Abstract

本發明係關於一種配製飲料或食物之方法,在該方法中一液體沖過一配份杯且溶解及/或溶出一飲料-/食品物質。本發明進一步係關於一具有一杯體之配份杯,其杯壁及杯底包圍出一內部空間,在其中裝有飲料-/食品物質,該物質被一沖入配份杯之液體溶解及/或溶出。

Description

用於配製飲料之配份杯及方法
本發明係關於一種配製飲料或食物之方法,在該方法中一液體沖過一配份杯且溶解及/或溶出一飲料/食品物質。本發明進一步係關於一具有一杯體之配份杯,其杯壁及杯底包圍出一內部空間,在其中裝有飲料/食品物質,該物質被一導入配份杯之液體溶解及/或溶出。
配份杯現今多用於配製飲料或食品。為此配份杯被一液體,特別是熱水,沖過,且在配份杯中之飲料/食品物質被溶出及/或溶解。然而如此產生之飲料通常風味不足。
因而本發明之目的在於提出一種配份杯,其不具有先前技術之缺點。
此目的藉由一種配製飲料或食品之方法達成,在該方法中一液體沖過一配份杯且溶解及/或溶出一飲料/食品物質,而該配份杯在配製飲料前及/或配製飲料時被擠壓,使飲料/食品物質受到壓縮。
針對本發明標的物之實施例對本發明針對其他標的物之實施例同樣成立,反之亦然。本發明此標的物之特徵可與本發明其他標的物之特徵結合。
本發明係關於一種配製飲料或食品之方法,在該方法中一液體沖過一配份杯且溶解及/或溶出一飲料/食品物質。配份杯具有一杯體,該杯體具有一杯壁,例如一圓柱或錐形壁,及具有一杯底,兩者共同形成一內部空間。在此內部空間裝有飲料/食品物質,可供配製例如茶、咖啡、特濃咖啡(Espresso)、抑或食品,例如湯,其方式為,將一液體,特別是熱水,沖入配份杯,該液體溶解及/或溶出飲料/食品物質。該飲料/食品物質可為例如咖啡粉末或茶葉,但亦可為乾燥牛奶或可可粉末。
在本發明中配份杯在飲料配製前及/或配製中被擠壓,並因此壓縮飲料/食品物質。物質因而被均勻沖泡。另外或追加作法是,提高物質粉末之流阻,以提升所配製飲料或食品之品質。
在內部空間中,特別是在液體供應之下游方向及飲料/食品物質之上游方向,以設有一液體分配器為佳,其至少局部將通常以水柱形式導入配份杯之液體供應分配至配份杯之截面。另一種作法是液體供應由蓋子朝上游方向進入沖泡室,且經由多孔,特別是戳孔,為佳,該戳孔最好被蓋子上之戳孔器,特別是蓋箔,施加為佳,以預分配形式導入配份杯內部空間,且必要時在一第二步驟經由液體分配器至少局部額外分配至配份杯截面。液體在飲料/食品物質之沖擊速度被液體分配器降低。
根據一偏好之實施例,液體分配器可為一塑膠構件,例如射出成形及/或深抽而成。
配份杯最好在其軸向之延伸受到縮減。特別是組合沖泡室兩半部時,配份杯在其縱向延伸,亦即平行於旋轉對稱軸 或平行於沖入配份杯之液體沖流方向,受到擠壓,使配份杯容積減少,且飲料/食品物質被壓縮。這當中飲料/食品物質粉末之密度改變及/或飲料/食品物質在配份杯中重新分佈。該壓縮可經由杯壁之一塑性及/或彈性變形產生。例如配份杯之壁可具有預設之折點,該折點以沿配份杯壁全部周緣開設為佳,但特別偏好僅在其軸向延伸之一部份區域開設,促進變形。
另外或額外之作法在於,配份杯至少在其徑向分段縮短,亦即橫對旋轉對稱軸方向、或垂直於沖過配份杯之液體之沖流方向受到擠壓,減少配份杯容積,因而壓縮飲料/食品物質。這當中飲料/食品物質粉末之密度改變及/或飲料/食品物質在配份杯中重新分佈。該壓縮可經由杯壁之一塑性及/或彈性變形產生。例如配份杯之壁可具有預設之折點,有利於變形。該擠壓可發生於配份杯壁一特定區域或發生於其整個周緣上及/或配份杯壁之整個高度上。例如配份杯壁可具有預設之折點,其以沿配份杯壁之軸向延伸方向為佳,但特別偏好僅在其周緣一部分區域延伸,幫助其變形。
本發明另一標的物係一配份杯,具有一杯體,其杯壁與杯底形成一內部空間,其中容納飲料/食品物質,該物質被一沖入配份杯之液體溶解及/或溶出,其特徵為,杯壁及/或杯底可壓縮。
針對本發明此標的物之實施例對本發明其他標的物同樣成立,反之亦然。本發明個別標的物之特徵可互相結合。
本發明另一標的物係一種由一沖泡室及一沖泡塞構成之系統,沖泡室中置入一根據本發明之配份杯,而沖泡塞關 閉沖泡室且其上設有戳孔器,其可打開配份杯,而在沖泡室上及/或在沖泡塞上設有一器物,可以在配製飲料或食品當中或配製前縮減配份杯之容積。
針對本發明此標的物之實施例對本發明其他標的物同樣成立,反之亦然。本發明個別標的物之特徵可互相結合。
沖泡室,特別是容納配份杯體之部分,以分段或分部設置為佳,而各段可相對移動,使其徑向及/或軸向擠壓杯體。在將配份杯置入沖泡室後各段/部互相移動,且經由此配份杯在徑向周緣及/或在其軸向延伸縮減。在沖泡程序結束後,各段/部又互相移動且配份杯可被拋棄。

