本申請案主張於2011年11月1日申請之美國臨時專利申請案序號第61/554,005號案,其揭示內容在此全部併入本案以為參考資料。
此處提供含有低熔點活性成份之安定的高負載除草固體(例如,可分散之顆粒或粉末)或水性組成物,及其製備與使用方法。與商業上之配製物相比,此等組成物展現良好之物理及化學安定性,及相等或更佳之對目標害蟲的生物功效。
具有二主要種類之配製物,固體配製物及液體配製物。農化配製物一般係以消費者需求及活性成份之生理化學性質為主而設計,例如,活性成份於水或非水之溶劑中的可溶性及活性成份之熔點。
含有農業活性成份之顆粒產物,諸如,水可分散之顆粒(WG)及顆粒(GR)代表一類現今見到增加使用之配製物,係因為其與液體配製物相比之相對安全性,及於有關於包裝及運送之成本節省提供的優點,及免除使用有機溶劑之環境益處。WG配製物被設計成於一噴灑槽內與水載劑接觸時輕易分散,且提供與可乳化濃縮產物相等之性
能。GR配製物可直接添加至壤或水生環境,諸如,水田。WG及GR產品可用於昆蟲、雜草、真菌病原及線蟲控制。
由於活性成份於接受加工及貯存期間一般遭遇之溫度範圍時液化及/或結晶化的趨勢,含有低熔點活性成份之固體殺蟲組成物會難以製造及貯存。此外,當噴灑應用前添加至噴灑槽之水時,此等組成物需輕易分散於水中。

此處說明係含有低熔點活性成份之高負載的固體及水性殺蟲組成物,及其製備與使用之方法。此等組成物展現良好物理及化學安定性,輕易分散於用於控制害蟲之噴灑應用之水中,及展現與標標商業上配製物相比時相等或較佳之生物功效。
此處提供含有一低熔點活性成份之安定的高負載之固體殺蟲組成物,包含:
1)一微膠囊,包含(a)一水不可溶之薄壁聚尿素殼,其係藉由一水可溶之多胺單體與一油可溶之聚異氰酸酯單體間之界面聚縮合反應而製備,及(b)一核,其包含一低熔點活性成份,其中(i)胺基部份對異氰酸酯部份之比率係約1:1;(ii)聚尿素殼具有大於約10奈米(nm)且少於約60 nm之厚度;(iii)平均微膠囊尺寸係從約1微米(μm)至約25μm;(iv)核對聚尿素殼之重量比率係從約2至約165;且(v)相較於總組成物,微膠囊係以從約300克/公斤至約900克/公斤之量存在;2)一固體之水可溶的聚合物安定劑,其相對於總組成物,係以從約5克/公斤至約250克/公斤之量存在;及3)一固體乳化或固體分散界面活性劑,其相較於總組成物,係以從約5克/公斤至約300克/公斤之量存在。

所述之固體殺蟲組成物及水性除草濃縮物可選擇性地含有一或多種另外之惰性配製物成份,其可包含於微膠囊之內部或外部。
於某些實施例,所述之固體殺蟲組成物可選擇性地包含一內建式佐劑,以於固體殺蟲組成物用於控制害蟲(諸如,雜草、昆蟲、真菌病原等)時,提供改良之生物功效。
此處亦提供控制非所欲之植被、真菌病原或昆蟲之方法,其包含將個別之固體殺蟲組成物或水性除草濃縮物添加至諸如水之一載劑,及使用含有經分散之殺蟲或除草活性成份之形成的水溶液用於噴灑應用,以控制作物或非作物環境之非所欲的植被、真菌病原或昆蟲。

具有低熔點之農業活性成份由於其於加工期間
熔解或因為奧氏熟化(Ostwald ripening)而結晶成較大顆粒的傾向,可能難以配製成固體組成物。此外,製備具有可接受之貯存安定特性之此等配製物會具極度挑戰性。當需要製備於現今農業化學市場之產品通常需要之含有高濃度或高負載之低熔點活性成份之產物時,此情況係特別困難。此外,此等固體農業組成物當添加至一噴灑槽時需輕易分散於水中,且提供與以液體為主之農業配製物相比時相等或更佳之生物功效。
I.固體組成物
諸如顆粒及粉末之安定的固體殺蟲組成物一般係定義為對製造及貯存之環境係物理及化學上安定且當於所定義之時間內使用時遞送可接受量之生物功效者。
此處所述之固體殺蟲組成物含有高含量之一低熔點殺蟲活性成份,其係包含於一聚合物安定的薄膜聚尿素微膠囊內。於某些實施例,此等組成物於加工及貯存期間提供改良之化學及物理安定性,且於噴灑應用前添加至一噴灑槽之水內時輕易分散,當用於控制目標害蟲時提供可接受量之生物活性。

B.聚合物安定劑

於所述固體殺蟲組成物之某些實施例,自聚乙酸
