Description

Description of the Invention: C Technical Field of the Invention 3 The present invention relates to a crates for transportation and display. t "^tr The present invention relates to a crate for transporting goods, which is capable of displaying to the consumer the transported goods located in the crates and enabling the consumer to more easily access the crates The goods inside. A large number of products are placed in a crate with openings facing up for transport. For example, 'In the beverage industry. The beverage bottles are transported in a number of differently shaped crates or beverage bottles of relatively small trading units (e.g., so-called six-bottled beverages sold by the manufacturer to the retailer). In the case of retail transactions, the crates are typically stacked such that they can only be picked up from the top, and therefore the products in the relatively lower position of the crates can only be on all the strips that will be on top of them. The box board must be removed after it has been removed. This is extremely inconvenient and requires a lot of physical effort and time. In addition, these crates are typically only used to transport a particular type of cargo, such as a bottle, so that additional crates are required for transporting other items. Therefore, it is advantageous to provide a crate that is more efficient and easier to access and place in a crates. An embodiment of the present invention provides a crate having a base and at least two pairs of opposing side walls, a first side wall assembly being configured to enable retrieval of the product contained in the crate . To this end, the first side wall extends at least a portion of the return height from the base in a vertical direction upwardly, the height 3 201245001 being less than the height of one or more of the other side walls. The retrieval height is set such that a lateral opening is defined by the first side wall, the first side wall being sized to enable a user to access and/or retrieve the slat via the lateral opening The product inside the box. The crate further includes a stop member extending between two opposing side walls adjacent the first side wall and movable between a first position and a second position, the stop member being disposed in a relative position a first position between the side walls and spaced apart from the first side wall, the label element is disposed in the second position to cover the first side wall, the crate further comprising a buckle mechanism comprising a A movable element that is configured to engage the opposing side wall and/or the stop element to engage the stop element and the opposing side wall in its first position. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the moveable member is disposed at the stop member and includes a latch that biases into a first position, the moveable member being assembled to receive the buckle from the actuated The first position is moved to a first position, and each of the opposite side walls of the s-X4 includes a recess in which the latch engages in the first position, such that the stop element is attached to the opposite side wall The buckle is locked and the buckle is not engaged in the recess in the second position, so the stop element is not latched with the opposing side walls. According to an embodiment of the invention, the stop element comprises a carriage, a first rod arranged at a first end of the carriage, and a second rod arranged at a second end of the carriage The ends of the bars that are facing away from the trailer are arranged in a rotational manner at opposite side walls. In this configuration, the buckle includes first and second latching elements that are vertically movable according to a consistent embodiment, the first latching component being disposed in the first bar, and the number 201245001 A latching element is then disposed in the second rod. Alternatively, the buckle can include first and second latching elements that are horizontally moveable and are disposed in the trailer. In accordance with the embodiments, the moveable member includes first and second actuating members that cooperate with the first and second latch members, respectively, for angularly moving from the first position into the second position. According to another embodiment, wherein the latching elements are horizontally movable and located in the carriage, the movable element includes a common urging member that cooperates with the first and second latching elements for A position moves obliquely into the second position. In this case, a mechanism can be additionally provided which is configured to convert the horizontal movement of the common kinetic element into two opposite directions of the first and second shackle elements. According to a further embodiment, the stop element is arranged at the opposite side walls in a rotationally and vertically movable manner, the stop element comprising a first locking element and a second locking element, and the opposite side walls comprise Third and fourth latching elements. The latching elements are assembled such that when the stop element is disposed in a first vertical position, the first and third latching elements and the second and fourth latching elements are engaged with each other, and when the stop When the component is disposed in its second vertical position, the first and third latching elements and the second and fourth latching elements are not engaged. The movable element is moveable between a first position and a second position, the stop element being retained in the first vertical position when the movable element is in its first position, and when the movable element is When in its second position, the stop member is movable from the first vertical position to the second vertical position. According to this embodiment, the stop element can comprise a carriage, a first bar of the arrangement 201245001 at one of the first ends of the carriage, and a second bar arranged at a second end of the carriage The ends of the bars are disposed on the opposite side walls in a manner that rotates and is vertically movable toward the trailing end of the carriage. Each of the opposing side walls includes a surface opposite the lower side wall and has a first surface portion spaced from the lower side wall and a second surface portion disposed opposite the first surface portion. In its first position, the stop element is disposed on the second surface portion. When the stop member is disposed in the first vertical position, the carriage has a gap with the first surface portion, the movable member is disposed at the first position thereof and located in the gap, thereby preventing the stop member from being vertical mobile. According to an embodiment, the stop element includes a carriage extending between opposite side walls and two bars disposed at opposite ends of the carriage, the first end of the bars being disposed on the carriage An opposite end of the rod, and one of the second ends of the rods is disposed in a rotational manner on the corresponding side wall. The opposing side walls and the first side wall can include recesses for receiving the tray and the rods, the recesses enabling the carriage and bars to be received in the first and/or second position of the stop member One of the opposing side walls faces the surface of the first side wall and/or the outer surface of one of the side walls is flush. The stop member can be disposed at the second position spaced a distance from the substrate, the distance corresponding to about one-third or two-thirds of the height of the opposing side walls. Furthermore, the stop elements can be arranged to be additionally arranged at other locations spaced apart from the first side wall, in which case the bars can be configured in a telescopic configuration so that the stop elements are arranged as desired Two or other locations. