Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a storage container provided with a slide structure that can be used for both product transportation and product display.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Hard plastic storage containers with open tops are used to transport fragile items such as packed eggs. Even after the storage containers arrive at a retail store such as a supermarket, it is customary that the storage containers are stacked on the floor of the store and used as temporary display containers as they are. However, in such a temporary display container, unless the upper container is removed, the goods stored in the lower container cannot be taken out, which is very inconvenient. For this reason, there has been proposed a stacked container configured to be able to take out a product from the container in each stage even when the containers are stacked in multiple stages.
[0003]
For example, a bottom plate of a container is formed by connecting a plurality of split plates in a bendable manner, and when there is no more product on the bottom plate, the bottom plate is zigzag folded and the bottom of the container is opened to open the bottom of the container. (See Patent Document 1). Further, the bottom plate of the container is divided into a front slide plate and a rear fixed plate, and when necessary, the slide plate is slid to the upper surface of the fixed plate, and the bottom portion of the container is opened by opening the front bottom portion so as to be located under the container. There is one that opens the upper front side of another container (see Patent Document 2). Further, the bottom of the container is composed of two movable shelves (a front shelf and a rear shelf). In normal cases, the upper surface of the front shelf and the rear shelf constitute a substantially flat product mounting surface. In some cases, the front shelf is sunk under the rear shelf to open the front bottom of the container, or the rear shelf is moved above the front shelf to open the rear bottom of the container (Patent Document 3). reference).

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above prior art also has some disadvantages. In the container of Patent Literature 1, it is preferable to increase the number of divided plates in order to facilitate the folding of the bottom plate. However, in this case, the group of divided plates that are folded in a zigzag manner is unexpectedly obstructive. In the container of Patent Document 2, if even one product remains on the fixed plate, the slide plate cannot be slid to the upper surface of the fixed plate, and it is difficult to move the slide plate flexibly. In the container of Patent Document 3, since both the front shelf and the rear shelf are movable, not only is the structure extremely complicated and unsuitable for mass production, but also the stability of each shelf when placing products is lacking. In other words, none of the containers was very convenient.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to be able to double as a product transport container and a product display container to be stacked and used, and to have a simple sliding structure of a bottom wall portion for placing products during transport and display, which is more convenient and mass-produced than before. An object of the present invention is to provide a storage container having a suitable slide structure.
[0007]

[0010]
In the present invention, a first engagement portion for preventing expansion is provided inside the front end of each of the left and right side walls, and the first engagement portion for preventing expansion is provided on both right and left ends of the slide body. Corresponding second engagement portions for preventing expansion are provided, and when the slide body is disposed at the forward position, the first and second engagement portions for prevention of expansion of the left and right side walls prevent the left and right expansion of the slide body. It is preferable that the second engagement portions are engaged with each other to prevent the left and right side walls from expanding in the width direction between the front end portions (claim 5). Further, it is preferable that a grip portion for gripping by hand is provided near the front end of each of the left and right side walls (claim 6).
