Abstract

一種具有束框套環的LED燈泡設計,該LED燈泡係包括:散熱基座、散熱鰭片組、絕緣接頭、透光燈罩及束框套環,該束框套環係結合設於散熱鰭片組與透光燈罩之間,其主要係於束框套環一側面的環孔內周邊設有複數個呈間隔相鄰的凸片,並於另一側面的外周邊設有複數個間隔相鄰的扣合缺口,以利用複數凸片可對應插入散熱鰭片的間隙而產生定位,防止束框套環發生旋轉移動,而另一側面的複數扣合缺口則與燈罩形成適配對應的固定扣合,用以改善習知膠黏結合的不便與缺點。

Description

具有束框套環的LED燈泡
本發明係關於一種具有束框套環的LED燈泡設計,其係包括:散熱基座、散熱鰭片組、絕緣接頭、透光燈罩及束框套環,特別是指該束框套環係可向下卡止定位於散熱鰭片,向上則可固定扣合於燈罩,其能確保束框套環不會旋轉移動,並穩固扣接於透光燈罩。
習知LED燈泡,係包含散熱基座、散熱鰭片組、絕緣接頭、LED發光元件及透光燈罩等主要構件,散熱鰭片組係依附結合於散熱基座,其下端結合一絕緣接頭,該絕緣接頭係一具有螺合部的中空殻座,且套置結合一金屬導電螺套,而散熱基座於端面安裝設有LED發光元件或包含以複數LED串列組成的發光基板,進而通過散熱基座及散熱鰭片組,使LED發光元件所產生的熱溫可獲傳遞散熱。
習知LED燈泡的散熱鰭片組,係由複數散熱鰭片圍繞組成,因此,複數散熱鰭片位於上端的邊緣部份將會形成環繞狀的銳利邊壁,是以通常需再套置結合一束框套環,利用束框套環遮蓋包覆銳利的邊壁,藉此避免可能刺傷等危害情事。前述束框套環,一般僅簡易包覆於該環繞狀的銳利邊壁,因此容易發生旋轉移動而造成鬆動或脫落,除此,習知LED燈泡的透光燈罩,通常也都是通過膠黏方式而簡單黏接於束框套環,但黏膠日久可能發生質變,容易導致燈罩脫落,故以膠黏結合透光燈罩的效果並不理想。
上述習知LED燈泡的透光燈罩,係可實施為一透光的平板片形狀的燈罩,也可實施為一模擬燈泡形態的半圓形透光燈罩。而習知LED燈泡,例如:新型第M389826號、第M419035號、第M353292號、第M400660號、第M413817號、第M422646號、第M421458號、第M381724號等專利案所揭。
本發明之主要目的,乃在於提供一種具有束框套環的LED燈泡設計,該LED燈泡係包括散熱基座、散熱鰭片組、絕緣接頭、透光燈罩及束框套環,其中的束框套環係結合設於散熱鰭片組與透光燈罩之間,該束框套環係呈一環框形狀,其中的一側面係於環孔的內周邊設有複數個呈間隔相鄰的凸片,並於另一側面的外周邊設有複數個間隔相鄰的扣合缺口,其係利用複數個凸片可對應插入散熱鰭片之間的間隙,使束框套環產生定位作用,用以防止束框套環發生旋轉移動,而其另一側面的複數扣合缺口則可與燈罩形成適配對應的固定扣合,因此容易扣接且結合穩固,並解決習知以膠黏結合的諸多不便。
本發明之次要目的,乃在於提供一種具有束框套環的LED燈泡設計,其中的束框套環,係在具有複數凸片的同一側面,於外周邊並設有一環繞的內勾部,而利用該內勾部可供相對嵌合於複數散熱鰭片上端邊緣的嵌槽,以使束框套環亦可同時結合於散熱鰭片組。
茲依附圖實施例將本發明結構特徵及其他作用、目的 詳細說明如下:如第一圖至第三圖所示,本發明所為「具有束框套環的LED燈泡」,該LED燈泡10係包括:散熱基座1、散熱鰭片組2、絕緣接頭3、透光燈罩4及束框套環5,其中:散熱基座1,其端面係配置結合一包含複數LED 11串列組成的發光基板12,並開設適配的鑽孔13,以供線路安裝,該散熱基座1並與散熱鰭片組2形成環繞結合,使複數個散熱鰭片21係呈間隔相鄰而環繞結合於散熱基座1;散熱鰭片組2,係由複數個散熱鰭片21所環繞構成,各散熱鰭片21係可於上端邊緣均預設一嵌槽211;絕緣接頭3,為一習知元件,係依附結合於散熱鰭片組2的下端,其末端具有一標準規格的螺合部31,且套置結合一金屬導電螺套32;透光燈罩4,如實施例所示,其係呈半圓形的透光殼罩,並於透光燈罩4的周邊設有複數個凸出的扣片41,但所述的透光燈罩4,於必要時,亦可能實施為一呈平板片形狀的透光燈罩;束框套環5,係結合設於散熱鰭片組2與透光燈罩4之間,該束框套環5係呈一環框形狀,如第四圖所示,其中的一側面51係於環孔52的內周邊設有複數個間隔相鄰的凸片53,並於另一側面54(如第一圖)的外周邊設有複數個間隔相鄰的扣合缺口55,而前述的一側面51,亦可進一步於外周邊設有一環繞的內勾部56;依上述構件,其係將束框套環5的複數凸片53對應插 入各散熱鰭片21的間隙a(如第一圖),使束框套環5產生定位,而可防止束框套環5發生旋轉移動,束框套環5的另一側面54,則以複數個扣合缺口55與透光燈罩4的複數扣片41形成適配對應的固定扣合,故能形成簡易扣接,且獲穩固結合。