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a crate of the above type further comprises 201245001 an insert for placement on a base of the crates, the insert being dependent upon the product to be received in the crates. According to an embodiment, the plug-in preferably can only be detachably connected to the sole and/or material using a special tool. The gambling member may have a plate shape, and the insert faces the first-surface of the base to match the configuration of the wire bottom. The plate-like insert is assembled with the surface opposite the first surface to conform to the product to be contained. The insert can include (grooves, sleeves), longitudinal bars, transverse bars and/or recesses. The m-step MM system includes a crate according to an embodiment of the present invention and a plurality of inserts assembled for different products, which can be arranged in the crate according to the need. . According to this embodiment, it is thus possible to provide a user who can freely customize the product m which can be immediately applied to different products to be accommodated in the crates, for example - providing a strip according to the structure required by the consumer The service provider of the crate, and the corresponding wealth and the corresponding non-plug-in customers δ the crate part; in this case, the setting is that the plug-in can only be used for women and children - pure box supply The special tools of Shangzhicai are replaced. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the crate has an upper limit (which can also be an entire side wall) extending from the base at an upper distance from the first side wall region and having a relatively low retrieval height. This means that there will be no other unfavorable connections in the area between the adjacent side walls above the first side wall region. In other words, the first side wall has a lower degree of orientation at least partially than the surrounding or some surrounding side walls, so that the user can also access the 201245001 part of the crate so as to be able to position the lower crate in the stack. The inner product gets an easy access method, even if the crates are stacked. However, in some embodiments, the height of the first side wall is set to a size such that a particular product placed in the crate does not fall out of the crate during transport. In certain embodiments, the crate is intended to transport bottled goods pre-packaged in relatively small transaction volumes, which is why the first side wall has a height sufficient to prevent individual bottles from falling out of the crate. . In some embodiments, the height is between 1 and 1 centimeter. In some embodiments, the degree of separation is between 2 and 5 centimeters, or approximately 2 centimeters. In some embodiments, the first side wall has two side wall portions at their edges that engage adjacent side walls, each extending up to the height of the adjacent side walls to increase the stability of the crate. In another embodiment of the invention, the crate has four side walls, and the extraction opening is disposed at least in the side walls adjacent the first side wall. The extraction openings each have a region parallel to the substrate and a region perpendicular to the substrate. In some embodiments, the region perpendicular to the substrate is disposed in the direction of the first sidewall. Moreover, in some embodiments, the first opening portion that extends horizontally and substantially parallel to the substrate merges into the vertical opening portion with a sufficient radius to enable extraction of the crate of the same radius. Thus, in these embodiments of the present invention, the crate in the semi-service or vertical opening portion can be extracted and lifted so that the crate will be tilted rearward when the crate is extracted. During transport, this will reduce the likelihood that, for example, the contents of the bottle will fall out of the crate through the opening of the first side wall. 201245001 = Certain embodiments of the crate, the crate is engaged with the first side of the table ^氐°° n steps include – the bearing surface of the product to be transported, average and ancient. The bearing surface is larger than the remaining area of the substrate. 'The table is not right due to weight loss, the base group is not configured to extend across the entire surface area to have a complete coverage surface, but by the second example: other rods are connected to the first The number of bars in the area of the side wall and the parent unit Φ product (that is, the density of the bars) will be higher. As a result, objects placed in the crate of the area near the shaft (four) (e.g., a bottle with a large load bearing surface or a can) will come into contact with the substrate. For example, the field or the cans are slid or tilted into the recesses between the base members so that the cans or bottles are prevented from being lost in the transportation. Moreover, in some embodiments, the side walls of the first side walls that are connected to the first side wall have a height that is lower than the front side of the side wall. This means that in the direction of the opening, the edges of the side walls are lower on the opening, so that on the other hand the space for the articles of take-up is increased, and on the other hand the incident light entering the interior of the crates and the viewing angle are increased. 