[0011]
In the present invention, it is preferable that the container body, the slide body, and the movable plate are all made of plastic. In this case, the weight of the entire container can be reduced.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the storage container according to the present embodiment includes a container main body 1, a pair of rail members 4 (see FIG. 5) fixed to the left and right bottoms of the container main body, and a container main body 1. It is constructed by assembling a slide body 5 mounted slidably in the front-rear direction and a vertical movable plate 7 mounted movably in a vertical direction with respect to a front wall of the slide body.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the container body 1 includes a rear side wall 11, left and right side walls 12 and 13 surrounding three sides, and a horizontal bottom wall 14. As shown in FIGS. 2A and 3, the length of the bottom wall 14 is shorter than the length of each of the left and right side walls 12 and 13, and the leading edge 14 a is located in the middle of each of the side walls 12 and 13. By disposing the bottom wall 14 near the rear wall 11, the bottom wall 14 is connected and fixed to three walls 11 to 13 of the rear wall and the left and right side walls. Further, a space to be opened and closed by the slide body 5 is secured in front of the rearwardly disposed bottom wall 14 and between the left and right side walls 12 and 13. The rear wall 11, the left and right side walls 12, 13 and the bottom wall 14 are each provided with a plurality of openings 15 of various shapes for the purpose of ensuring air permeability and reducing thickness for weight reduction. The container body 1 composed of the four walls 11 to 14 including the plurality of openings 15 is integrally formed of hard plastic.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a recess 16 for front / rear positioning is formed substantially at the center of the upper edge of each of the left and right side walls 12 and 13, and as shown in FIG. At the approximate center of the lower edge of each of the parts 12, 13, a convex part 17 for front / rear positioning corresponding to the concave part 16 is formed. Further, at the lower edge of each of the left and right side walls, two left and right positioning regulating surfaces 18, 18 opposed to each other with the projection 17 interposed therebetween are formed. The amount of downward projection of each regulating surface 18 is greater than the amount of downward projection of the projection 17, and the distance between the regulating surfaces 18 is substantially equal to the width of each side wall 12, 13. For this reason, when two or more storage containers of the present embodiment are stacked, the front / rear positioning protrusions 17 of the upper container are fitted into the front / rear positioning recesses 16 of the lower container. The positioning in the front-rear direction between the upper and lower storage containers is completed. At the same time, the upper edge portion of each side wall of the lower container enters between the pair of regulating surfaces 18 projecting from the lower edge portion of each side wall of the upper container, so that the horizontal direction (width direction) between the upper and lower two storage containers. Is completed. As described above, the storage container according to the present embodiment is capable of vertically stacking a plurality of storage containers while performing unique positioning in the front-rear direction and the width direction.
[0015]

The left and right rail members 4, 4 are symmetrical with respect to the center line C1 of the container body. FIG. 5 shows the rail member 4 for the left side wall 12. As shown in FIG. 5, the rail member 4 is a long plastic member having a substantially L-shaped cross section. On one side (inside) of the rail member 4, a middle rail surface 41 and a lower rail surface 43, which are different in height from each other and become horizontal when mounted on the container body 1, and middle and lower rail surfaces 41, 43 are provided. A middle-lower inclined surface 42 that connects obliquely is formed. A locking projection 44 is provided on the lower rail surface 43 near the rear end of the rail member 4. On the other hand, on the other side (outside) of the rail member 4, six sets of two claws 45 are arranged in parallel. The six sets of claws 45 are hooked into six sets of hooking recesses (not shown) provided on the inner surface of the bottom of each of the left and right side walls 12, 13, so that the inside of the left and right side walls 12, 13 of the container main body is provided. On the other hand, a pair of left and right rail members 4 and 4 are fixed.
[0016]
FIG. 3 shows a cross section along the center line C1 of the container body in a state where the rail member 4 is fixed to the left side wall 12. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the vicinity of the front end of the left side wall 12 as viewed from the inside. The left and right side walls 12, 13 are symmetrical with respect to the center line C1 of the container body. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a vertical overhang 19 and a rail overhang 20 are provided inside the front portions of the left and right side walls 12 and 13.
