Abstract
本案係一種可塑形的冷熱敷袋,其具有一不滲水之軟質密閉袋體,複數個裝填於該袋體內之顆粒狀支撐物,各顆粒狀支撐物具有至少一孔隙,另將液體注入袋體內,使液體充斥與容納於該等顆粒狀支撐物之孔隙內,該液體的量稍少於該等顆粒狀支撐物所堆疊後之總體積,使該袋體內部成為負壓狀態,進而使該等顆粒狀支撐物及液體及被大氣壓力壓迫固定而不會垂流。本案可廣泛應用於冷熱敷墊、坐墊、水床、防褥瘡床墊、保溫墊等不同領域物品,卻又大幅超越該等習知產品之功能與品質。
Description
本案係有關一種冷熱敷袋,尤指一種可塑形的冷熱敷袋。
按吾人使用冷熱敷袋之場合多有所見,較常見者,例如床墊、坐墊、枕頭、椅墊、眼罩等,可謂琳瑯滿目,不一而足。
習知冷熱敷袋,主要概分為兩大類,其一為在袋體內充填液體,其二則為在袋體內充填液體並加置塊狀內襯,使該袋體內呈負壓狀態。基本上,第一類冷熱敷袋是充填液體於冷熱敷袋內,並添加增稠劑或進一步將袋體分封成數個小獨立分隔體,藉以改善液體因重力吸引導致自然垂流的缺點。而第二類冷熱敷袋內部呈負壓狀態,並利用大氣壓力壓迫液體駐留在內襯的孔隙內,藉以改善液體因重力吸引導致自然垂流的缺點。
由於水的價格低廉、環保,且為容易取得的材料,更重要的是水比熱很高,所以自然成為最佳的冷卻或加熱媒劑;但是水既為流體,所以本身無固定形狀且受重力吸引而會產生垂流情況。此一特性使上述第一類冷熱敷袋在作為坐、臥用墊時,產生漂浮不穩的問題。事實上,作為冷熱敷袋時,液體無法駐留在需要之處,以致成效不佳。另當壓迫繃綁時,袋體會鼓脹而無法與人體體型相契合,而令人困擾。而第二類冷熱敷袋若是使用海綿作為內襯時,海綿的弱支撐力在袋體受壓時,海綿體積被壓縮變小,液體會從海綿流出,而喪失負壓狀態,液體一樣會產生垂流。為求改善前述缺陷,已有業者使用立體織物內襯取代海綿,但是立體織物內襯在生產及使用上仍有下述的缺點:
1、立體織物內襯價格昂貴,無法普遍使用在冷熱敷袋。
2、立體織物內襯織造不易,且一般厚度為約1cm,使袋體內部產生負壓空間有限,無法裝填足夠的液體。
3、當立體織物內襯裁切後,其掉落的段狀單絲很難清除,造成後續填充液體時的困擾,甚至黏在袋體的封合位置,造成袋體無法完全密封。
4、立體織物內襯為片狀形體,無法讓使用者依其需要移動或調整厚薄,使之能真正契合人體體型達到最佳之冷熱敷效果。
5、立體織物內襯的冷熱敷袋生產很困難,因為內部駐留的空氣很難排出,不容易達成負壓狀態。
如本案申請人所擁有之本國專利公告第585054、I293601號專利案(對應美國第6,622,781號專利案)所示,該袋體內裝設一片狀立體織物(spacer fabric),並讓袋體內部形成負壓,以便利用大氣壓力壓迫液體在立體織物內部空隙,使液體不會垂流;但是因立體織物厚度大多在1cm以下,且成本高,而無法調整袋體不同部位的厚度,以便契合於人體體型,使冷熱敷更有效率。
又如本案申請人所擁有之本國專利公告第M304954號專利案(對應中國第ZL 200520119277.2號專利案)所示,其係於袋體內裝置一塊狀發泡體(sponge),並讓該袋體內部大致形成負壓,以便利用大氣壓力壓迫液體在塊狀發泡體內部空隙,使液體不會垂流;雖然海綿在成本及厚度方面比立體織物優越,但其支撐力不如立體織物,當海綿的弱支撐力在袋體受壓力時就會縮小,使液體從海綿流出,袋體進而鼓脹而喪失負壓狀態,液體一樣會產生流動與垂流,而無法調整袋體不同部位的厚度,以便更契合於人體體型,使冷熱敷更有效率。
本案主要目的在於提供一種可塑形的冷熱敷袋,其袋體內部之支撐物為具孔隙之顆粒狀體,使用者可隨意擠壓袋體,藉以推移顆粒狀支撐物,並同時移動該等顆粒狀支撐物及其孔隙內所容納之液體,藉以調整冷熱敷袋的形狀,使其更契合於人體體型。
本案另一目的在於提供一種可塑形的冷熱敷袋,其顆粒狀支撐物及其孔隙內所容納之液體在負壓狀態下被大氣壓力壓迫固定而不會垂流。
為達成前述之目的,本案所採取之技術手段係提供一種可塑形的冷熱敷袋,其包括:一不滲水之軟質密閉袋體;
複數個顆粒狀支撐物,其裝填於該袋體內,各顆粒狀支撐物具有至少一孔隙;以及液體,其充斥與容納於該等顆粒狀支撐物之孔隙內,該液體的量稍少於該等顆粒狀支撐物所堆疊後之總體積,使該袋體內部成為負壓狀態,進而使該等顆粒狀支撐物及液體被大氣壓力壓迫固定而不會垂流。
本案次要目的在於提供一種可塑形的冷熱敷袋,其袋體上設置至少一可開閉之開口,讓使用者可自行充填液體,並可輕易控制液體容量,讓冷熱敷袋達成負壓狀態,而具備方便搬運及儲存的優點,同時可大幅減輕運送時的重量。