'To provide a better inspection function for bottles or similar products that are transported, for example, in crates. In some other embodiments, the other sidewalls that do not correspond to the first sidewall are capable of being folded over the substrate such that the crate can be brought into a folded state wherein the other sidewalls are either resting on or in the substrate So, so that it is substantially parallel to the substrate. Therefore, when the crates are in the empty state, the strips can be transported at a lower cost and in a more efficient manner. Some embodiments have additional movable sidewall regions that extend in a vertical direction beyond the first sidewall and can be removed or folded down. This has the advantage that in the folded open state, the movable side wall region can additionally increase stability and/or safety so that the goods or products do not fall out of the crate. Further, in the folded open state or the folded down state, the movable sidewall region can be used to present product information or the like. In some embodiments, the movable sidewall regions are grouped into a grid and/or formed of a plurality of ribs such that the crate can be cleaned by a high pressure jet without having to be movable The sidewall regions are separated from the crate and/or do not cause unintentional detachment of certain parts due to high pressure. In some embodiments, the other sidewalls are coated on their interior surface with a gamma prime coating and/or lamination of the film comprising the product information. In some other embodiments, a glossy film is provided such that the light reflection' is better to visually view the articles and/or the body being transported within the crates. In certain other embodiments, the heights of the other three side walls that do not correspond to the lower side walls are equal 'so that the crate can be stacked one on top of the other, the base of one of the crates being against the crate below it These three remaining side walls. To this end, a specific recess or profile can be provided in the base of the remaining side walls and in the upper tail end to allow the mating recesses and contours of the base and the remaining side walls to respectively engage in engagement to have stackability and to ensure A reliable location. 10 201245001 In a certain storage phase of a storage and/or transport wheel that is capable of displaying a beverage bottle or a member, the substrate includes a plurality of mandrels extending upwardly from the substrate in a vertical direction. The heart (4) is a three-dimensional object that is positioned on the substrate and is shaped such that the outer surface of the mandrel is bounded by b_ding (4) (4) "The bottle body is so effective that the bottles are not lost." In some embodiments, this is the case. The shaft has only a slight height in the vertical direction so that it can also be referred to as a heart (10) panel. The height of some of the mandrels is tied to the outer shape, and (4) the (4) is connected to the first side wall to prevent the body from falling through the lateral opening. However, in some embodiments to ensure access to the function, the mandrel is not higher than the first side wall at its highest position. In some embodiments, the outer limiting surface of the mandrel has a varying height to make it suitable for the operational setting in a best available manner. In order to allow the bottles to be inclined outwardly toward the first side wall while maintaining a high degree of stability, the mandrels have a lower degree in a direction parallel to the side walls than in the direction toward the first side wall, such that It is capable of being inclined parallel to the first side wall, wherein it is difficult to incline in a direction perpendicular thereto, so that the bottle bodies can be stably held. I: Embodiment 3 Fig. 1 shows an innovative embodiment of a crate 10 for use in the beverage industry. In the embodiment, the substrate 12 is not assembled to continuously extend over the entire surface area, but is constructed of a grid structure. As shown in the bottom view of the crate of Figure 3, the substrate is multi-layered. Formed by a rod or ridge. The members are arranged in a manner that is dense enough so that, for example, the item to be transported by the bottle does not fall through the rod of the crate or as a bottle One of the edges of the body tilts down into one of the chambers between the ridges and does not tip over in an uncontrolled manner. Furthermore, the crate comprises two pairs of mutually opposite side walls 14a, 14b' and 16a, 16b extending upwardly from the base 12, for example in a vertical direction 18. The first of the four side walls (side wall 16b in this example) extends only a slight retrieval height 20 in the vertical direction. The retrieval height 20 is lower than the height of the remaining side walls 14a, 14b, 16a so as to form a lateral opening through which the user can pick up or retrieve the bottle contained in the crate or Goods. No other crate is placed above the side wall 16b of the first 13 201245001. A plurality of mandrels are additionally disposed on the base 12 of the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, and the central axes 22, 1 and 22 are emphasized as an example. Accordingly, the lateral opening for retrieving the article is created by having the first side wall 16b have a lower height than the other adjacent side walls. It is understood that the height is considered to be the dimension in the positive vertical direction 18 herein and in the following figures. The term "top" means one position in the vertical direction 18, and the term "bottom" means a position having a smaller coordinate value in the vertical direction 18. Sideways are understood to mean limiting the crate to any direction parallel to the surface of the substrate 12. A lateral opening is defined and/or formed by the first side wall 16b, wherein the lateral opening allows the user to access it to retrieve the bottle transported in the crate. In other embodiments, it is apparent that other products can be transported in the crates. In the crate of Figure 1, it is also capable of transporting so-called six-packages, which is a six-pack pre-packaged unit. In an alternative embodiment not shown herein, the sidewall does not have a low retraction 20 across its entire length, but the fixed sidewall portion extends from the associated sidewalls 14a and 14b into the lateral opening, the size of the lateral opening Still enough to break the goods or bottle. These crates can increase stability. The embodiment of one of the pallets 1 shown in Fig. 1 further includes a movable side wall region 23 that pivots for a fixed first side wall 16b via the relatively chains 24a-24c. The movable sidewall region 23 is described in the figure as being in a folded-down position, wherein the region is folded down for the first side wall 16b. In the upper folded position shown by other embodiments of the present invention, the movable side wall region 23 extends upward in the vertical direction 18. In this manner, by 201245001, any bottle located in the crate will not Tilting outwards adds extra security. In addition, the movable component can be used to display product information or the like. The side walls 14a and i4b adjacent to the first side wall 16b have gripping openings 28a and 28b', respectively, which can be used to lift and carry the crates. To this end, the grip opening includes a first opening region extending parallel to the substrate, and a second opening region extending substantially in a vertical direction, the function of which will be further explained in detail below with reference to Figure 3. In addition, the side walls 14a and 14b adjacent to the first side wall 16b include push-pull edge regions 3〇a and 3〇b at the end of the first side wall, so that the light can pass through even when the crate is stacked on top of each other. The edge area enters the crate. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the ends of the side walls 143 and i4b adjacent to the first side wall 16b thus have a lower height than their opposite ends. It will be apparent that even in the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the recessed portion of the side wall is substantially triangular, and other recessed shapes can be used for alternative embodiments. In some embodiments, the height of the side walls 14a and 14b adjacent the first side wall 16b is continuously increased to a maximum height. In alternative embodiments, the increase in the degree of southness can undoubtedly also be staged or progressive. The crate shown in Fig. 1 has a stacking property, that is, the contours of the upper ends of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a are assembled so that they will be stacked with another strip when stacked. The contours or configurations of the base of the box are engaged (see, for example, Figure 3) such that the crates can be stacked on one another. However, even when the crates are stacked, the horizontal 15 201245001 opening defined by the first side wall can retrieve the bottle from the inside of the strip phase or a bottle-selling unit such as a six-bottle. In some embodiments of the present invention, the inward surfaces of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a are provided with a light color so that the viewer can clearly see from the light through the openings 3 such as 3〇13. Look inside the bottle inside the crate. In alternative embodiments, the surfaces adhere to product information or advertisements. The embodiment of the invention illustrated in Figure 1 further includes a plurality of ridges 32a and 32b' in its at least one side wall (in the case shown herein, side wall 14b) which is oriented in a vertical direction and from a The sides extend inwardly such that the bottle held by the mandrel avoids contact with the entire surface of the side. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the ridges 32a to 32d are arranged such that the bottle body abuts the peripheral wall portion at its position of the ridge portions 32a to 32d with its outermost peripheral radius. In this way, since only the ridge is used in this case, the inner surface of the large area of the side wall can be avoided. Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the crate of Fig. 1, wherein the crate is in a state of loading three six-packs. The six bottles of 40a, 40b and 40c each contain six individual bottles, which are not shown here for clarity. Except from below. In addition to the mandrel of the six bottles of goods (for which purpose the six bottles of goods have openings at the bottom), the six bottles of goods are also passed through the ridges disposed on the base 12 of the crate 10 4〇a and 40b are held as shown in Figure 1. As clearly shown in Fig. 3, it shows the two crates 10 and 10a in a stacked state, even in the stacked state, it is also possible to retrieve the far products or the bottle from the lower strip 16 201245001 . Of course, this also applies to the alternative of individual bottles when six bottles of goods 4〇a, 4% and 4〇c are transported and/or displayed in crates. As clearly shown in Figures 2 and 3, a particular embodiment of a crate shown in Figure i is shown to be highly flexible for the bottle to be transported, since the crate can transport six bottles. Goods, on the other hand, can transport individual bottles. This is due to the arrangement of the mandrels 22 & 22b and the ridges 42a and 4 shown in Fig. 1. It will be apparent that in other embodiments of the crate 1 ,, the arrangement of the mandrels is sufficient for different choices. For example, in some embodiments, the spine can be completely eliminated, and only the mandrel is used. However, in the embodiment shown in Figure 1, all can be used, as each individual bottle inserted into the gap between the mandrel and/or the ridge can be borrowed in four directions in each case. It is supported by a side wall of a ridge, a mandrel, or one of the side walls 14a, 16a or 16b of the crate so that it can be securely fixed for transport. As clearly shown in Fig. 3, the different products can be displayed in a row of stacked crates due to the stability of the crate and the possibility of lateral retraction by the first side wall 16b. By mating with the mandrel, the side wall 16b prevents the bottle from tilting out of the crate during transport, thus setting the size of the side wall 16b to prevent the case from falling over during transport. However, in some cases the side wall remains sufficiently recorded so that the bottle can be retrieved from the crate from the front, even if another crate 10a is on top of the crate 10. According to an embodiment, the item of the item 2012 2012001 can be first pulled up slightly and then taken obliquely from the front. In some embodiments, the heart can be explained in detail by referring to FIG. A special assembly of the shaft is achieved. Figure 3 clearly shows other features of certain embodiments of the present invention, referred to as the special configuration of grip openings 28a and 28b. The gripping structure is simultaneously bent and extended in a horizontal and vertical manner. In other words, the grip opening 28a includes an open area 5〇a extending parallel to the substrate 12, and a second open area 5〇b extending substantially in the vertical direction 18. It is understood that the dimensions between the vertical and horizontal open areas in Figure 3 are merely exemplary. Therefore, the grip opening 28a can also extend a sufficient span in the vertical direction so that a user can also use the grip opening 28a in the vertical direction. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the grip opening 28a can also have a shape that is significantly different from the embodiment of Figure 3. For example, it can also have a square or triangular cross-section such that the crate can be lifted from the top by the horizontal opening area 50a or by the vertical opening area 5〇b. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the vertical opening region is located on the side associated with the first side wall 16b and is at the outer contour (i.e., in the direction toward the first side wall) The radius wakes up into the horizontal opening area 50a. This is because when the crate is lifted, it can also be held within the radius, so that when the vertical opening area is located on the side associated with the first side wall, the crate is tilted rearward so that It is possible to additionally prevent the individual bottles from falling due to the inclination when the crate is expanded. As shown in Fig. 1, the bottom view of the crate of Fig. 1 is shown in Fig. 4, 18 201245001, and the second view of the bottom view of the embodiment of the present embodiment is shown in Fig. In the embodiment, the special design of connecting the first side wall of the substrate 12 can further increase the safety. In some embodiments of the present invention, the substrate 12 is not formed to have a complete surface' but is formed by arranging ribs to save weight and aid in cleaning. The f-ribs cover the surface area of the substrate 12 such that the individual bottles can be placed on the substrate 12 with their bottoms. In