[0017]
On the upper surface side of the rail extension 20, a middle horizontal plane 23 flush with the middle rail surface 41 of the rail member 4, an upper horizontal plane 21 at a higher position in front of the middle horizontal plane 23, and upper and middle An upper intermediate inclined surface 22 that connects the horizontal surfaces 21 and 23 obliquely is formed. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 3, a guide ridge 24 extending horizontally while maintaining parallelism with the middle rail surface 41 of the rail member is provided on the inner surface of each of the left and right side walls 12 and 13. It is protruding. The width of the guide protrusion 24 is smaller than the width of the middle rail surface 41. In addition, at each of the inner surfaces of the left and right side walls at an intermediate position of the upper intermediate inclined surface 22, a locking convex portion 25 extending short in the vertical direction is provided.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of upper and lower engaging recesses 26 and 27 that open rearward on the rear surface (the surface facing the rear wall 11) is formed in each of the vertical overhang portions 19 on the left and right side walls. The upper and lower engaging concave portions 26 and 27 correspond to upper and lower engaging convex portions 64 and 65 provided on the slide body 5 described later, respectively.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a movable plate guide 30 for forming a guide rail for the movable plate 7 protrudes from each of the left and right side walls 12 and 13 above the vertical overhang 19. Have been. The movable plate guide portion 30 is formed in a vertically long rectangular parallelepiped shape by a plurality of wall portions having a predetermined wall thickness (for example, 3 mm). A guide groove 34 extending in the vertical direction is formed in the inner wall portion 31 constituting the guide portion 30, and the inner edge 32 of the inner wall portion defining the front edge and the rear edge of the guide groove 34 respectively. , 33 serve as a pair of front and rear guide rails (32, 33) facing each other. In the vicinity of the upper end of the front guide rail 32, a semicircular locked portion 35 is formed by notching. Further, the upper end area of the rear guide rail 33 is provided with a gentle inclination that is closer to the front as going upward, so that the upper end area of the guide groove 34 becomes narrower as going upward. The lower ends of the front and rear guide rails 32 and 33 are shaped like a letter "C", so that the lower ends of the guide grooves 34 are widened.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, near the front end of each of the left and right side walls 12, 13, a vertically long elliptical gripping opening 37 is formed at a position adjacent to the rear of the movable plate guide 30. The gripping opening 37 is provided for passing four fingers when grasping the front end of each of the left and right side walls 12 and 13 by hand. The front end portion 38 (including the movable plate guide portion 30) of each of the side walls 12, 13 located on the front side of the holding opening 37 constitutes a holding portion for a person to hold by hand.
[0021]
FIGS. 1, 6 and 7 show a slide body 5 and a vertical movable plate 7 mounted on the slide body. 6 (A) and 6 (B) are a plan view and a front view showing only one half of the center line C2 of the slide body.
[0022]
The slide body 5 includes a substantially plate-shaped main body portion 51 having an upper surface serving as a horizontal product mounting surface, and a front side wall 61 vertically erected at a front end of the main body portion 51, and is integrally formed of hard plastic. ing. Side walls 52 having a predetermined wall thickness (for example, 3 mm) extend vertically downward on both left and right sides of the slide body main body 51. Similarly to the bottom wall 14, the slide body main body 51 is formed with a plurality of triangular openings 51a for the purpose of ensuring air permeability and lightening for weight reduction.
[0023]
The slide body 5 is slidably mounted on the container body 1 so that the slide body 5 can be switched between an advanced position shown in FIGS. 8 and 10 and a retracted position shown in FIGS. 9 and 11. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, when the slide body 5 is mounted on the container body 1, the lower edges (53) of the left and right side walls 52 of the slide body body 51 are connected to the upper part of the container body 1 and It contacts the middle horizontal surfaces 21 and 23 and the middle rail surface 41 of each rail member 4 and functions as a sliding leg 53 for sliding the slide body 5 back and forth along these surfaces. As shown in FIG. 6 (C), the sliding legs 53 do not extend uniformly horizontally over the entire longitudinal direction of the slide body 5, but have a high height near the rear end of the slide body 5. A rear end sliding leg 55 of a different size (more specifically, at a relatively low position) is located at the boundary between the rear end sliding leg 55 and the middle of the sliding leg 53. And an inclined portion 54.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 6C, a pair of notches 57, 57 extending vertically are formed at positions nearer to the front of each side wall 52 of the slide body main body 51. The side wall portion (58) left between the notches 57, 57 is provided as an elastic tongue piece portion 58 having some degree of freedom in the width direction of the slide body 5. The elastic tongue 58 is formed with a locking recess 59 (for example, 2 mm in depth) that can be engaged with the locking protrusion 25 provided on the left and right side walls 12 and 13 of the container body.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a front side wall 61 is vertically provided at the front end of the slide body main body 51. A horizontal receiving surface 62 extending in the width direction protrudes in front of a lower end portion of the front side wall 61, and a pair of left and right guide plate portions spaced apart from the front side wall 61 by a predetermined distance are provided at both left and right ends of the horizontal receiving surface 62. 63, 63 are erected. On the left and right ends of the front wall 61 and outside the left and right guide plate portions 63, upper and lower engagement projections 64 and 65 are provided, respectively. Each of the engaging projections 64, 65 protrudes further forward than the guide plate 63, and when the slide body 5 is disposed at the forward position (see FIGS. 8 and 10), the engaging projections 64, 65 are formed. Each of the vertical protrusions 19 enters the corresponding one of the engagement recesses 26 and 27.