乙烯酯之水解反應衍生之聚乙烯醇及木質素磺酸鹽一起使用時,係特別有用於在製備、貯存,及使用所述固體殺蟲組成物時提供乳化、分散及微膠囊安定化。此項技藝已知某些惰性配製物成份或其等之組合於單一組成物內能展現多官能行為及作為,例如,乳化劑、分散劑,及/或安定劑。
II.水性組成物
此處亦描述一種安定高負載之水性除草濃縮物,包含一經微膠囊化之低熔點除草劑活性成份,及一固體乳化或分散界面活性劑。此一組成物可如此處所述般藉

III.選擇性之惰性成份
A.內建式佐劑
佐劑係配製農業產品之重要惰性成份,且係定義為可增加活性成份之生物活性,但本身不具顯著生物活性之物質。佐劑係諸如藉由改良目標雜草植物內之除草劑之遞送及攝取導致改良之生物控制而輔助活性成份之功效。

於某些實施例,含有一低熔點活性成份之固體殺
蟲組成物包含氟氯比-甲基庚酯,及亦可作為內建式佐劑之烷基多糖苷類之一固體乳化界面活性劑。
B.其它惰性成份

IV.微膠囊
包含於個別之所述固體殺蟲組成物及水性除草濃縮物內之微膠囊化之低熔點殺蟲及除草活性成份係藉由使用界面聚縮合膠囊化技術製備。於配製農業活性成份使
用此膠囊化技術係熟習此項技藝者所知。見,例如,P.J.Mulqueen之“Chemistry and Technology of Agrochemical Formulations”,D.A.Knowles編輯(Kluwer Academic Publishers,1998),132-147頁,及其內引述之參考資料,探討使用微膠囊化配製殺蟲劑活性成份。一般,微膠囊可藉由選自由二異氰酸酯及聚異氰酸酯所構成族群之至少一油可溶之單體與選自由二胺及多胺所構成族群之至少一水可溶之單體間之界面聚縮合反應而製備。典型之微膠囊配製物係衍生自,例如,聚異氰酸酯及二胺間之界面聚縮合反應提供聚尿素微膠囊組成物。
所述組成物之經微膠囊化之低熔點殺蟲及除草

用以製備所述組成物之微膠囊的油可溶之單體
包括由二異氰酸酯及聚異氰酸酯所構成之族群。特別適合之油可溶的單體係二異氰酸酯及聚異氰酸酯,諸如,PAPI® 27(密西根州密德蘭市陶氏化學公司)、異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯、六亞甲基二異氰酸酯,及其等之混合物。
用以製備所述組成物之微膠囊壁之水可溶的單
體可包括由二胺及多胺所構成之族群。一特別適合之水可溶的單體係乙二胺(EDA)。
用以製備所述組成物之經微膠囊化之低熔點殺
蟲或除草活性成份之界面活性劑包括一或多種之固體乳化或分散界面活性劑。此等界面活性劑於結構可為離子性或非離子性,且可作為乳化劑、濕潤劑、分散劑,或用於其它目的。適合之界面活性劑不受限制地包括諸如Agnique® PG 9116(Cognis,Cincinnati,OH)之烷基多醣、諸如Borresperse NA(Borregaard LignoTech,Bridgewater,NJ)或Polyfon® F(MeadWestvaco,Richmond,VA)之木質素磺酸
鹽、諸如Selvol® 205之聚乙烯醇、諸如蔗糖之油酸酯或辛酸酯之脂肪酸之蔗糖酯,及於Geropon® SDS(Rhodia,Cranberry,NJ)發現之二辛基磺琥珀酸鈉。
V.安定性
於此處使用時,可包括固體或液體組成物或濃縮物之“安定組成物”一辭係指於所界定之時間對於其製造、運送及/或貯存之環境係呈物理性及/或化學性安定之組成物。“安定組成物”之方面不受限制地包括:於範圍從約0℃至約50℃之溫度之物理安定性,均質性,傾倒性,不會展現分散顆粒之可察覺的沉降或奧氏熟化之液體,形成極少或無沉澱固體或展現相分離之組成物,當倒至一噴灑槽之水中時輕易分散且當例如藉由噴灑應用於目標害蟲之應用時保持其生物功效之組成物。於某些實施例,組成物形成安定均質之濃縮物,其於貯存條件下不會展現結晶化及/或於黏度展現極少變化。
於某些實施例,所述水性除草濃縮物於大於或等於約40℃之溫度安定持續至少1、2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16或18週。於某些實施例,組成物於低溫不會展現或不可顯著展現任何組份之分離或沉澱(或結晶化)。