the region 50 of the leading edge (that is, in the region adjacent to the first side wall, the number of ribs or the surface density of the region is increased more than that of other regions, so that even if the bottle is caused by the outside; The body is slightly inclined from the position of the relying position toward the first side wall, and the bottles are also not self-dumping outward. By arranging the ribs densely in the area adjacent to the first side wall, the bottle body cannot be Tilting into the gap between two adjacent ribs can prevent this problem. In other words, 'in the region where the __ sidewall is removed, the substrate 12 has a bearing surface for the bottle body, the bearing surface is average It is greater than the available load-bearing surface per unit area of the substrate so as to ensure the stability of the bottle. As clearly shown in Figure 4, the substrate 12 has a - height in the region adjacent the side walls 14a, 14b and him. It consists of several ribs, which are assembled so that when the crate is placed on other crate, its side will be combined with another (four) The rims of the side walls converge to ensure that they are stacked The stability in the state as well as the stable position. Further, the base of the crate has a rod 52 at its center, wherein the rod 52 extends from the side wall 16a to the first side wall (10) and its ridge is at the vertical side 19 201245001 There is a greater extension to the remaining ridges of the base. The rod 52 functions to additionally support the first side wall 丨 6 b having a relatively low height to increase the stability of the crate. The arrangement is centrally located so that the further extension to the bars below the remaining substrate does not prevent the bottle from being removed from the lower crate in the stacked state. Figure 5 shows another embodiment of the invention, The embodiment is substantially different from the embodiment discussed by the previous figures, as the embodiment shown in Figure 5 is capable of transporting bottles of other sizes. The embodiment shown in Figure 1 is applicable to the contents. For a 5 liter bottle, a plate box of the embodiment shown in Fig. 5 is suitable for having 0. 33 liters of contents of the bottle. Thus, the embodiment of Fig. 5 differs substantially in the thickness of the mandrel arrangement and the thickness of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a from the embodiment of Fig. 1 in that the arrangement and thickness are changed so as to be the same for the outer volume of the crate It is possible to arrange the bottle body inside the crate. For example, the crate shown in FIG. 5 includes, for example, five mandrels 54a, 54b, 54c, 54d and 54e that are connected to the first side wall i6b so as to hold a total of six contents in the first row. It is a 33 liter bottle. Further, the crate of Fig. 5 has only one continuous ridge 56 in the center of the crate so that four six-pack packages can be transported by the crate. Unlike the embodiment of Figures 1 through 4, this embodiment of Figure 5 additionally shows that the crate has an upwardly foldable movable sidewall region 23 at the first side wall 16b. In addition to this, the design characteristics of the crate of Fig. 5 correspond to the embodiment of Fig. 1 and have the same functions in each case, so that the re-construction of the components corresponding to Fig. 1 is omitted. discuss. In addition, the slat shown in FIG. 5 is similar to the one shown in FIG. 20 201245001, and has at least one opening 58 at the side wall 16a opposite to the side wall 16b. The opening 58 extends. The side wall 16a is passed through so that the crate can be attached or attached to a wall portion or a shelf or the like by the opening. To increase the security of the attachment, the embodiments shown in Figures 1 and 5 each additionally have an optional second attachment opening 60. The embodiment shown in Fig. 6 is also assembled to transport 24 internal capacities of 0. The 33 liter bottle, most of which corresponds to the embodiment shown in Figure 5. However, in the embodiment shown in Fig. 5, the side walls i4a, 14b and 16a or the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a are at least partially arranged to be foldable by the hinge to the base. Because of its foldability, so that it can be folded toward the substrate, and is substantially parallel to the substrate in the folded down state, as shown in Figure 7 for the side wall 16a, the side wall is attached to the substrate in the folded down state. The surface of 12 is parallel. Fig. 8 shows that all of the side walls Ha, 14b and 16a are in a folded state, so that the crates in the folded state can be easily transported back to the brewery or a bottled factory without requiring a lot of loading space. This can greatly reduce the cost of transportation. Referring to Figures 6 to 8, even the foldable side walls 14a, 14b and 16a are shown only for assembly to transport 24 bottles each of which is 0. The crate of the 33-litre bottle, it is obvious that the figure shown in Figure 1 is for 0. The 5 litre bottle can also be configured with the foldable side walls. In general, the embodiments described or illustrated by the individual embodiments can be combined with each other in any desired manner in order to obtain alternative embodiments of the innovative crate. 21 201245001 Figure 9 shows the embodiment of Figure 5 in a loaded state in which 24 bottles will be placed in the crate. Similar to Fig. 5, in this case, the movable side wall region 23 is also in the folded open position to additionally hold the frontmost bottle or to attach the product shipping label to the outer surface of the elastic member 23. This part is not related to the goods displayed. The embodiment of Fig. 10 showing the fifth drawing has an alternative loading form, which is referred to as a six-pack package 70a, 70b, 70c and 70d. Figure 11 shows a top view of this embodiment of Figure 5, it being apparent that the 'mandrel 54c has a geometry different from the mandrel 54a' 54b or 54c to enable insertion of the six bottles of package. However, in alternative embodiments, the a central central mandrel 54c can of course have the shape as the other mandrels, such as the shape of the mandrel 54a. Likewise, any other mandrel can have the shape of the mandrel 54c. As shown in the top view of Fig. 11, even if the crate is designed for a 24-bottle beverage bottle, the substrate 12 is designed to have an average load greater than the entire substrate in the region 50 adjacent the first side wall 16. The surface bearing surface prevents the bottle from accidentally falling out of the crate. Figure 12 shows an enlarged view of the 5 butterfly 54e so that its specific shape details can be observed. The mandrel cooperates with the first side wall 16b to hold the bottle body in a stable manner while being able to take the front direction Back to the bottle. To achieve this, certain embodiments of the mandrel have an outer surface whose height in the vertical direction 18 is not fixed. It is understood that the shaded area 7 is used as the outer limiting surface of the mandrel 