[0026]
In the present embodiment, at least a distance L1 (see FIG. 2A) between the inner side surfaces of the upper engaging concave portions 26 of the left and right vertical overhang portions 19 includes an inner portion of the left and right upper engaging convex portions 64 in the slide body 5. The dimensions are set so that the interval L2 between them (see FIG. 6A) substantially matches. More preferably, the distance between the inner surfaces of the left and right lower engaging projections 65 of the slide body 5 is substantially equal to the distance between the inner surfaces of the lower engaging recesses 27 of the left and right vertical overhangs 19. Dimensions are set. For this reason, when the left and right engaging projections 64 (and 65) of the slide body 5 arranged at the forward position enter the left and right engaging recesses 26 (and 27) of the container body 1, the distance between the two engaging portions is reduced. Based on the concave-convex fitting, expansion between the front end portions of the left and right side walls 12, 13 in the direction away from each other (that is, in the width direction) is restricted. In this sense, the engagement concave portions 26 (and 27) provided in the vertical overhang portions 19 inside the left and right side walls 12, 13 in a state of being opened rearward constitute a first engagement portion for preventing expansion, and Engagement projections 64 (and 65) provided in the left and right ends of the front side wall 61 so as to protrude forward form a second expansion prevention part corresponding to the first expansion prevention part. Constitute.
[0027]
As suggested from FIGS. 6 and 7, a vertically extending guide groove 66 is defined between the left end (or right end) of the front wall 61 and the left (or right) guide plate 63. By fitting the left and right ends of the vertical movable plate 7 into these left and right guide grooves 66, the movable plate 7 is held so as to be vertically movable with respect to the front side wall 61. In addition, a convex portion 63a is formed at the upper end of each guide plate portion 63, and an upward movement restricting portion 71 that can be engaged with the convex portion 63a is provided at the lower end position of the left and right end portions of the movable plate 7. ing. When the movable plate 7 accommodated in the guide groove 66 is vertically moved upward, when the movable plate 7 reaches a predetermined height, the upward movement restricting portions 71 respectively correspond to the convex portions 63a at the upper ends of the corresponding guide plate portions. And the further upward movement of the movable plate 7 is restricted. Therefore, the movable plate 7 is prevented from being separated from each guide groove 66.
[0028]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a guided portion 72 corresponding to the movable plate guide portion 30 on the left and right side walls of the container body is provided laterally (outward in the width direction of the slide body 5) on the upper left and right ends of the vertical movable plate 7. It is protruded. The guided portion 72 is configured as a plate-shaped protruding piece having a substantially vertical front surface 73, and the front surface 73 of the guided portion has an engaging ridge having a semicircular cross section extending in the horizontal direction (the width direction of the slide body 5). 74 are formed. Further, a vertical plate-shaped inner regulating portion 75 and an outer regulating portion 76 are provided on the front side and the rear side of the guided portion 72 at the front end and the middle position of the engaging ridge 74. The amount of forward and backward protrusion of each of the inner and outer restricting portions 75 and 76 is larger than the amount by which the engaging ridge 74 projects from the front surface 73 of the guided portion. Incidentally, the movable plate 7 is also integrally formed of hard plastic.