於某些實施例,所述水性除草濃縮物於接受冷凍/解凍(F/T)條件(其中溫度於每24小時係從約-10℃至約40℃循環)至少約2週後維持均質濃縮物。
於某些實施例,含有一低熔點活性成份之所述固體殺蟲組成物對製備期間接受之高溫乾燥條件顯示良好安
定性,因為當倒至一噴灑槽之水內易輕分散,且當例如藉由噴灑應用至目標害蟲應用時維持其生物功效。
VI.製備方法
一另外實施例係有關於製備可由水可分散之粉末或水可分散之顆粒所構成之固體殺蟲組成物之方法。水可分散之顆粒配製物可使用下列加工方法之一或多者製造:(1)盤式或轉鼓式造粒,(2)混合式聚結,(3)擠塑造粒,(4)流體床造粒,或(5)噴灑乾燥式造粒。活性成份及添加劑之生理化學性質於選擇使用方法而考量時係重要。G.A.Bell及D.A.Knowles於“Chemistry and Technology of Agrochemical Formulations”,D.A.Knowles編輯(Kluwer Academic Publishers,1998),41-114頁,描述用於農化配製物之顆粒型式,且提供製造此等固體配製物之許多參考文獻。粉末配製物可藉由真空乾燥、旋轉蒸發器乾燥、噴灑乾燥、轉鼓式乾燥,或熟習此項技藝者所知之其它加工方法製造。於此處所述之任何加工方法,選擇性之惰性成份可於加工之前、期間或之後添加至組成物,以改良加工或改良水可分散之顆粒或水可分散之粉末的最後品質或安定性。此等選擇性之惰性成份可不受限制地包括流動性添加劑及抗結塊劑,諸如,親水性沉澱矽石、親水性煙燻矽石及黏土、消泡劑、濕潤劑、結合劑、分散劑、固體稀釋劑,及載劑。
此處所述之製備固體殺蟲組成物之方法的一例子包含:
(1)將所有水可溶或水可分散之惰性成份(包括聚合物安定劑)於水中混合形成一水相,然後加熱;(2)將聚異氰酸酯單體及任何油可溶或油可分散之活性及惰性成份混合形成一液體或熔融油相,藉由添加熱維持呈一液相;(3)於高剪切均質化下,將步驟(2)製備之加熱油相添加至步驟(1)製備之加熱水相而提供一乳化物;(4)藉由將乙二胺單體之水溶液添加至步驟(3)製備之乳化物提供微膠囊懸浮液而形成聚尿素膠囊殼;及(5)將一另外部份之聚合物安定劑及任何選擇性之惰性配製物成份添加至步驟(4)製備之微膠囊懸浮液,且將形成之混合物乾燥而以水可分散之粉末或水可分散之顆粒提供固體殺蟲組成物。若水可分散之粉末係藉由噴灑乾燥產製,可使用盤式或或轉鼓式造粒、混合式聚結、擠塑造粒,或流體床造粒進一步加工成水可分散之顆粒。
一另外實施例係有關於製備含有至少一另外活性成份(諸如,除草劑、殺昆蟲劑、殺真菌劑、殺細菌劑,或除草劑安全劑)之所述固體殺蟲組成物,其係藉由將此一活性成份添加至此處所述之例示製備方法之步驟5製備之水性安定化微膠囊懸浮液,於乾燥後提供呈水可分散粉末或水可分散顆粒型式之一固體殺蟲組成物,其含有至少二殺蟲活性成份。此一組成物會具有至少一包含於微膠囊內部之殺蟲活性成份,及至少一包含於微膠囊外部之活性成份。若水可分散顆粒係藉由噴灑乾燥製造,其可使用盤式
或或轉鼓式造粒、混合式聚結、擠塑造粒,或流體床造粒進一步加工成水可分散之顆粒。
於某些實施例,包含於所述固體組成物之微膠囊內部之殺蟲活性成份係氟氯比-甲基庚酯,且包含於微膠囊外部之殺蟲活性成份係雙氟磺草胺。
於某些實施例,包含於所述固體組成物之微膠囊內部之殺蟲活性成份係氟氯比-甲基庚酯,且包含於微膠囊外部之殺蟲活性成份係甲氧磺草胺。
於某些實施例,包含於所述固體組成物之微膠囊內部之殺蟲活性成份係氟氯比-甲基庚酯,且包含於微膠囊外部之殺蟲活性成份係具如下化學式之化合物
及其C1-C6烷基酯或鹽衍生物,諸如,甲酯。
於某些實施例,包含於所述固體組成物之微膠囊內部之殺蟲活性成份係氟氯比-甲基庚酯,且包含於微膠囊外部之殺蟲活性成份係具如下化學式之化合物
或C1-C12烷基或C7-C12芳基烷基酯或鹽衍生物,諸如,苯甲
酯。
製備此處所述固體殺蟲組成物之一特別適合方法係將於此處所述製備方法之步驟5製備之含有另一部份之聚合物安定劑及任何選擇性之惰性配製物成份或另外活性成份之水性微膠囊懸浮液噴灑乾燥,以提供此處所述之水可分散粉末或水可分散顆粒。若水可分散粉末係藉由噴灑乾燥製造,其可使用盤式或或轉鼓式造粒、混合式聚結、擠塑造粒,或流體床造粒進一步加工成水可分散之顆粒。