54a, i.e., the Wei or zone element 22 201245001 laterally limits the mandrel in all directions orthogonal to the vertical direction 18. As previously described, the outer limiting surface 70 has a varying height. The mandrel extends parallel to the first side wall 16b and retains a bottle body in a first side surface region 75 of the rearward direction (direction 72 away from the first side wall 16b) having a lower height than the bottle The height of a second side surface region 76 that is held against the direction 74 parallel to the first side wall 16b is low. Since the mandrel shown in Fig. 12 has a substantially diamond-shaped cross section 'with a tip toward the first side wall 16b, the function of preventing backward tilting is thus performed by a first restricted surface area 75, which is basically The mandrel is closed in a direction parallel to the first side wall 16b. One of the second limiting surface regions 76 of the mandrel 54b is restrained in the direction of the first side wall 16b to prevent the bottle from tilting in a direction parallel to the first side wall 16b. The first side surface area 75 is lower than the second side surface area so as to be able to tilt when the bottle body is tilted forward without lifting the bottle to a certain extent because the bottle body may already be close to The base of another crate stacked above the considered crate. However, the second restricted surface area 76 can avoid the inclination parallel to the direction of the first side wall 16b, and thus its height can be higher in order to increase the stability. In general, the two mandrels Ma and 54b and the mandrel 5 cause maximum stability' while the bottle body can be tilted forwardly due to a mandrel having a height lower than the direction perpendicular to the side wall in parallel with the direction. Furthermore, the '12th view' of the mandrel is provided with an externally constrained sub-surface which is recessed inwardly between the basic form of the substantially diamond shape and the radius of the recess substantially corresponds to the diameter of the bottle body so that Stable to hold the bottle at 23 201245001. Referring to the 13th and 14th circles, another embodiment of the present invention will be described hereinafter. According to the embodiment, reference is made to the drawings and drawings. The crate is provided with another element, a stopper element, for use as, for example, transportation. For protection purposes. Fig. 13 shows a crate' which substantially corresponds to the crate of Fig. 1, so that repeated descriptions of various components which have been described with reference to Fig. 1 will be dispensed with. As shown in the closed form, the crate advancement of Fig. 13(8) includes a load block 7G piece 100' which includes a carriage 1〇2 having two opposite ends. The first end i 〇 2a of the carriage 102 has a first bar member 1 〇 4 disposed therein, and « the hoisted trailer 1G2 - the second tail end 1G2b has - the second bar member 脳 is disposed there. The tail ends a04a and 1 〇6a of the bars 104, 106 (the tail ends are opposite the trailer 丨〇 2) are mounted on the opposite side surfaces or the trailing end surfaces 14& In the case shown in Figure 13(a), the stop element or transport protection element 100 is in a position between a first position and a second position. The slat shown in Figure 13(a) is shown in Figure 13(b), but the splicing element 100 is in a first position in the figure, wherein the cradle 1 〇 2 is on the side walls 14a and 14b Extending between, the trailer 1〇2 is arranged at a distance from the shorter side wall i6b. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 3(8), the height of the carriage 1〇2 is half the height of the side walls 14a and 14b, however, the present invention is not limited to this arrangement. The trailer 102 can be arranged to be taller or shorter, as the case may be. The bars 104 and 106 are assembled and mounted such that when the carriage 102 is flipped from the position shown in Figure 13(a) to the position shown in Figure 13(b), the trailer 102 Will be at the distance from the bottom (lower side wall U6b) - the required distance. As can be seen in Figure 13(b), the side walls 14a and 14b or the surfaces of the two end ends 24 201245001 facing the shorter side walls 16b are configured to - way the members 104 and 106, and the trays therein The area connected to the bars 1〇4 and 1〇6 (i.e., the opposite ends l〇2a and 102b of the carriage 102) is received in the recess or chamber to create a flush front surface. Figure 14 shows a crate of Figure 1 and a stacking arrangement of the crate system of Figure 13 on the crate, where the carriage 102 is placed in a second position. Wherein the trailer is arranged to cover the low side wall 14b. As shown in the figures, the low side wall 16b is also configured to have a recess or gap 'to receive the carriage 102' in the second position shown in Fig. 14 to produce a flush front side of the side wall 16b. As shown in Figures 13(b) and 14, the opposite ends i 〇 2a and 102b of the cradle 102 are assembled so that in the first position shown in Figure 13(b), The corresponding side walls 14a and 14b are surrounded to ensure a secure locking of the buckle and the carrier 102. Similarly, in the position shown in Fig. 14, the stable position of the carriage 102 is achieved by the alpha engagement of the corresponding engagement elements formed in the low side walls with the side carriages 1 〇 2 . An advantage of the present invention is the provision of an additional transport protection element that is positioned during transport for the position shown in Figure 13(b) and thus has an effect on the product located in the crates to avoid The product moves towards the opening, in other words, further protection against the need to drop the product. The trailer is rotatably attached to the side or tail surface of the crate and can be moved in a simple manner from the closed position shown in Figure 13(b) to the open position 'so free to pick and place The product in the crate. The present invention is not limited to the examples described by Figs. 13 and 14, and 25 201245001 is capable of selecting a different position instead of arranging the carriage 102 to be approximately half the height of the tail end wall, for example, with the lower wall portion 16b. The distance can be chosen to be one-third of the height of the side wall or two-thirds of the height of the side wall, and the rod (1) bucket and the 106 group are arranged like a telescopic rod, so as to start the carriage along the second map. The height of the side walls is positioned at a different height such that the height of the load block member 102 can be adjusted in a resilient manner in accordance with the product located in the crate. Another embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to Figs. 15 and 16, which show a panel "which has been described with reference to Fig. 1, but which is not identical in terms of the configuration of the substrate 12. In the crate shown in Fig. 15, an insert 112' is disposed on the base of the crate so as to be detachable therefrom. The insert 112 is shown