[0029]
When the vertical movable plate 7 held immediately in front of the front side wall 61 is moved upward when the slide body 5 is at the forward position (see FIGS. 8 and 10), the inner regulating portion 75 of the left and right guided portions 72 is moved. A part outside of the movable plate enters the guide groove 34 of the movable plate guide 30 of the left and right side walls 12 and 13. As described above, the lower end area of the guide groove 34 is flared in a “C” shape, so that each guided portion 72 can easily enter the guide groove 34. With the upward movement of the movable plate 7, the engaging ridge 74 located between the regulating portions 75 and 76 moves upward while contacting the front guide rail 32, and eventually moves to the locked portion 35 having a semicircular shape. Fit in. Since the upper end area of the guide groove 34 becomes narrower as it goes upward, the engaging ridge 74 is engaged with the locked part 35 of the front guide rail 32 and the locked part 35 Each guided portion 72 of the movable plate 7 is caught (or pinched) between the rear guide rail 33 and the rear guide rail 33. As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, the movable plate 7 is suspended between the left and right side walls 12 and 13 of the container body, and the movable plate 7 is disposed at a predetermined stop position above the front side wall 61 (referred to as an “upward position”). Is done.
[0030]
When, for example, a downward external force is applied to the vertical movable plate 7 held in the upward movement position by hand, the engaging ridge 74 of the movable plate is detached from the locked portion 35 of the front guide rail 32. Once the engaging ridge 74 is detached, since the force for strongly pinching the guided portion 72 between the front and rear guide rails 32, 33 does not work, the movable plate 7 falls naturally along the guide groove 34, and the lower end is horizontal. It is received by the receiving surface 62. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the movable plate 7 is switched to the “downward position” received by the horizontal receiving surface 62 in a state where the movable plate 7 overlaps immediately before the front side wall 61.
[0031]
While the engaging ridge 74 moves up or down in the guide groove 34 and while the engaging ridge 74 is fitted in the locked portion 35, the inner regulating portion 75 and the outer regulating portion provided on each guided portion 72 are provided. The portion 76 is always positioned so as to sandwich the front and rear guide rails 32 and 33 from the left and right. Even if the movable plate 7 slightly shifts laterally, the engaging ridge 74 of each guided portion 72 is disengaged from the guide groove 34. The movement of the guided portion 72 in the lateral direction is restricted so as not to occur. Further, while the guided portion 72 enters the guide groove 34, the inner regulating portion 75 of each guided portion 72 continues to substantially contact the surface of the inner side wall portion 31 of the movable plate guide portion 30. Therefore, even when an external force is applied to approach the front end portions of the left and right side walls 12 and 13, the movable plate 7 between the left and right inner regulating portions 75 becomes a kind of rigid rod and becomes a kind of a stick. 13 are prevented from approaching each other to prevent deformation of the container body 1. On the other hand, even when an external force is applied to separate the front end portions of the left and right side walls 12 and 13, the movable plate 7 is separated from the left and right side walls by the outer regulating portion 76 abutting against the wall portions of the guide rails 32 and 33. And prevents the left and right side walls 12, 13 from separating from each other, thereby preventing the container body 1 from being excessively opened.
[0032]
Next, a method of using the storage container according to the present embodiment and advantages thereof will be briefly described.
When this storage container is used as a transportation container for commodities such as egg packs, as shown in FIG. 1, the slide body 5 is disposed at the forward position to cover the entire bottom wall of the storage container and to move the movable plate 7 The container is disposed at the upper movement position and the front surface of the container is almost completely closed by the slide body front side wall 61 and the movable body 7. Thereby, the container becomes a box-shaped container in which the bottom surface and the four front, rear, left, and right surfaces are surrounded by walls and only the upper surface is open.
[0033]
When the slide body 5 is located at the forward position, as shown in FIG. 10, the front portion of the slide leg 53 of the slide body 5 is placed on the upper horizontal surface 21 of the rail extension 20 and The rear end sliding leg 55 is placed on the middle rail surface 41 of the rail member 4. Thus, the slide body 5 is held between the left and right side walls 12 and 13 such that the upper surface of the main body 51 is substantially flush with the upper surface of the bottom wall 14 of the container body while the horizontal state is maintained. As a result, the upper surface of the slide body main part 51 and the upper surface of the bottom wall 14 constitute a substantially horizontal and continuous product mounting surface. At this time, the guide projections 24 provided on the left and right side walls 12 and 13 substantially contact the upper surface of the slide body main body 51. Further, the front end of the slide body 5 comes closest to the vertical projection 19 of the container body 1, and the upper and lower engagement projections 64, 65 are engaged with the upper and lower engagement recesses 26 of the vertical projection 19. , 27 respectively.
