳為0.98039~98.03922:98.03922~0.98039:0.98039~98.03922。
本發明所使用之全部的物質皆為周知之化合物,此等化合物係由市售之製劑取得、或亦可藉由周知之方法而合成。本發明之組成物,係將以上述配合比率混合上述2種以上之源自植物之利他傳訊素及其類似物者,直接、或溶於適當溶劑,例如,己烷、甲苯、丙酮、二氯甲烷等而作成溶液,還能夠使該溶液含浸於適當之保持體,例如紙、布等而使用。又,也能夠將上述2
種以上之誘引活性物質各別製劑化而在同樣的地方組合來使用。
利用本發明之組成物作為誘引源的捕獲器,亦能夠設置於有害節足動物之發生場所、或飛來區域、亦即室內、設施內、或是野外而使用。
本發明之組成物,還能夠是作為預測因有害節足動物而發生之對植物的傷害、或將其抑制於最小限度的方法之使用。
本發明為一種有害節足動物誘引組成物,藉由誘引有害節足動物來保護植物的目的之源自植物之利他傳訊素或其類似體,係選自包含對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰大茴香醛、β-菌綠烯、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、丁香酚、3-苯基丙醛、桂皮醛、桉油醇、鯊烯、α-己基桂皮醛的群組中之至少2種。
本發明之組成物,係含有選自請求項1所記載之由源自植物之利他傳訊素及其類似體所選出的化合物群中之2種而成的組成物,例如,可作成下述而使用:

本發明所使用之對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰大茴香醛、β-菌綠烯、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、丁香酚、3-苯基丙醛、桂皮醛、桉油醇、鯊烯、α-己基桂皮醛係周知之化合物,此等化合物可由市售之製劑獲得、或藉由周知之方法製造而獲得。
本發明所使用之對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰大茴香醛、β-菌綠烯、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、丁香酚、3-苯基丙醛、桂皮醛、桉油醇、鯊烯、α-己基桂皮醛,係作為植物所生成而釋放之物質或其類似物而廣為人知。
本發明之組成物中,作為請求項所記載之物質以外的有害節足動物誘引物質,還可包含異菸鹼酸乙酯、異菸鹼酸甲酯、異菸鹼酸丙酯、異菸鹼酸異丙酯、2-氯-異菸鹼酸乙酯、吡啶4-(1,3-二氧戊環-2-基)、甲基
4-吡啶酮、乙基4-吡啶酮、丙基4-吡啶酮、橙花基-S-甲基丁酸酯、乙酸薰衣草酯、青葉醇、青葉醛、乙酸青葉醇酯等周知之誘引成分。
有害節足動物,可藉由計測所捕獲之生物數來調查。防治的必要性係根據所推定之群體密度來判斷。有害節足動物之大量的捕獲,則依據本發明而提供之有害節足動物之除去方法為必要。相反地,有害節足動物為低密度的情形,則迅速的防治並不一定必要。
例如,本發明之組成物可設置於捕獲器內。如此之捕獲器係設計成釋出有效量的誘引物質。該補獲器係設置於有害節足動物會發生或被預測會發生的場所。誘引物質之氣味,可將有害節足動物誘引至捕獲器內。之後,可藉由例如於捕獲器內設置對有害節足動物顯示致死效果的殺蟲劑,來捕殺誘引至捕獲器內之有害節足動物。或者,亦能夠藉由設置黏著板來誘引、捕殺。於以下記載可與本發明之組成物摻合之有效殺蟲活性成分之例。

(Agriotes spp.)等;內翅首目膜翅目有害節足動物:紅角菜葉蜂(Athalia rosae)、切葉蟻(Acromyrmex spp.)、紅火蟻(Solenopsis spp.)等;多新翅目直翅目有害節足動物:非洲螻蛄(Gryllotalpa africana)、小翅稻蝗(Oxya yezoensis)、日本稻蝗(Oxya japonica)等;蟎目有害節足動物:二點葉蟎(Tetranychus urticae)、柑桔葉蟎(Panonychus citri)、小爪蟎屬等之葉蟎類、桔刺皮節蜱(Aculops pelekassi)等蟲癭壁蝨類、多食細蟎(Polyphagotarsonemus latus)等細蟎類、偽葉蟎類、杜克葉蟎類、腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)等粉蟎類、粉塵蟎(Dermatophagoides farinae)、塵蟎(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus)等塵蟎類、普通肉食蟎(Cheyletus eruditus)、馬六甲肉食蟎(Cheyletus malaccensis)、和莫式肉食蟎(Cheyletus moorei)等肉食蟎類等;線蟲類:葉芽線蟲(Aphelenchoides besseyi)、草莓芽線蟲(Nothotylenchus acris)等。
作為含有本發明相關之有害節足動物誘引物質的組成物會顯示防治效果之有害節足動物,特別可列舉外翅總目薊馬目有害節足動物。
以下,將本發明與顯示其之效果等之試驗例一起,更具體地說明,但並非意圖將本發明之技術範圍限定於該等者。
試驗例1
調製含有選自對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、α-己基桂皮醛之各單劑的己烷溶液。各單劑係調製成0.01μg、0.1μg、1μg、10μg、100μg之5階段的重量。使該溶液含浸於濾紙後,使用膠帶固定於塑膠製之試樣瓶蓋上,設置於含有界面活性劑之水盆誘捕器。將30隻西方花薊馬雌蟲成蟲放養於壓克力製籠之後,將上述含有誘引劑的水盆誘捕器設置於籠內部。24小時後計算水盆誘捕器所捕獲之薊馬數,使用式1計算出誘引率。將其之結果示於表1。
「式1」:誘引率=(處理區之捕獲數-無處理區之捕獲數)*100/(每一籠之總放養蟲數)
試驗例2
調製含有選自對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、α-己基桂皮醛之2種化合物的混合己烷溶液。各個化合物之重量,係根據試驗例1調整為顯示最高誘引率的重量。使該2種混合液含浸於濾紙後,使用膠帶固定於塑膠製之試樣瓶蓋上,設置於含有界面
活性劑之水盆誘捕器。將30隻西方花薊馬雌蟲成蟲放養於壓克力製籠之後,將上述含有誘引劑的水盆誘捕器設置於籠內部。24小時後計算水盆誘捕器所捕獲之薊馬數,使用式1計算出誘引率。又,為了比較,而將各單劑分別調製為既定濃度之己醇溶液並進行同樣的試驗。將其之結果示於表2。