in Fig. 16 to include an upper surface n2a, a first rod member 114 being shown extending parallel to the opposing side walls 14a and 14b across the entire depth of the crate to the rear wall portion 16&; Another rod member is provided, the transverse rod member 116, which extends from the side wall 14a toward the first rod member i 14 by about half the depth of the strip box. The insert 112 can be configured, for example, to accept a product packaged in a carton, and has a different product than the resulting component size in the insert 112. In addition to these products, any product can be placed in the crate according to Fig. 16, and according to the present invention, different inserts 112 can also be arranged in the crate in a detachable manner. By way of Fig. 16, certain embodiments of the insert 将 2 will exhibit, for example, the feasibility of providing a rectangular and circular recess for the surface 112a of the 16th (in order to simultaneously accept a product having a corresponding trace). Similar to Fig. 15, Fig. 16(b) shows the arrangement of the bars on the top surface ma of the insert 112 and 26 201245001 according to Fig. 16(c), the mandrel can be placed on the top surface 112& Referring to the description of Figures 1 through 12, Figure 16(d) shows the bottom surface 112b of the insert η? This figure shows the elements 118 & to 118d arranged at the corners for use with the base of the crates Corresponding elements or recesses in 12 are responsive to the fact that the elements 118 are preferably assembled such that they can be removed from the crate base by special tools only after being locked with the crate base Separation, so that the crate supplier can tailor the crate in different ways that the customer prefers, so that the customer does not use the crate that can be replaced for other products. In this way, the crate Can be tailored to the needs of customers, and It is resiliently responsive to the need for a particular insert that does not often require a ladle for other products. The embodiments of the present invention are described in more detail below with reference to Figures 13 and 14. In these embodiments, the stop member shown in Figures 13 and 14 includes a latching member having a movable assembly for positively holding the stop member in its closed position. Figure 17 shows a A section of the crate of one of the first embodiments. Figure 17(a) shows a left side elevational view of the crate of Figure 13(b). It should be noted that for the sake of simplicity, The right side of the crate is not shown, but it can be assembled to correspond to the left side. Figure 17(b) shows a cross-sectional view showing the locking mechanism. As shown in Figure 17(a) The stop member 1〇2 includes a carriage 1〇2 which differs from the wire shown in the 13th towel in that the carriage comprises two bars 102c and 102d on opposite side walls i4a and 1 cent (13th Between the two), the end of the rods 27 201245001 102c and 102d are integrally connected to the vertical rods 1〇4 and 106, so that a stop element corresponding to the stop element of the πth figure is obtained. It should be noted that the embodiment of the invention is not limited to the configuration of the stop element 1' It is possible to use a stopper member having only one tray member in the form shown in Fig. 13; or, a spacer member having more than two rod members can be used. The embodiment shown in Fig. 17(b) The slat further includes a latch mechanism 200 disposed on the cradle 1 〇 2, and more particularly on the cradle bar 〇 2c adjacent to the side wall 14a. The latch mechanism 200 includes an urging mechanism Element 202 and a housing 204, the other components of which are housed in the housing. The urging member 202 is movable in a horizontal direction to priming a latch disposed within the housing in the following manner. Figure 17(b) shows a detailed view of the latch mechanism of Figure 17(a). As shown, the latch mechanism includes a latching member 206 that is horizontally movable as indicated by the arrow in Figure 17(b). The latching element 206 is movably mounted within the housing 204' and is biased via a spring 208 into the position shown in Figure 17(b). The urging member 202 is operatively coupled to the shackle member 206 for movement of the shackle member 206 from the position shown in FIG. 17(b) to a position by a corresponding horizontal movement. Right. The side wall 14a includes a recess 210 in which the latching element 206 is disposed in its first position as shown in Figure 17(b). In this position, the stopper member 100 is buckled at the position shown in Figs. 17(a) and 13(b). Since the latching member 206 is located in the recess 21', it is possible to prevent the stopper member 100 from moving into the position shown in Fig. 13(a). To achieve this rotational movement, the latch 206 needs to be moved away from the position shown in Figure 17(b) by urging the member 202 against the spring force of the spring 2〇8. 28 201245001 Once the element 202 is actuated by the buckle for a corresponding distance, the element will be located outside of the recess 210 and the stop element can be flipped into a position such as shown in Figure 13. The advantages of this innovative configuration include the ability to safely position the broadcast component in its first position, thus in particular preventing unintentional opening of the component during transport and thus the product contained in the container. Since a secure snap lock is achieved in this manner, the use of such a latch mechanism and a movable member has advantages over a pure lockout. In the case of locking, the block element may be opened by impact or impact exposed crate or the goods located in the crate may be moved. Referring to Figure 18, there is shown an alternative embodiment of the configuration of the latch mechanism. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 18, the latching mechanism includes a vertical latching member' instead of the horizontal latching member shown in Fig. 17. As shown in Fig. 18(a), the latch mechanism 200 is disposed in the stopper member and includes a vertically movable urging member 202. Figure 18(b) shows a transverse cross-sectional view of the side wall 'the viewing angle is from the side toward the side wall. In the embodiment shown in Figure 18(b), the latching element 206 is movably It is arranged in a recess 212 in one of the stop elements. The latching element 206 is vertically movable as shown by the arrow 'and is biased by a spring 208 into the position shown in Figure 18(a). The side wall 14a includes a recess 210 by which the latching member 206 engages in the position shown in Fig. 18(b) so that the movement of the stopper member in the direction of the curved arrow can be prevented. The latching element 210 is operatively coupled to the priming element 2 〇 2 such that it is made? The downward movement of the tilting element causes the latching element to move downward against the spring force of the spring 208 and will eventually exit the recess 210 so that the 29 201245001 stop element has the curved arrow in Figure 18(b) Move in direction. Fig. 19 shows another