Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有束框套环的LED灯泡设计,包括散热基座、散热鳍片组、绝缘接头、透光灯罩及束框套环,该束框套环系结合设于散热鳍片组与透光灯罩之间,其主要系于束框套环一侧面的环孔内周边设有复数个呈间隔相邻的凸片,并于另一侧面的外周边设有复数个间隔相邻的扣合缺口,以利用复数凸片可对应插入散热鳍片的间隙而产生定位,防止束框套环发生旋转移动,而另一侧面的复数扣合缺口则与灯罩形成适配对应的固定扣合,用以改善习知胶黏结合的不便与缺点。

Description

具有束框套环的LED灯泡
技术领域
本发明系关于一种具有束框套环的LED灯泡设计,尤其是指该束框套环系可向下卡止定位于散热鳍片,向上则可固定扣合于灯罩,其能确保束框套环不会旋转移动,并稳固扣接于透光灯罩。
背景技术
习知LED灯泡,系包含散热基座、散热鳍片组、绝缘接头、LED发光组件及透光灯罩等主要构件,散热鳍片组系依附结合于散热基座,其下端结合一绝缘接头,该绝缘接头系一具有螺合部的中空殻座,且套置结合一金属导电螺套,而散热基座于端面安装设有LED发光组件或包含以复数LED串行组成的发光基板,进而通过散热基座及散热鳍片组,使LED发光组件所产生的热温可获传递散热。
习知LED灯泡的散热鳍片组,系由复数散热鳍片围绕组成,因此,复数散热鳍片位于上端的边缘部份将会形成环绕状的锐利边壁,是以通常需再套置结合一束框套环,利用束框套环遮盖包覆锐利的边壁,藉此避免可能刺伤等危害情事。前述束框套环,一般仅简易包覆于该环绕状的锐利边壁,因此容易发生旋转移动而造成松动或脱落,除此,习知LED灯泡的透光灯罩,通常也都是通过胶黏方式而简单黏接于束框套环,但黏胶日久可能发生质变,容易导致灯罩脱落,故以胶黏结合透光灯罩的效果并不理想。
上述习知LED灯泡的透光灯罩,系可实施为一透光的平板片形状的灯罩,也可实施为一模拟灯泡形态的半圆形透光灯罩。而习知LED灯泡,例如中国台湾新型第M389826号、第M419035号、第M353292号、第M400660号、第M413817号、第M422646号、第M421458号、第M381724号等专利案所揭。
发明内容
本发明之主要目的,乃在于提供一种具有束框套环的LED灯泡设计,包括散热基座、散热鳍片组、绝缘接头、透光灯罩及束框套环,其中散热基座配置结合一包含复数LED串行组成的发光基板,该散热基座并与散热鳍片组形成环绕结合,散热鳍片组系由复数个散热鳍片所构成,复数散热鳍片系间隔相邻而环绕结合于散热基座,绝缘接头结合于散热鳍片组的下端,束框套环结合设于散热鳍片组与透光灯罩之间,该透光灯罩为一透光壳罩,并于周边设有复数个凸出的扣片;该束框套环,呈一环框形状,其中的一侧面是于环孔的内周边设有复数个间隔相邻的凸片,并于另一侧面的外周边设有复数个间隔相邻的扣合缺口;依上述构件,将束框套环的复数凸片对应插入各散热鳍片的间隙,使束框套环产生定位作用,用以防止束框套环发生旋转移动,而束框套环的另一侧面则以复数个扣合缺口与透光灯罩的复数扣片形成适配对应的固定扣合,因此容易扣接且结合稳固,并解决习知以胶黏结合的诸多不便。
本发明之次要目的,乃在于提供一种具有束框套环的LED灯泡设计,其中的束框套环,系在具有复数凸片的同一侧面,于外周边并设有一环绕的内勾部,而利用该内勾部可供相对嵌合于复数散热鳍片上端边缘的嵌槽,以使束框套环亦可同时结合于散热鳍片组。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1至图3所示,本发明所为一种具有束框套环的LED灯泡,该LED灯泡10包括:散热基座1、散热鳍片组2、绝缘接头3、透光灯罩4及束框套环5,其中:
散热基座1,其端面系配置结合一包含复数LED 11串行组成的发光基板12,并开设适配的钻孔13,以供线路安装,该散热基座1并与散热鳍片组2形成环绕结合,使复数个散热鳍片21系呈间隔相邻而环绕结合于散热基座1;
散热鳍片组2,系由复数个散热鳍片21所环绕构成,各散热鳍片21系可于上端边缘均预设一嵌槽211;