VII.另外之殺蟲劑組份
此處所述之固體殺蟲組成物或液體除草濃縮物可與一或多種其它殺蟲劑結合應用,以控制更廣泛之各種不同的非所欲害蟲。當與此等其它殺蟲劑結合使用時,現請求之固體殺蟲組成物或液體除草濃縮物可以其它之一種殺蟲劑或多種殺蟲劑配製,與其它之一種殺蟲劑或多種殺蟲劑槽式混合,或與其它之一種殺蟲劑或多種殺蟲劑依序被應用。除如上所述之組成物及用途外,此處所述之組成物可與一或多種另外可相容成份結合使用。其它另外可相容成份可包括,例如,一或多種農業化學活性成份、界面活性劑、染料、肥料、生長調節劑,及信息素,及提供功能性用途之任何其它另外成份,諸如,安定劑、芳香劑,及分散劑。

通常,某些此等材料,諸如,蔬菜油或籽油及其等之酯類,可互換地作為農業佐劑,作為液體載劑,或作
為表面活性劑。
此處所述之固體殺蟲組成物可選擇性地與含有不同殺蟲活性成份之其它固體組成物混合或摻合,形成含有,例如,物理性均一之顆粒摻合物或物理性均一之粉末摻合物之一組成物。此固體組成物摻合物可用以控制於作物及非作物環境之較廣範圍的非所欲害蟲。
VIII.控制非所欲植被之方法
另一實施例係有關於一種控制非所欲之植被、真菌病原或昆蟲之方法,其包含將所述固體殺蟲組成物或液體除草組成物添加至諸如水之載劑,及使用含有經分散之殺蟲活性成份之形成水溶液用於噴灑應用,以控制於作物或非作物環境之非所欲之植被、真菌病原,或昆蟲。於此方面,一殺蟲有效量之自固體殺蟲組成物或液體除草組成物衍生之水性噴灑混合物係應用於,例如,一土壤區域或目標植物之葉子,以提供非所欲植物害蟲之適當控制。
此處所述之固體殺蟲組成物或液體除草濃縮物可另外用於控制於藉由基因操作或藉由突變及選擇而對此等或其它除草劑具耐受性或抗性之許多作物之非所欲植被。所述組成物可進一步與嘉磷塞、固殺草、麥草畏、咪唑啉酮,或2,4-D結合用於對嘉磷塞耐受、對固殺草耐受、對麥草畏耐受、對咪唑啉酮耐受,或對2,4-D耐受之作物。通常較佳係將所述組成物與對欲被處理之作物具選擇性且藉由此等化合物以使用之應用率控制之雜草範圍互補之除草劑混合使用。進一步普遍較佳係以混合配製物或槽式混
合物同時使用所述組成物及其它互補除草劑。相似地,所述組成物可與乙醯乳酸合成酶抑制劑結合用於對乙醯乳酸合成酶抑制劑耐受之作物。
IX.其它方面
於製備所述固體殺蟲組成物之一例示程序,一水相係藉由將不受限制地包括固體、水可溶之聚合物或界面活性劑及選擇性之其它惰性成份水可溶之成份於水中混合在一起而製備。一油相係藉由將不受限制地包括油可溶之界面活性劑、油可溶之二異氰酸酯或聚異氰酸酯單體及油可溶之活性成份之油可溶的成份混合在一起而製備並且施熱使油相維持於液態。於高剪切均質化下,將加熱之油相緩慢添加至加熱之水相,至獲得所欲乳化滴液尺寸為止。然後,混合物以水可溶之二胺或多胺單體處理形成微膠囊,然後,添加另一部份之聚合物安定劑,且將形成之水性膠囊懸浮液乾燥,提供呈水可分散粉末或水可分散顆粒之所述固體殺蟲組成物。所述組成物之經微膠囊化低熔點殺蟲活性成份可以批式方法或連續方法製備。
含有低熔點活性成份之安定高負載固體殺蟲組成物之例子包含:1)一微膠囊,其係由(a)藉由乙二胺與PAPI® 27聚異氰酸酯間之界面聚縮合反應製備之一水不可溶之薄壁聚尿素殼,及(b)包含氟氯比-甲基庚酯之一核所構成,其中,(i)胺基部份對異氰酸酯部份之比率係約1:1,(ii)殼具有大於約10奈米(nm)且少於約60 nm之厚度,

含有低熔點活性成份之安定高負載固體殺蟲組成物之另一例子包含:1)一微膠囊,係由(a)藉由乙二胺與PAPI® 27聚異氰酸酯間之界面聚縮合反應製備之一水不可溶薄壁聚尿素殼,及(b)包含氟氯比-甲基庚酯之一核所構成,其中,(i)胺基部份對異氰酸酯部份之比率係約1:1,(ii)殼具有大於約10奈米(nm)且少於約60 nm之厚度,(iii)平均微膠囊尺寸係從約1微米(μm)至約25μm,且(iv)核之重量比率係從約2至約165;

X.範例
所述實施例及下列範例係用於例示說明之目的且不想要用於限制申請專利範圍之範圍。與此處所述組成物相關之其它修改、使用,或組合對熟習此項技藝者於未遍離請求標的之精神及範圍下係顯見的。