embodiment of the present invention which is similar to the embodiment of Fig. 18, however, the difference from the embodiment of Fig. 18 is that the urging members of the latching mechanism are disposed in the side wall 14a. As shown in Fig. 19(a), the latch mechanism 200 includes a urging member 202 that is disposed in a portion above one of the side walls Ha. Figure 19(b) shows a cross-sectional view similar to Figure 18(b). As shown, the latching element 206 is disposed in the recess 210 of the side wall 14a and is biased toward the 19th (b) view by the spring 208. The latching element can be moved vertically by the urging member 202 operatively coupled to the latching member 206, as indicated by the double arrow in Figure 19(b). The latching element 206 is shown in a biased position in which it engages a recess 212 in the tab element such that the stop element can be prevented from moving in the direction of the curved arrow. As shown, the side walls 14a and other similar side walls 14b not shown in Figures 17 through 19 include a narrow surface 220 facing the low side wall 16b and include a first surface portion spaced from the low side wall 16b. 220a, and a second surface portion 220b disposed between the low side wall 16b and the first surface portion 220a, wherein the second surface portion 220b retreats toward the rear wall portion 16b relative to the first surface portion 220a, such that A protrusion 222 is formed on the surface 220 of the side wall 14a facing the low wall portion 16b. In accordance with the embodiments, the side walls 14a are assembled such that the surface portions 220a and 220b are offset from one another such that the stop member in its first position abuts the second surface portion 220b. The dimensions are selected such that if the stop member is in its first position, the first surface portion 22 of the wall portion 14a and the surface of the stop member facing the low wall portion 16b are flush so that Strip 30 201245001 The side wall of the box provides a substantially flush front surface. It is noted that the mosquitoes, the present invention, can be implemented in different ways, depending on the mechanism shown in Figures 17 to 19. For example, in the case of a horizontal locking element, it is possible to carry along along the length of the wire element, the additional integration of the appropriate gear mechanism, the influence of the (4) component, and the two effective connection of the locking component The lock lock produces relative movement. Therefore, the buckle member is plucked in one direction, and (4) is closed with the latch member engaged with the box 14a and 14b. Similarly, the 'horizontal latching mechanism can be (d) in one of the trailer members, in a corresponding release mechanism, or as part of the trailer bar or side wall. Figure 20 shows an alternative embodiment of the latching mechanism in accordance with the present invention. The stop member 100 includes a recess in the region, wherein the carriage members 102c and 102d are coupled to a vertical member. In the embodiment shown, the s-recess is located between the upper carriage member 1〇2c and the lower carriage member i〇2d. In other embodiments, the recesses can also be placed at different locations. Further, the side wall 14a includes a hook-like projection 232 in which the direction of the short side wall i6b (i.e., the forward direction) projects beyond the second surface portion 220b of the side wall 14a. In Fig. 20, the stop member 1 is shown in its first position, wherein the stop member encloses an opening defined between the side walls 14a and i4b. In this position, the bar members 1 〇 4, 1 〇 6 of the stopper member 1 are in close proximity to the surface portion 22 〇 b of the narrow surface 220 of the side wall 14a, as explained briefly above with reference to Fig. 19(b). Unlike the previously described embodiment, in the embodiment described with reference to Figure 20, the stop element 1〇〇 is not mounted in a rotational manner, the same; 3 31 201245001 can be moved vertically. In the closed position shown in Fig. 20, the hook portion of the projection 232 encloses an outer surface of the rod member 104 of the recess 230 so as to prevent the stopper member 1 from moving forward into its open position. . The stop member 100 is disposed in its first position such that there is a gap 234 between the carriage 102 and the projection 232 of the side wall 14a. In order to prevent the stop member 100 from moving vertically into the gap 234 during transport of the crate, thereby preventing the unlocking of the buckle, a movable element 236 is additionally provided which is disposed on the upper carriage member. 2c is rotatably movable about an axis 238 to be movable between one of the positions shown in Fig. 20 and another position. The movable element 236 includes a portion 240 that is disposed within the gap 234 and that is removable from the gap 234 by rotational movement of the movable element about the axis 238 as long as the portion 240 is within the gap 234. Vertical movement of the element 100 can be prevented, and thereby the element 100 can be prevented from being unlocked or disengaged from the hook-like protrusions 232. To enable the stop element 100 to be opened, the movable element 234 is rotated to move the portion 240 away from the gap 234, thereby enabling the stop element 1 to be moved vertically upwards, thereby loosening the hook-like projection 232 The stop element is turned on so that the latter can be flipped. Figure 21 shows a transverse section showing the configuration of the protrusions 232. As shown, the projection includes a hook portion 232 that is assembled at a corresponding location for engagement with the projection 232a. Or the 'large output 232' can also extend outwardly across the thickness of the stop element 1〇4 such that the portion 232a aligns with the outer surface of one of the load block elements. The movement of the block element in the gap 234 is caused by the uncombination of the protrusion 232a and the outer surface i〇4a of the block element 1〇4 32 201245001, so that the block element can be made in FIG. 21 Move in the direction of the curved arrow. If it is not desired to cause this movement, the stop element is taken up by the element shown in Fig. 20 in the position shown in Fig. 21, and since part 240 of the movable element 236 is arranged in the gap 234 In the middle, it is possible to make the component no longer move vertically upwards. Even though the embodiments of the invention described above are primarily concerned with the crate for beverages, other embodiments of the invention are undoubtedly applicable to other types of products. For example, a beverage can and any other cylindrical article, such as a gel, deodorant, or the like, can be transported using the crate of the present invention. In addition, crates with lateral openings are also suitable for completely different types of products, the shape of which can be separated from the basic form of a cylinder. Since the products can be taken laterally from the crate even if the crate is in a stacked state, the crate can be used for various types of products.