[0034]
Further, by disposing the slide body 5 at the forward position, the locking projections 25 of the left and right side walls 12 and 13 are respectively engaged with the locking recesses 59 of the elastic tongue pieces 58 of the left and right side walls 52 of the slide body. Enter. The mutual engagement between the locking projection 25 and the locking recess 59 stably holds the slide body 5 at the forward position shown in FIGS. Of course, if an external force is applied to the slide 5 from the front to the rear, the engagement between the locking projection 25 and the locking recess 59 is released, and the slide 5 can be retracted. In this sense, the locking projections 25 of the container main body 1 and the locking recesses 59 of the slide body 5 are provided to prevent the slide body 5 disposed at the forward position from retreating without manual operation. A retraction suppressing mechanism for holding the slide body 5 at the forward position is configured.
[0035]
When used as a product transport container, as described above, the engaging projections 74 of the left and right guided portions 72 of the movable plate 7 fit into the respective locked portions 35 of the left and right movable plate guide portions 30. As a result, the vertical movable plate 7 is suspended between the left and right side walls 12 and 13, and is held at the upward movement position shown in FIG.
[0036]
The storage containers transported to the destination with the products stored therein are immediately stacked on the floor of a retail store or the like, thereby quickly changing from the product transport containers to the product display containers. At the time of stacking the storage containers, the grip portions 38 at the front ends of the left and right side walls 12 and 13 of each storage container can be gripped with both hands, so that even if the height of the stacking increases, each of the storage containers can be relatively easily adjusted. The storage container can be lifted to a high place.
[0037]
With regard to the storage container positioned at the top of the stacked container group, since the front surface is closed by the movable plate 7, it is difficult to take out the products stored in the container. I want to lower it. In that case, the clerk or customer may push the upper end of the movable plate 7 downward by hand. Then, the respective engaging projections 74 of the left and right guided portions 72 are disengaged from the corresponding locked portions 35 of the corresponding movable plate guide portion 30, and the movable plate 7 is moved from the upper movement position shown in FIG. It is switched to the lower position shown. As a result, the upper half of the front side of the storage container is opened, and it becomes easy to see the goods inside and to put in and take out the goods through the opening of the upper half (basic form as a goods display container). Since the entire movable plate 70 disposed at the lower movement position is completely separated from the inside of the guide groove 34 of the movable plate guide part 30, the upper end of the movable plate 7 remains in the guide groove 34 and the front or rear side The movable plate 7 and the slide body 5 are not hindered by the guide rails 32 and 33 from interfering with the forward and backward movement.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 8, when the product is removed to some extent from the upper storage container with the movable plate 7 lowered, and the customer wants to look inside the lower storage container, the customer needs to take a hand. Then, the front end of the slide body 5 may be pushed backward. Then, the engagement between the locking projection 25 and the locking recess 59 is released, and at the same time, the slide body 5 starts to slide backward along the upper horizontal surface 21 and the middle rail surface 41. As the slide body 5 retreats, the rear end sliding leg 55 and the inclined portion 54 of the slide body 5 slide down the inclined surface 42 between the middle and lower rail members 4 and the front part of the slide leg 53 is used for the rail. The slide body 5 slides down the upper intermediate inclined surface 22 of the overhang portion 20, and the slide body 5 is disposed by the height difference between the middle and lower rail surfaces 41 and 43 (= the height difference between the upper and middle horizontal planes 21 and 23). Vertical position). When the slide body 5 has completely slid over the middle lower slope 42 and the upper middle slope 22, the front portion of the slide leg 53 of the slide body 5 is placed on the middle horizontal plane 23 of the rail extension 20. At the same time, the rear end sliding leg 55 is placed on the lower rail surface 43 of the rail member 4.