本案另一目的在於提供一種可塑形的冷熱敷袋,其袋體上設置至少一可開閉之開口,讓使用者可以自行充填液體及抗凍劑,例如日常生活用品的食鹽、酒精、丙二醇或甘油等抗凍劑,並能輕易控制在負壓狀態,使顆粒狀支撐物及其孔隙內所容納之液體被大氣壓力壓迫固定而不會垂流,使得該袋體在冰點以下保持柔軟,達到冰敷的最佳效果。
本案所採取之另一技術手段係提供一種可塑形的冷熱敷袋,其包括:一不滲水之軟質袋體,其具有至少一可開閉之開口;複數個顆粒狀支撐物,其裝填於袋體內,各顆粒狀支撐物具有至少一孔隙;以及液體,其係由該開口進行充填,並充斥與容納於該等顆粒狀支撐物之孔隙內,該液體的量可被調整至稍少於該等顆粒狀支撐物所堆疊後之總體積,並將該多餘的液體由該開口排出與關閉後,使該袋體內部成為負壓狀態,進而使該等顆粒狀支撐物及液體被大氣壓力壓迫固定而不會垂流。

如圖1至圖4所示,基本上,本案冷熱敷袋係由一袋體1,複數個顆粒狀支撐物2,以及液體3所組成。
如圖1所示,袋體1為不滲水之軟質材料,例如但不限於高分子聚合物,例如選自聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚乙烯貼合聚醯胺(PE/Nylon)、醋酸乙烯(EVA)、氫化苯乙烯熱可塑性彈性體(SEBS)、矽膠(Silicon)所製成,且前述該高分子聚合物表面得貼合一織物,以增加袋體1的質感與美感。
其中,該袋體1內部容積大於顆粒狀支撐物2及液體3之總體積,以便將該等支撐物2及液體3容置於該袋體1的內部空間。如圖1所示,該袋體1內於容置複數個顆粒狀支撐物2及適量液體3後,該袋體1內部呈現負壓狀態,此時,袋體1被外部大氣壓力壓迫,進而連帶約束顆粒狀支撐物2及其孔隙21內所飽含液體3於該袋體1內部的某一區域,使該液體3不受重力吸引產生垂流。
由於該袋體1內具有一餘裕空間11,該餘裕空間11足以收納由顆粒狀支撐物2之孔隙21移出之少量液體3,使得該袋體1在使用狀態下保持鬆弛柔軟,以便能提供密切契合身體體型,而達最佳之冷熱敷效果。
該等顆粒狀支撐物2以高分子聚合物,例如聚乙烯(PE)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚丙烯(PP)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯(PET)或聚醯胺(PA)所製成,或者該高分子聚合物混合具遠紅外線放射材料,例如氧化鋯、鍺或竹炭等所製成。各顆粒狀支撐物2具至少一孔隙21,如圖2a及圖2b所示,該支撐物2例如但不限於管狀或中空球狀造形,由於顆粒狀支撐物2為具相當硬度的材料,例如蕭式硬度(ShoreA)為60 A以上,因此,當受到外力擠壓時,則本身具有適當的支撐力及彈性,使液體3從顆粒狀支撐物2之孔隙21移出的量甚少,以配合袋體1之餘裕空間11,使該冷熱敷袋在使用狀態下保持鬆弛柔軟,故能密切契合身體體型,而達最佳之冷熱敷效果。
液體3例如但不限於水,為避免結冰或硬化,故可加入適量之防凍劑,例如食鹽、酒精、丙二醇或甘油等。同時,該液體3主要是駐留在各顆粒狀支撐物的孔隙21內,少量駐留在該等顆粒狀支撐物2堆疊後之間隙。
本案冷熱敷袋製造時,其可經由袋體1之灌口裝填顆粒狀支撐物2及液體3,並以液體3驅趕袋體1內空氣後同時排除多餘之液體3,待冷熱敷袋內部呈現出適當的負壓狀態時,即可封閉該灌口。經由控制液體3排出量,可輕易得到各種不同負壓程度,以符合不同產品的個別需求,例如液體3排出量越多則負壓程度越大,使該等顆粒狀支撐物2及液體3越不容易被移動,相對的袋體1也就比較不柔軟。
如圖3所示,使用者以雙手分別推擠該袋體1兩側,使內部該等顆粒狀支撐物2及其孔隙21內所容納之液體3往中間移動,而形成袋體1中央形成隆起狀之塑型型態。
如圖4所示,係將該冷熱敷袋包覆在人體的後腳跟,並以手擠壓該袋體1內之顆粒狀支撐物2,藉以推移顆粒狀支撐物2,並同時移動該等顆粒狀支撐物2及其孔隙21內所容納之液體3,從而調整該冷熱敷袋的形狀契合於後腳跟,從而獲致最佳之冷敷或熱敷效果。