試驗例4
調製含有選自對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、α-己基桂皮醛之2種化合物的混合己烷溶液。各個化合物之重量係調整為1μg。使此2種的混合液含浸於濾紙(3mm2)後,設置於塑膠製之吸管前端(全長9cm)。另一方面,由相反側之吸管前端放養1隻
二點葉蟎雌蟲成蟲後,計算10分鐘內接觸含混合誘引劑之濾紙的二點葉蟎數,使用式1計算誘引率。又,為了比較,而調製各單劑之己烷溶液並進行同樣的試驗。將其之結果示於表4。
「式1」:誘引率=(處理區之接觸個體數-無處理區之接觸個體數)*100/(反覆數)
一般而言,將所得2種的有效成分化合物混合而進行處理之際所期待之誘引相乘效果,可依下述式2之Colby之計算式求得。

調製含有選自對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、α-己基桂皮醛之2種化合物的混合己烷溶液。各個化合物之重量係調整為100μg。使該2種之混合液含浸於濾紙後,使用膠帶固定於塑膠製之試樣瓶蓋上,設置於含有界面活性劑之水盆誘捕器。將20隻果蠅成蟲放養於壓克力製籠之後,將上述含有誘引劑的水盆誘捕器設置於籠內部。24小時後計算水盆誘捕器所捕獲之果蠅數,使用式1計算出誘引率。又,為了比較,而調製各單劑之己醇溶液並進行同樣的試驗。將其之結果示於表5。

調製含有選自對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、α-己基桂皮醛之2種化合物的混合己烷溶液。各個化合物之重量係調整為1μg。使此2種的混合液含浸於濾紙(3mm2)後,固定於1cm2之黃色黏著板。於塑膠製杯(150ml)放養10隻蔥薊馬雌成蟲後,將上述含有混合誘引劑之黏著陷阱設置於塑膠杯內部之側面。24小時後,計算黏著陷阱所捕獲之薊馬數,使用式1計算誘引率。又,為了比較而調製各單劑之己烷溶液並進行同樣的試驗。將其之結果示於表6。

藉由本發明可提供具有高活性之有害節足動物防治用組成物、及可有效地預測及防治有害節足動物的方法。
Claims (12)
- 一種用以誘引有害節足動物之組成物,其係含有選自源自植物之利他傳訊素(kairomone)及其類似物的至少2種化合物而成,該利他傳訊素及其類似物,係選自包含對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰大茴香醛、β-菌綠烯、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、丁香酚、3-苯基丙醛、桂皮醛、桉油醇、鯊烯、α-己基桂皮醛之群組,且對於有害節足動物之誘引具有相乘作用。
- 一種用以誘引有害節足動物之組成物,其係含有選自源自植物之利他傳訊素及其類似物的至少2種化合物而成,該利他傳訊素及其類似物,係選自包含對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、香葉草醇、沉香醇、橙花醇、香茅醇、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、α-己基桂皮醛之群組,且對於有害節足動物之誘引具有相乘作用。
- 一種用以誘引有害節足動物之組成物,其係含有選自源自植物之利他傳訊素及其類似物的至少2種化合物而成,該利他傳訊素及其類似物,係選自包含對大茴香醛、苯甲醛、菸鹼酸乙酯、鄰胺苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、鄰胺基苯乙酮、鄰甲氧苯胺、間胺基苯甲酸甲酯、鄰油酸甲酯、α-己基桂皮醛之群組,且對於有害節足動物之誘引具有相乘作用。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之組成物,其中,選自源自植物之利他傳訊素及其類似物的化合物為2種。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之組成物,其中,選自源自植物之利他傳訊素及其類似物的化合物為3種。
- 如請求項4之組成物,其中,2種化合物係基於重量比,以0.0999~99.9001:99.9001~0.0999組合。
- 如請求項4之組成物,其中,2種化合物係基於重量比,以0.1996~99.8004:99.8004~0.1996組合。
- 如請求項4之組成物,其中,2種化合物係基於重量比,以0.99~99.01:99.01~0.99組合。
- 如請求項5之組成物,其中,3種化合物係基於重量比,以0.0998~99.8004:99.8004~0.0998:0.0998~99.8004組合。
- 如請求項5之組成物,其中,3種化合物係基於重量比,以0.1992~99.6016:99.6016~0.1992:0.1992~99.6016組合。
- 如請求項5之組成物,其中,3種化合物係基於重量比,以0.98039~98.03922:98.03922~0.98039:0.98039~98.03922組合。
- 一種有害節足動物之防治方法及/或發生預測方法,其係對有害節足動物使用如請求項1至11中任一項之組成物。