[0039]
When the sliding body 5 is further slid backward along the middle and lower rail surfaces 41 and 43 of the rail member 4, the rear end sliding leg 55 is engaged with the locking projection 44 protruding from the lower rail surface 43. , The rear surface of the slide body front side wall 61 comes into contact with the front edge 14a of the bottom wall 14 of the container body, and the retreat of the slide body 5 stops. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the slide body 5 is switched and arranged so that substantially the entire body 51 of the slide body is sunk into the space directly below the bottom wall 14 of the container body.
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 11, when the slide body 5 is disposed at the retracted position, the rear end of the lower rail surface 43 is provided at the boundary between the rear end sliding leg portion 55 and the inclined portion 54 of the slide body 5. The locking projection 44 located in the vicinity engages. By this engagement, the slide body 5 is stably held at the retracted position shown in FIGS. Of course, when an external force is applied to the slide body 5 from the rear to the front, the rear end slide leg 55 is moved over the locking projection 44 to release the engagement therebetween, and the slide body 5 is moved. You can move forward. In this sense, the locking projection 44 of the rail member 4 fixed to the container body 1 and the rear end sliding leg 55 of the slide body 5 allow the slide body 5 disposed at the retracted position to be operated without manual operation. In order to prevent the slide body 5 from moving forward, a forward restraint mechanism for holding the slide body 5 at the retracted position is configured.
[0041]
To switch and arrange the slide body 5 from the retreat position to the forward position, the slide body 5 is strongly pulled (or pushed) forward, so that the locking projection is formed on the rear end sliding leg 55 of the slide body 5. What is necessary is just to get over the part 44. Then, by passing through the reverse movement route in the reverse operation procedure to the retreat of the slide body, the respective locking projections 25 of the left and right side walls 12 and 13 are engaged with the respective locking recesses 59 on both sides of the slide body 5. Can be moved to a position.
[0042]
As described above, according to the storage container of the present embodiment, when the slide body 5 is switched from the advanced position to the retracted position, the slide body main body portion 51 goes under the bottom wall 14 of the container main body, so that the bottom wall 14 Even when there are commodities remaining on the upper side, the slide body 5 is switched from the forward position to the retracted position to open the front bottom wall of the container body 1 so that the commodities in the lower storage container can be taken out. In addition, the slide structure is simpler than conventional containers, and it is easy to use and suitable for mass production.
[0043]
In addition, the adoption of the expansion prevention structure including the first engagement portions (26, 27) and the second engagement portions (64, 65) for preventing the expansion allows the slide member 5 to be moved when the slide body 5 is at the forward position. The rigidity and dimensional stability of the entire storage container are dramatically improved, and even if an unexpected external force is applied, the torsional deformation of the container body 1 is avoided as much as possible. This also means that when the slide body 5 is disposed at the forward position, the retraction restraining mechanism (25, 59) holds the slide body 5 and the engagement ridge 74 of the guided portion 72 causes the upper end of the guide groove to move. This is very useful for stably exhibiting the holding action of the movable plate 7 at the upward movement position by being locked by the locked portion 35 in the region.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect, when the slide body is disposed at the forward position, the slide body main portion functions as a front bottom wall portion of the container main body. The upper surface of the bottom wall of the container body located closer to the rear side wall and the upper surface of the main body of the slide body located in front of the container surface constitute a substantially flat product mounting surface, and the product mounting surface is formed on the mounting surface. Products can be arranged. On the other hand, when the slide body is located at the retracted position, the main body thereof sinks under the bottom wall of the container body, so that the slide body is switched from the forward position to the retracted position even when there is a product remaining on the bottom wall. By disposing the container body, the front bottom wall portion of the container body (that is, the portion occupied by the slide body in the forward position) is opened, so that access to the lower storage container can be secured. Therefore, this storage container can be used as a product transport container and a product display container which are used in a stacked manner. Further, since the bottom wall of the container body is connected and fixed to the rear side wall and the left and right side walls, and only a single slide body is slidable, the structure is very simple. Therefore, this storage container is more convenient than before and is very suitable for mass production.