圖5為本案冷熱敷袋第二實施例之示意圖,該袋體1包括至少一可開閉之開口12,該可開閉之開口12包括一由高分子聚合物射出成型所組成之液體控制閥4,並藉由該液體控制閥4可控制該液體3之充填或排出。該液體控制閥4具有一結合於該開口12之固定件41,該固定件41內部設有一格網411以防止該等顆粒狀支撐物2由該開口12掉出袋體1,而外部另設有一例如但不限於螺紋段之結合部412,以便接裝一開關閥42,該開關閥42設有一可滑動之閥蓋421,當該閥蓋421被拉出時,使該開關閥42予以開啟;反之,該閥蓋421被推入時,則將該開關閥42予以關閉。
圖6為該冷熱敷袋第二實施例充填液體之示意圖,當袋體1填充液體3時,該袋體1取下開關閥42後,即可充填液體3,等液體3充滿並從開口12流出後,接著裝回開關閥42,並將該開關閥42接裝於該開口12所設置之固定件41上的結合部412,使液體3不致由液體控制閥4流出。
圖7a及圖7b為該冷熱敷袋第二實施例充填液體後,並排除多餘液體,使袋體呈現負壓狀態之示意圖。首先將充滿液體3的袋體1開口12朝下,並拉開該該開關閥42之閥蓋421,使液體3因重力及大氣壓力的壓迫,而向下排出,直到大氣壓力無法再壓縮顆粒狀支撐物2的體積時,液體3就不會再排出;接著,鎖緊該開關閥42,並將該閥蓋421推入,使該該開關閥42呈關閉狀態。
此時,袋體1內部已呈負壓狀態;當然使用者亦可依實際需要擠壓顆粒狀支撐物2,讓液體3繼續由開口12流出,使袋體1內部呈現出更高之負壓。此時,顆粒狀支撐物2及液體3全被大氣壓力壓迫而不會垂流,而顆粒狀支撐物2則可被擠壓移位來塑造出所欲之袋體1形狀。
圖8本案液體控制閥第二實施例與袋體開口結合後之示意圖,該液體控制閥亦可為一夾具43,該夾具43可由該袋體1之開口12卸除後,即可充填液體3,等液體3充滿並從開口12流出後,如前述步驟將充滿液體3的袋體1開口12朝下,使液體3因重力及大氣壓力的壓迫,而向下排出,直到大氣壓力無法再壓縮顆粒狀支撐物2的體積時,液體3就不會再排出;接著,將該開口12予以反摺後,再將該夾具43夾固於該反摺後之開口12,使液體不致滲出。
此外,該袋體1外型不限於圖式所揭示的範例,其亦可製成如卡通玩偶之可愛造形,或者裝設在絨毛抱枕內部,而創造出更友善的使用介面。再者,另可將具遠紅外線放射礦石混合在顆粒狀支撐物2內或與液體3混合,以便袋體1被加熱後,熱能可轉換成充足的遠紅外線,而產生最佳的熱敷效果。尤有進者,該袋體1在負壓狀態下,絕大部分液體3容存在顆粒狀支撐物2之孔隙21內,該孔隙21可阻隔液體3對流,減少該冷熱敷袋與外界的熱能交換,大幅延長冷熱敷袋溫度的維持時間。
所以,經由本案之實施,其所增益的功效在於,該冷熱敷袋利用大氣壓力並重組元件間新的對應關係,從而產生多項新功能,完全克服習知冷熱敷袋無法穩定支撐,高接觸壓力,封合邊容易爆裂與液體會垂流等問題。本案液體完全跟隨著具孔隙之顆粒狀支撐物而分佈,藉由推擠移動袋體內顆粒狀支撐物移動,即可塑造袋體形狀,以完全契合並服貼於身體之任何部位體型,達最佳之冷敷或熱敷效果。此外,由於液體係飽含在顆粒狀支撐物之孔隙內,該等顆粒狀支撐物會阻礙液體之對流,減緩液體能量之移動,進而大幅延長冷敷或熱敷的時間。
尤有進者,本案具有穩定支撐能力,不垂流及最大之液體含量,除了可當作抗褥瘡床墊、冷熱敷墊、保溫墊、水床及滑鼠鼠墊外,在夏天睡覺時可當床墊使用,以代替冷氣,除環保節源外,又可保持室內空氣流通,堪稱為冷熱敷袋產品之一大突破。
本案所揭示者,乃較佳實施例之一種,舉凡局部之變更或修飾而源於本案之技術思想而為熟習該項技藝之人所易於推知者,俱不脫本案之專利權範疇。

Claims (19)
- 一種可塑形的冷熱敷袋,其包括:
一不滲水之軟質密閉袋體;
複數個顆粒狀支撐物,其裝填於該袋體內,各顆粒狀支撐物具有至少一孔隙;以及
液體,其充斥與容納於該等顆粒狀支撐物之孔隙內,該液體的量稍少於該等顆粒狀支撐物所堆疊後之總體積,使該袋體內部成為負壓狀態,進而使該等顆粒狀支撐物及液體被大氣壓力壓迫固定而不會垂流。 - 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該顆粒狀支撐物形狀之孔隙為管狀或中空球狀。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該顆粒狀支撐物係由高分子聚合物所製成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該顆粒狀支撐物係由高分子聚合物混合選自氧化鋯、鍺或竹炭之具遠紅外線放射性材料所製成。