粉末A及B:高負載之安定氟氯比-甲基庚酯乾燥粉末配製物係如此處所述般將微膠囊化之水中油(oil-in-water)乳化液噴灑乾燥而製備。水中油乳化液之油相係藉由將3.440克之聚異氰酸酯(PAPI® 27;密西根州密德蘭市陶氏化學公司)溶於67.303克之於70℃的熔融氟氯比-甲基庚酯技術等級物(熔點約58℃)而製備。水中油乳化液之水相係藉由將17.301克之20重量%之聚乙烯醇水溶液(PVA;Selvol® 205;Sekisui Specialty Chemicals America LLC,Dallas,TX)及3.042克之烷基化多醣(APG)溶液(Agnique® PG 9116;Cognis,Cincinnati,OH)之50重量%溶液溶於60.846克之於70℃的去離子(DI)水而製備。油相緩慢添加至水相,同時以Silverson高剪切混合機以約3000至5000 rpm混合5-10分鐘,產生具有具約2.5微米(μm)之體
積平均平均直徑(d(0.5))之懸浮油滴之細微乳化液。水性乳化液含有50.161重量%之水,2.278重量%之PVA,1.001重量%之APG,44.300重量%之氟氯比技術等級物,及2.262重量%之PAPI 27。一旦獲得所欲乳化液尺寸,於70℃於約2-3分鐘期間,2.736克之30重量%乙二胺水溶液以滴液方式添加至混合物。然後,混合物於70℃保持約1小時,並以Silverson混合形成具有約25奈米(nm)之膠囊壁尺寸之微膠囊。經微膠囊化之油滴藉由將另外39.744克之20重量%之水性Selvol® 205 PVA添加至微膠囊懸浮液而進一步安定化。0.380克之50重量%之APG(Agnique® PG 9116),5.704克之Pergopak® M(Albemarle Corp.,Baton Rouge,LA),9.612克之Polyfon® F(MeadWestvaco,Richmond,VA)及233.607克之去離子水之水溶液添加至微膠囊懸浮液。於水中含有22.5重量%固體且維持於70℃之最後水性微膠囊懸浮液於一噴灑乾燥器(BUCHI 290)內以300毫升/小時之供料速率及個別約135℃/80℃之入口/出口溫度乾燥。經乾燥之粉末(粉末A)再次於水中分散時提供具有4.8 μm之體積平均直徑(d(0.5))之顆粒。粉末A及含有內建式佐劑之相似製備樣品(粉末B)之組成物係顯示於表1。
粉末C及D:高負載之安定氟氯比-甲基庚酯乾燥粉末配製物係藉由此處所述般將經微膠囊化之水中油乳化液噴灑乾燥而製備。水中油乳化液之油相係藉由將3.452克之聚異氰酸酯(PAPI® 27;密西根州密德蘭市陶氏化學公司)溶於67.622克之於70℃的熔融氟草烟-甲基庚酯技術等級物(熔點約58℃)而製備。水中油乳化液之水相係藉由將18.5克之含有作為殺生物劑之0.1重量% Proxel® GXL之20重量%聚乙烯醇水溶液(PVA;Selvol® 205;Sekisui Specialty Chemicals America LLC,Dallas,TX)及69.667克之35重量%木質素磺酸鈉溶液(Borresperse Na,Borregaard LignoTech,Sarpsborg,Norway)於70℃溶解而製備。油相緩慢添加至水相,同時以Silverson高剪切混合機以約5000 rpm混合5-10分鐘,產生具有具約2.5微米(μm)之體積平均直徑(d(0.5))之懸浮油滴之細微乳化液。水性乳化液含有
37.727重量%之水,2.323重量%之PVA,15.310重量%之木質素磺酸鈉,0.012重量%之Proxel GXL,42.460重量%之氟氯比技術特級物,及2.168重量%之PAPI 27。一旦獲得所欲乳化液尺寸,2.746克之30重量%的乙二胺水溶液於約30秒期間以滴液方式添加至混合物內,同時以Silversion混合器混合。混合物於70℃保持約1至2.5小時,其係依批式物尺寸而定,同時以Silverson混合,形成具有約25奈米(nm)之膠囊壁厚度之微膠囊。237.994克之去離子水添加至微膠囊懸浮液,產生於水中之含有25重量%固體之數後水性微膠囊懸浮液。維持於70℃之微膠囊懸浮液於噴灑乾燥器(BUCHI 290)內以300毫升/小時之供料速率及個別為約135℃/80℃之入口/出口溫度乾燥。經乾燥之粉末(粉末C)於再次分散於水中時提供具約3-5 μm體積平均直徑(d(0.5))之顆粒。