绝缘接头3,为一习知组件,系依附结合于散热鳍片组2的下端,其末端具有一标准规格的螺合部31,且套置结合一金属导电螺套32;
透光灯罩4,如实施例所示,其系呈半圆形的透光壳罩,并于透光灯罩4的周边设有复数个凸出的扣片41,但所述的透光灯罩4,于必要时,亦可能实施为一呈平板片形状的透光灯罩;
束框套环5,系结合设于散热鳍片组2与透光灯罩4之间,该束框套环5系呈一环框形状,如图4所示,其中的一侧面51系于环孔52的内周边设有复数个间隔相邻的凸片53,并于另一侧面54(如图1)的外周边设有复数个间隔相邻的扣合缺口55,而前述的一侧面51,亦可进一步于外周边设有一环绕的内勾部56;
依上述构件,其系将束框套环5的复数凸片53对应插入各散热鳍片21的间隙a(如图1),使束框套环5产生定位,而可防止束框套环5发生旋转移动,束框套环5的另一侧面54,则以复数个扣合缺口55与透光灯罩4的复数扣片41形成适配对应的固定扣合,故能形成简易扣接,且获稳固结合。
如上述束框套环5的各凸片53,系分别对应插入各散热鳍片21的间隙a,且各凸片53的两侧端系对应紧靠于各相邻的散热鳍片21,形成紧密稳固的插植结合,以确保该束框套环5没有可旋转移动的空隙。
如上述束框套环5于一侧面51的外周边所设呈环绕状的内勾部56,其系可供嵌合于复数散热鳍片21上端边缘的相对嵌槽211,使束框套环5并可同时扣接结合于散热鳍片组2。
依本发明设计,其主要系通过一束框套环5的构件改良,使该束框套环5得以向下卡止定位于散热鳍片组2,向上则可固定扣合于透光灯罩4(如图6、图7所示),因此,不但能确保束框套环5不会发生旋转移动,并可供稳固扣接透光灯罩4。又所述束框套环5如进一步设有一环绕的内勾部56,更可将该束框套环5亦同时扣接结合于散热鳍片组2,故该束框套环5确实具有一举多得的进步优点,也能解决习知以黏胶结合透光灯罩的不便与缺点。又,所述束框套环5的各凸片53,其内侧面系紧密抵靠于散热基座1的周缘面(如图7),形成紧实的贴靠接触,以利于热温的传递与散热。
如上述本发明的束框套环5,其实施时系非常适合采用金属冲压方式,成型为一金属环框形状的束框套环5,利用该金属束框套环5可供卡止定位于散热鳍片组2,并能扣合于透光灯罩4,或亦可同时扣接结合于散热鳍片组2;但于必要时,所述的束框套环5,其亦可选用其它适当材质以供实施替代(如塑料等),故有关束框套环5的材质选用,自可适当替换,并无限制。
以上所述,仅是本发明较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有束框套环的LED灯泡,包括散热基座、散热鳍片组、绝缘接头、透光灯罩及束框套环,其中,散热基座配置结合一包含复数LED串行组成的发光基板,该散热基座并与散热鳍片组形成环绕结合,散热鳍片组系由复数个散热鳍片所构成,复数散热鳍片系间隔相邻而环绕结合于散热基座,绝缘接头结合于散热鳍片组的下端,束框套环结合设于散热鳍片组与透光灯罩之间,其特征在于:
透光灯罩,为一透光壳罩,并于周边设有复数个凸出的扣片;
束框套环,呈一环框形状,其中的一侧面是于环孔的内周边设有复数个间隔相邻的凸片,并于另一侧面的外周边设有复数个间隔相邻的扣合缺口;
依上述构件,将束框套环的复数凸片对应插入各散热鳍片的间隙,而束框套环的另一侧面则以复数个扣合缺口与透光灯罩的复数扣片形成适配对应的固定扣合。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有束框套环的LED灯泡,其特征在于:该散热鳍片组的复数个散热鳍片,于上端边缘均预设一嵌槽,而束框套环在具有复数凸片的同一侧面外周边设有一环绕的内勾部,且该内勾部系相对嵌合于复数散热鳍片上端边缘的嵌槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述具有束框套环的LED灯泡,其特征在于:该束框套环为一金属环框。
4.根据权利要求1所述具有束框套环的LED灯泡,其特征在于:该束框套环的各凸片系分别对应插入各散热鳍片的间隙,且各凸片的两侧端对应紧靠于各相邻的散热鳍片。
5.根据权利要求1所述具有束框套环的LED灯泡,其特征在于:该束框套环的各凸片,其内侧面紧密抵靠于散热基座的周缘面。