- 如申請專利範圍第3或4項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該高分子聚合物係選自聚乙烯(PE)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚丙烯(PP)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯(PET)、聚醯胺(PA,Nylon)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該袋體係選自聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚乙烯貼合聚醯胺(PE/Nylon)、醋酸乙烯(EVA)、氫化苯乙烯熱可塑性彈性體(SEBS)或矽膠(Silicon)之高分子聚合物所製成。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該高分子聚合物表面貼合一織物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該液體係選自水或水與抗凍劑的混合液。
- 一種可塑形的冷熱敷袋,其包括:
一不滲水之軟質袋體,其具有至少一可開閉之開口;
複數個顆粒狀支撐物,其裝填於袋體內,各顆粒狀支撐物具有至少一孔隙;以及
液體,其係由該開口進行充填,並充斥與容納於該等顆粒狀支撐物之孔隙內,該液體的量可被調整至稍少於該等顆粒狀支撐物所堆疊後之總體積,並將該多餘的液體由該開口排出與關閉後,使該袋體內部成為負壓狀態,進而使該等顆粒狀支撐物及液體被大氣壓力壓迫固定而不會垂流。 - 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該可開閉之開口包括一由高分子聚合物射出成型所組成之液體控制閥,並藉由該液體控制閥可控制該液體之充填或排出。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該液體控制閥進一步包括:
一結合於該開口之固定件,該固定件內部設有一可防止該等顆粒狀支撐物由該開口掉出之格網,而該固定件外部另設有一結合部;以及
一開關閥,其接裝於該結合部,該開關閥設有一可滑動之閥蓋,以控制該開關閥之開啟或關閉。 - 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該液體控制閥係為一夾具,該夾具可由該袋體之開口卸除,或將該開口反摺後予以夾固,藉以控制該液體之充填或排出。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該顆粒狀支撐物形狀之孔隙為管狀或中空球狀。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該顆粒狀支撐物係由高分子聚合物所製成。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該顆粒狀支撐物係由高分子聚合物混合選自氧化鋯、鍺或竹炭之具遠紅外線放射性材料所製成。
- 如申請專利範圍第14或15項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該高分子聚合物係選自聚乙烯(PE)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚丙烯(PP)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯(PET)、聚醯胺(PA,Nylon)。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該袋體係選自聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚乙烯覆合聚醯胺(PE/Nylon)、醋酸乙烯(EVA)、氫化苯乙烯熱可塑性彈性體(SEBS)或矽膠(Silicon)之高分子聚合物所製成。
- 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該高分子聚合物表面貼合一織物。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之冷熱敷袋,其中該液體係選自水或水與抗凍劑的混合液。