以相似方式,另一乾燥粉末組成物係藉由於供應至噴灑乾燥器前將硫酸銨添加至如上製備之微膠囊懸浮液而製備,形成製巷備粉末D(表2)。粉末D再次於水中分散時提供具有約3-5 μm之體積平均直徑(d(0.5))之顆粒。
表2所述之組成物亦藉由使用一用以產生乳化液之管路式均質器及一用於添加乙二胺之管路式靜式混合器以較大規模製備。使用粗、中等、細微之轉子-定子組合之均質器(IKA Magic)之尖部速度於約800克/分鐘之液體流速係21-24公尺/秒。噴灑乾燥係以Niro Mobile Minor噴灑乾燥器,使用約40克/分鐘之液體供料速率及個別為135℃及
75℃之入口/出口溫度,以較大規模完成。
連續方法:使用表3中列示之成份及量製備氟草胺之水性膠囊懸浮液。包含1.25重量%之聚乙烯醇(Selvol 205)及8重量%之乙酸鈉之水相被製備且維持於80℃。熔融氟草胺技術特級物與聚異氰酸酯(PAPI 27;Dow Chemical)及Aromatic 150ND之混合物以管路式混合,提供一油相,其與如上之水相一起以連續供料方法添加至一轉子-定子均質器(10-15公尺/秒之尖部速度)時維持於80℃,以於形成之乳化液中提供所欲之17微米尺寸之油滴(d(0.5)),然後,於自均質器汞取出時,以於水中之10重量%之乙二胺以管路式處理,形成於Malvern Mastersizer 2000判定係17.7微米尺寸(d(0.5))膠囊之35 nm之聚尿素膠囊壁。混合物攪拌及冷卻至室溫提供膠囊懸浮液A。一旦膠囊懸浮液A冷卻至環境溫度,流變改質劑黃原膠(Kelzan S;於水中,3重量%)及蒙脫土(Veegum K;於水中,5重量%)之

批式方法:藉由使用批式加工方法,含有氟草胺之水性膠囊懸浮液67,87及95被製備。
樣品87之製備:高負載之安定氟草胺液體配製物係藉由如此處所述般將水中油乳化液微膠囊化而製備。水
中油乳化液之油相係藉由將1.5克之聚異氰酸酯(PAPI® 27;密西根州密德蘭市陶氏化學公司)溶於70℃之118.6克之熔融氟草胺技術等級物(熔點約65℃)及29.6克之Aromatic 150ND之混合物而製備。水中油乳化液之水相係藉由將22克之乙酸鈉(Sigma Aldrich)溶於150克之於70℃之3重量%之聚乙烯醇(PVA;Selvol® 205;Sekisui Specialty Chemicals America LLC,Dallas,TX)水溶液而製備。水相緩慢添加至油相內,同時以Silverson高剪切混合器以約7500 rpm混合2-3分鐘,產生具有具約18微米(μm)之體積平均平均直徑(d(0.5))之懸浮油滴之細微乳化液。水性乳化液含有48.1重量%之水,1.3重量%之PVA,6.5重量%之乙酸鈉,33.14重量%之氟草胺技術等級物,及0.43重量%之PAPI 27。一旦獲得所欲乳化液滴液尺寸,乳化液冷卻至室溫,然後,3.6克之10重量%之乙二胺水溶液於約1-2分鐘期間以滴液方式添加至混合物內。然後,混合物於室溫(25℃)維持約1小時,並且使用IKA Eurostar Power Cont-Visc混合器以低剪切混合,形成具有約35奈米(nm)之膠囊壁厚度之微膠囊。經微膠囊化之油滴藉由將另外15克之5重量%含水Veegum K®及3克之3重量%含水Kelzan S®添加至微膠囊而進一步安定化提供膠囊懸浮液87。膠囊懸浮液87之組成物及一相似製備之樣品(膠囊懸浮液7)係顯示於表4。
製備樣品95:一高負載之安定氟草胺液體配製物係如此處所述般將水口油乳化液微膠囊化而製備。水中油乳化液之油相係藉由將3.6克之聚異氰酸酯(PAPI® 27;密西