[0045]
According to the second aspect, by providing the forward and backward restraining mechanism, the slide body can be prevented from moving forward or backward without permission even though the slide body is not manually operated. That is, the slide body can be moved between the forward position and the retreat position only when a person exerts an external force on the slide body by his / her own intention. Stably held in position. Therefore, it is possible to sufficiently secure the safety of the customer and the safety of storing the product in the storage container.
[0046]
According to the third aspect, when the movable plate is arranged at the upward movement position when the slide body is at the forward position, a part of the left and right guided portions of the movable plate is engaged with the upper end regions of the left and right guide grooves, respectively. The movable plate is retained above the front side wall of the slide body. As a result of the front side of the storage container being almost completely closed by the front side wall of the slide body in the forward position and the movable plate thereabove, this storage container is suitable as a product transport container in which the front, rear, left, and right sides are surrounded by walls. It becomes a form. On the other hand, when the movable plate is switched from the upper movement position to the lower movement position, the movable plate is disposed so as to substantially overlap the front side wall of the slide body, so that the upper half of the front side of the storage container is opened. As a result, the storage container is in a form suitable as a product display container through which the inside product can be easily taken in and out through the front opening. Further, since the left and right guided portions of the movable plate are separated from the left and right guide grooves, the slide body including the movable plate almost overlapping the front side wall can be moved backward from the forward position to the backward position. That is, the movable plate also functions as a lock unit that prevents the slide body from retreating from the advanced position because the left and right guided portions are present in the respective guide grooves of the movable plate guide portion of the container body. Further, when the engagement between the locked portion in the upper end region of the guide groove and a part of the guided portion of the movable plate is released, the movable plate is moved downward from the upward movement position along the guide groove extending in a substantially vertical direction. Since it falls naturally toward the moving position, it is extremely easy to switch the arrangement of the movable plate.
[0047]
According to the fourth aspect, when each guided portion of the movable plate enters the guide groove, the movable plate guide portion defining the guide groove is defined between the left and right regulating portions of each guided portion. The wall will be sandwiched. Therefore, the lateral displacement of the movable plate in the width direction is restricted by the mutual regulation between the wall portion of the movable plate guide portion and the left and right regulating portions, and as a result, each guided portion of the movable plate falls off from each guide groove. Is avoided beforehand. In addition, since each guided portion of the movable plate includes a pair of regulating portions, the movable plate itself can function as a member that prevents excessive mutual approach or mutual separation (opening outward) between the front end portions of the left and right side walls. .
[0048]
According to the fifth aspect, the slide body is moved to the forward position by employing the expansion prevention structure including the first engagement part for preventing the expansion of the left and right side walls and the second engagement part for preventing the expansion of the slide body. Based on the mutual engagement between the first and second engagement portions when being arranged, expansion in the width direction between the front end portions of the left and right side walls is prevented. Thus, the rigidity and dimensional stability of the entire storage container when the slide body is at the forward position is remarkably improved, and even if an unexpected external force is applied, torsional deformation of the container body is avoided as much as possible. Further, the fact that the shape of the storage container when the slide body is at the forward position is stable means that the slide body is held at the forward position by the retraction restraining mechanism (see claim 2) or the movable plate. A part of each guided portion is locked by a locked portion in the upper end region of the left and right guide grooves, so that the movable plate is held in the upward movement position (see claim 3). It will be a considerable help or precondition. For this reason, the adoption of the anti-spreading structure greatly contributes to securing the quality of the storage container (including securing the performance of the movable part).
[0049]
According to the sixth aspect, the provision of the grip portion enables a person facing the front side of the storage container to operate the container by gripping the grip portions on the left and right side walls with both hands. For this reason, for example, the work of stacking the storage containers at a high place or unloading them from a high place becomes easy.