如上述束框套環5的各凸片53,係分別對應插入各散熱鰭片21的間隙a,且各凸片53的兩側端係對應緊靠於各相鄰的散熱鰭片21,形成緊密穩固的插植結合,以確保該束框套環5沒有可旋轉移動的空隙。
如上述束框套環5於一側面51的外周邊所設呈環繞狀的內勾部56,其係可供嵌合於複數散熱鰭片21上端邊緣的相對嵌槽211,使束框套環5並可同時扣接結合於散熱鰭片組2。
依本發明設計,其主要係通過一束框套環5的構件改良,使該束框套環5得以向下卡止定位於散熱鰭片組2,向上則可固定扣合於透光燈罩4(如第六、七圖所示),因此,不但能確保束框套環5不會發生旋轉移動,並可供穩固扣接透光燈罩4。又所述束框套環5如進一步設有一環繞的內勾部56,更可將該束框套環5亦同時扣接結合於散熱鰭片組2,故該束框套環5確實具有一舉多得的進步優點,也能解決習知以黏膠結合透光燈罩的不便與缺點。又,所述束框套環5的各凸片53,其內側面係緊密抵靠於散熱基座1的周緣面(如第七圖),形成緊實的貼靠接觸,以利於熱溫的傳遞與散熱。
如上述本發明的束框套環5,其實施時係非常適合採 用金屬沖壓方式,成型為一金屬環框形狀的束框套環5,利用該金屬束框套環5可供卡止定位於散熱鰭片組2,並能扣合於透光燈罩4,或亦可同時扣接結合於散熱鰭片組2;但於必要時,所述的束框套環5,其亦可選用其他適當材質以供實施替代(如塑膠等),故有關束框套環5的材質選用,自可適當替換,並無限制。
綜上所述,本發明所為LED燈泡的束框套環改良設計,其結構特徵已不同於習知,並具有實質上的進步功效,故應符合新穎性及進步性要件,敬祈 依法審查賜准專利,實感德便。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種具有束框套環的LED燈泡,該LED燈泡係包括:散熱基座、散熱鰭片組、絕緣接頭、透光燈罩及束框套環,其中,散熱基座係配置結合一包含複數LED串列組成的發光基板,該散熱基座並與散熱鰭片組形成環繞結合,散熱鰭片組係由複數個散熱鰭片所構成,複數散熱鰭片係間隔相鄰而環繞結合於散熱基座,絕緣接頭係結合於散熱鰭片組的下端,束框套環係結合設於散熱鰭片組與透光燈罩之間,而其改良在於:透光燈罩,係一透光殼罩,並於周邊設有複數個凸出的扣片;束框套環,係呈一環框形狀,其中的一側面係於環孔的內周邊設有複數個間隔相鄰的凸片,並於另一側面的外周邊設有複數個間隔相鄰的扣合缺口;依上述構件,係將束框套環的複數凸片對應插入各散熱鰭片的間隙,而束框套環的另一側面則以複數個扣合缺口與透光燈罩的複數扣片形成適配對應的固定扣合。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具有束框套環的LED燈泡,其中,該散熱鰭片組的複數個散熱鰭片,係於上端邊緣均預設一嵌槽,而束框套環係在具有複數凸片的同一側面外周邊設有一環繞的內勾部,且該內勾部係相對嵌合於複數散熱鰭片上端邊緣的嵌槽。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具有束框套環的LED燈泡,其中,該束框套環係一金屬環框。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具有束框套環的LED燈泡,其中,該束框套環的各凸片係分別對應插入各散熱鰭片的間隙,且各凸片的兩側端係對應緊靠於各相鄰的散熱鰭片。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具有束框套環的LED燈泡,其中,該束框套環的各凸片,其內側面係緊密抵靠於散熱基座的周緣面。