根州密德蘭市陶氏化學公司)溶於70℃之118.0克之熔融氟草胺技術等級物(熔點約65℃)及34.0克之水楊酸異丁酯之混合物而製備。水中油乳化液之水相係藉由製備150克之於70℃之3重量%之聚乙烯醇(PVA;Selvol® 205;Sekisui Specialty Chemicals America LLC,Dallas,TX)水溶液而製備。水相緩慢添加至油相內,且以一Silverson高剪切混合器以約8500至9500 rpm混合2-3分鐘,產生具有具約8微米(μm)之體積平均平均直徑(d(0.5))之懸浮油滴之細微乳化液。一旦獲得所欲乳化液滴液尺寸,乳化液冷卻至室溫,然後,7.6克之10重量%之乙二胺水溶液於約1-2分鐘期間以滴液方式添加混合物內。其次,50克之30重量%之氯化鈉水溶液於2-3分鐘期間以滴液方式添加混合物內。然後,混合物於室溫(25℃)維持約1小時,且以IKA Eurostar Power Cont-Visc混合器低剪切混合,形成具有約35奈米(nm)之膠囊壁厚度之微膠囊。經微膠囊化之油滴藉由將另外之15克的5重量%含水Veegum K®及3克之3重量%含水Kelzan S®添加至微膠囊懸浮液而進一步安定化,提供膠囊懸浮液95。膠囊懸浮液95之組成物係顯示於表4,且樣品67、87及95中所含之微膠囊的尺寸係顯示於表5。
氟草胺膠囊懸浮液樣品67、87及95之貯存安定性係藉由使其等接受冷凍/解凍(F/T)條件2週而評估,其中溫度係每24小時從約-10℃循環至約40℃。貯存(2週F/T)後,樣品安定性係藉由測量顆粒尺寸分佈及如表6所示般將其與起始值比較而評估。如於表7所示,氟草胺膠囊懸浮液樣品27(藉由連續方法製備)係於數種不同溫度調件貯存且顯示良好安定性。表7A顯示自於通過Wet Sieve-No.200(75微
米)後收集之樣品27及28獲得之固體的重量%。
下列程序被用以製備於表8中列示之組成物。膠
囊懸浮液A(氟草胺CS)之樣品添加至一150毫升玻璃燒杯內,其後添加水、Celvol 205、Borresperse Na,及加工劑(Pergopak M或Morwet D-425,若適合)每一含有約25重量%固體之樣品係使用具有以1200 rpm轉動之1”分散葉片之IKA Eurostar 6000混合器製備。每一溶液於噴灑乾燥前充份混合(5-10分鐘)。Buchi B-290噴灑乾燥器係設定為以閉路循環模式操作,其中,正壓力被用推動氮氣(而非空氣)經過此系統,以替代使用負壓力吸引氮氣經過此系統。再者,當系統完全操作時,氮氣係經由噴灑噴嘴以霧化氣體引至系統內,且以管線送至送風機入口產生約3.8%之總氧含量。一蠕動泵被用以將液體氟草胺CS樣品遞送至噴灑乾燥器。噴灑乾燥器之入口/出口溫度對於樣品1A係100℃/40℃,且對於樣品1B-1E係105-110℃/46-52℃。一旦每一樣品被噴灑乾燥,經乾燥之粉末被收集,且顆粒尺寸使用Malvern Master Sizer 2000測量。經噴灑乾燥之樣品的顆粒尺寸可於下之表9中與用以製備每一樣品之氟草胺CS組成物之顆粒尺寸一起見到。表9之數據顯示每一經噴灑乾燥的粉末當添加至水時提供具有與起始膠囊懸浮液相似之尺寸的顆粒。
微膠囊壁厚度係使用熟習此項技藝者所知之方法判定。於一實施例,殼壁厚度係如下所述般判定。用以達成目標壁厚度所需之膠囊壁組份之量的計算係以球體積與其半徑相關之幾何方程式為基礎。若具有包含非形成壁
之水不可溶組份(除草劑及除草劑安全劑)之核及由可聚合材料(油及水可溶之單體)組成之殼壁的一核-殼形態被假定,則方程式(1)提出核體積(VC)及核體積加上殼體積(VS)對其等之個別半徑的比率關係,其中,rS係包含殼之膠囊的半徑,且ls係殼厚度。
為了殼體積求解方程式(1)產生:
以質量(mi)及密度(di)取代其等之個別體積(mS/dS=VS及mC/dC=VC,其中下標s或c係個別指殼或核),且求解殼質量產生:
為減化計算及直接使用膠囊之核及殼組份之個別重量,密度比率ds/dc約等於1之近似值被使用產生方程式(4)。
利用mC=mO-mOSM,mS=mO+(fWSM/OSM))mOSM-mC,及fWSM/OSM=mWSM/mOSM(水可溶單體對油可溶單體之比率)之取代,其中,mO係油組份(除草劑、除草劑安全劑,及油可溶單體)之總質量,mOSM係油可
溶單體之質量,且mWSM係水可溶單體之質量,且解出mOSM產生:
為判定mOSM,mWSM之全部量經常被用於此計算。
出苗後溫室試驗方法:以泥煤為主之盆栽土Metro-mix 360(由Sun Gro Horticulture Canada CM Ltd生產)作為此測試之土壤介質。Metro-mix 360係由加拿大泥煤蘚、粗珍珠岩、樹皮灰、發酵劑營養進料(具石膏)及緩慢釋放之氮及白雲灰岩所構成之生長介質。每一物種之數個種籽被植入10公分平方之罐內,且每天澆水兩次。種植物料於18至20℃之固定溫度及50至60%相對濕度之溫室區域E2內增殖。自然光係以1000瓦之金屬鹵化物頂燈補充,平均照明係500微愛因斯坦/平方公尺/秒(μE m-2 s-1)之光合成活性輻射(PAR)。白晝長係16小時。種植物料於處理前澆水,且於處理後進行地下灌溉。處理係以Allen Machine Works製造且位於建築物306,E1-483房之一履帶式噴灑器施用。噴灑器使用8003E噴灑噴嘴,262 kPa壓力之噴灑壓力,及2.0 mph之速度遞送187 L/Ha。噴嘴高度係於植冠上46公分。各種雜草物種之生長階段範圍從2至6葉,且係於下以物種列示。施用率係0、8.8、17.5、35、70及140 g ae/ha。
處理重複3次。植物於處理後回到溫室,且於實驗期間充份施以地下給水。種植物料以於溫室可輕易獲得之Hoagland肥料溶液每週施肥兩次。看到之受損百分率評估係與未經處理之對照植物相比以0至100%之級別進行(其中,0係等於未受損,且100係等於植物完全死亡)。
土壤處理:含有“Mooresville”砂質壤土之4-5英吋罐被用於每一處理。一手持式噴灑器(噴嘴:8003E)被用以以每一處理為300毫升(mL)溶液之噴灑體積將噴灑溶液施用至於水泥混合器內之18公斤土壤。
種植:一旦處理後,土壤被置於16-5英吋之罐內,且將土壤按緊。於種植後,經處理之土壤樣品被保留作為覆蓋土壤。處理前,種籽係藉由種籽勺計數或測量於小瓶內。種籽被種植於經處理之土壤內,且以適當量之經處理的覆蓋土壤覆蓋。罐子被保持於維持在18℃之溫室內,需要時澆水以維持水分量,且於施用後於指示之間隔作評估。看到之受損百分率評估係與未經處理之對照植物
相比以0至100%之級別進行(其中,0係等於未受損,且100係等於植物完全死亡)。
植物種類:(有些係於單一缺內共同種植)
除草劑測試結果:以表13所示之溫室研究結果為基礎,觀察到17微米/35nm(膠囊尺寸/壁厚度)膠囊(樣品87)於1440 g ai/ha之使用率實施上與氟草胺之EC(EF-1533)配製物幾近相等。比較生物學數據(表13)及物理貯存安定性數據(表6),可看出樣品87(35 nm膠囊壁厚度;17.6微米中值尺寸)係測試樣品之較佳實施組成物,且於生物學上係可與氟草胺之EC配製物(EF-1533)相比擬。
Claims (28)
- 一種安定固體殺蟲組成物,包含:1)一微膠囊,係由(a)一水不可溶之薄壁聚尿素殼及(b)一核所構成,該聚尿素殼係藉由一水可溶之多胺單體與一油可溶之聚異氰酸酯單體間之界面聚縮合反應而製備,該核包含一低熔點活性成份,其中(i)胺基部份對異氰酸酯部份之比率係約1:1;(ii)該聚尿素殼具有大於約10nm且少於約60 nm之厚度;(iii)該平均微膠囊尺寸係從約1μm至約25μm;(iv)該核對該聚尿素殼之重量比率係從約2至約165;且(v)相較於總組成物,該微膠囊係以從約300克/公斤至約900克/公斤之量存在;2)一固體之水可溶的聚合物安定劑,其相對於總組成物,係以從約5克/公斤至約250克/公斤之量存在;及3)一固體乳化或固體分散界面活性劑,其相較於總組成物,係以從約5克/公斤至約300克/公斤之量存在。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中,該水可溶之多胺單體係二胺,且該油可溶之聚異氰酸酯單體係二異氰酸酯。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中,該低熔點活性成份係氟氯比-甲基庚酯、氟草胺、氟樂靈、丁氟消草、賽伏草、丁基賽伏草、炔草酸、氟氯草定、唑菌胺、 唑菌胺-P、合氯氟、合氯氟-P、快伏草或快伏草-P,或氯啶。