以下將根據圖式說明本發明。此說明僅係舉例性質,並不構成對本發明整體思維之限制。
圖1至圖3 分別顯示本發明之方法、配份杯及系統之一實施例。
圖1顯示本發明之系統之第一實施例,其具有一配份杯1,該配份杯由一杯體及一杯蓋構成,杯體例如係一由塑膠材料射出成形或深抽而成之杯體,而杯蓋特別係一蓋箔,該蓋箔以設於杯體一凸緣上為佳,特別是附設於其上。在配份杯之內部空間中,特別是在杯體中,裝有飲料/食品物質,該物質被沖泡及溶出,配製出飲料或食品。沖泡時例如蓋箔被一戳孔刺28戳穿,且一液體,特別是熱水,沖入配份杯中,溶出及/或溶解飲料/食品物質。飲料/食品物質被液體沖過後,所配製之飲料或食 品離開配份杯,例如經由杯底。在杯體內部可設置一過濾元件4,防止顆粒由配份杯沖出。此外本發明之系統具有一沖泡室25,在本實施例中該杯體至少被部分容納於其中。本系統進一步具有一沖泡塞26,在其上在此處設有戳孔刺28且在本實施例中設有一密封環27,在配製飲料時,沖泡塞被推向沖泡室25方向,亦即圖中向左方向。在圖1之右方部分該系統處於關閉狀態,沖泡塞26壓在配份杯1之凸緣上,抵緊沖泡室25,而密封環27使沖泡塞對配份杯密封。同時戳孔刺刺穿蓋箔,使液體可沖入配份杯。比較圖1左邊與右邊顯示,配份杯在沖泡塞運動時由其原先之軸向延伸D縮減至在軸向延伸之D’,亦即配份杯之杯壁在軸向平行於配份杯之旋轉對稱軸或平行於液體之沖流方向被壓縮。同時在配份杯中之飲料/食品物質亦被壓縮,一方面可造成飲料/食品物質在配份杯內部重新分佈及/或其密度提高,其方式為粉末個別顆粒間之空室變小。飲料/食品物質之粉末之流阻升高,使得例如液體在配份杯截面上分佈更好,且造成飲料/食品物質較佳之溶出及/或溶解行為。經由較高之流阻飲料/食品物質之溶出改善。
圖2顯示本發明另一實施例,其中至少部分可參考圖1中之實施例。在本實施例中,可在配份杯之軸向壓縮外另外或額外產生一徑向壓縮,使得杯體3由其原先半徑R(左邊之圖示)縮減至半徑R’(右邊之圖示)。在本實施例中此係經由沖泡室分段而產生,而沖泡室部分,特別是在配份杯徑向周緣上接著於杯底與凸緣之間之部分可相向及相背運動,使配份杯被壓縮且再度造成飲料/食品物質之密緻。該運動可為一轉動或一線性運動或兩種運動之結合。配份杯在本實施例中被置入沖泡室25且沖 泡塞接觸在配份杯之杯蓋上。因而可活動之分段/分部相向運動,直至或者達到一特定壓力,及/或容積縮小一定量。之後配製所需之飲料及/或食品,其方式為,將一液體,特別是熱水,沖過配份杯。飲料及/或食品配製完成後,兩部分重回其原先位置,且配份杯可被拋棄。
圖3顯示本發明之系統又一實施例,其基本可參考圖2中之實施例。在此實施例中沖泡室25亦實施成兩分部式或多分部式,而兩分部25’、25”互相保持一定距離,由圖3中左側圖示可看出。一旦配份杯被置入沖泡室,且特別是沖泡塞在沖泡室25方向運動,且接觸在配份杯之凸緣上之後,配份杯之兩分部25’、25”,此處線性,相向運動,因而配份杯之容積又縮減,且飲料/食品物質之密度及/或位置改變。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種配製飲料或食品之方法,在該方法中一液體沖過一配份杯(1)且溶解及/或溶出一飲料/食品物質(11),其特徵為,配份杯在配製飲料前及/或在配製飲料時被擠壓,且飲料/食品物質(11)被壓縮。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之方法,其特徵為,配份杯在其軸向延伸(D)縮減。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之方法,其特徵為,配份杯至少分段在其徑向延伸(R)縮減。
  4. 一種配份杯(1),具有一杯體(3),其杯壁(9)及杯底(5)形成一內部空間,在其中置入一飲料-/食品物質(11),該物質被一沖入配份杯中之液體溶解及/或溶出,其特徵為,杯壁(9)及/或杯底(5)可被壓縮。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第4項所述之配份杯(1),其特徵為,在杯壁及/或杯底(5)上設置預折點。
  6. 一種由一沖泡室(25)及一沖泡塞(26)構成之系統,在沖泡室中置入一前述申請專利範圍中任一項所述之配份杯,而沖泡塞關閉該沖泡室,其特徵為,在沖泡室(25)上及或在沖泡塞(26)上設有一器物(12),可縮減配份杯之容積。
  7. 根據申請專利範圍第6項所述之系統,其特徵為,該器物(12)係一或多個分段,其徑向擠壓杯體。
  8. 根據申請專利範圍第6項所述之系統,其特徵為,沖泡室實施成多分部式,而分部(25’、25”)可互相相對運動,特別是滑動。
  9. 根據申請專利範圍第8項之系統,其特徵為,該分部徑向壓縮杯體。
