Abstract

The fastener tape (21, 41, 61) of this fastener stringer (20, 40, 60) extends beyond the edge of the fastener elements (23, 43, 63) on the connecting part (23d, 43d, 63d) side. The length (X) of the extension thereof is kept less than 12 mm. When the fastener stringer (20, 40, 60) is curved in the direction of the fastener tape (21, 41, 61) width, local bunching, etc. of the tape extension part (25, 45, 65) of the fastener tape (21, 41, 61) can thereby be effectively inhibited. Consequently, the fastener stringer (20, 40, 60) can be stably sewn while keeping the tape extension part (25, 45, 65) substantially flat even if the fastener tape (21, 41, 61) is curved. Moreover, reduced quality of appearance is prevented because it is difficult for bunching, etc. of the sewn fastener tape (21, 41, 61) to occur.

Description

此時,當如上所述將配置於鏈布主體部21c之地經紗24b 之粗度設定為33 0德士,並且,鏈布伸出部25具有例如3 mm之寬度尺寸之情形時,於該鏈布伸出部25約配置有20 根地經紗24b(圖2中,為了易於表現本實施例1之隱形拉鏈 1〇之特徵’減少了配置於鏈布伸出部25之地經紗24b的根 數而表示剖面)。 The invention relates to a zipper mounted on, for example, a seat cover of an automobile seat or a seat cover of a sofa, and the like, in particular, a zipper The chain cloth is bent in the width direction of the chain cloth, and the chain cloth is not easy to produce the charm or the depressed button. [Prior Art] Conventional zippers can be roughly classified into two types: a normal zipper and a hidden zipper. The zipper zipper is configured in such a manner that the sprocket is attached to the opposing sprocket of the pair of chain fabrics such that the merging head protrudes from the outer side of the chain-side end edge of the sprocket mounting portion side. Installation department. In general, in the case of such a conventional pull button, when the left and right fastener elements are engaged, at least a part of the fastener elements are exposed to the outside. On the other hand, the concealed zipper (hereinafter simply referred to as a concealed zipper) is configured to "make the way of hiding the left and right sprocket teeth so that the key teeth are not visible from the outside. It is mostly used in the fields of clothes or shoes. An example of such a hidden zipper is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2008-1197-1768 (Patent Document 1). As shown in FIG. 9, the invisible zipper 80 described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 is a so-called woven occult zipper 8 〇 which is configured to sew the chain cloth 82 while attaching the sprocket 83 to the chain cloth. 82. More specifically, the concealed zipper 8 of Patent Document 1 includes a pair of left and right chain belts 81 and a slider (not shown). Further, each of the left and right chain belts 81 includes a pair of left and right belt-like chain fabrics 82, and a spiral shape 154315.doc 201221078 key teeth 83 woven into the chain cloth 82. The key cloth 82 includes a chain main body portion 82a that is sewn to the product of the zipper attached to the clothing, and a chain bending portion 82b that is bent in a U-shape from a side edge of one of the main fabric main body portions 82a and that is bent in a U-shape. The sprocket attachment portion 82c of the sprocket 83 is further extended and woven from the chain-bending portion 82b. The sprocket 83 is formed into a continuous shape by forming a monofilament made of synthetic resin into a spiral shape, and includes an inflated engaging head portion 83a formed by pressing at a specific interval on the monofilament, and a self-engaging head. The portion 83a extends the upper and lower leg portions 83b and 83e and the connecting portion 83d that connects the adjacent fastener elements 83 in the chain width direction. At this time, the sprocket 83 is woven into the key cloth 82 while the engaging head portion 83a is directed to the inner side of the chain cloth 82, and the upper and lower leg portions Mb and 83c are woven into the element attaching portion 82c. This is mounted on the chain cloth 82. Further, after the chain cloth 82 is woven, the chain cloth 82 is folded back in a U-shaped area in the region of the chain bending portion 82b, and the engaging head portion 83a of the fastener element 83 protrudes outward from the chain bending portion 82b. Thermal curing is performed in this state, whereby the fastener tape 81 is manufactured. Further, the obtained chain belt 81 is combined in a group of two, whereby a hidden zipper 80 as shown in Fig. 9 can be obtained. In the chain belt 81 described in Patent Document 1, in the key attachment portion 82c of the chain cloth 82, a plurality of upper fixing warp yarns 84a and lower fixing warp yarns 84b' are disposed on the upper teeth 83b of the fastener elements 83. And the outer surface of the lower leg portion 83c; and a plurality of fastening warp yarns 84c interlaced between the upper and lower leg portions 83b, 83c of the key teeth, and alternately spanning the upper leg portion 83b and the lower leg portion 83c Move in the longitude direction. Further, the total fineness of the fixing warp yarn 84b is larger than the fixing warp yarn 84b, which is closer to the meshing head portion 83a side of the fastener element than the fastening warp yarn 84c, which is larger than the total number of the warp yarns 84b. The warp yarn 84c is moved closer to the side of the feeding head portion 83a than the warp yarn 84c to the total fineness of the fixing warp yarn 84a. Thereby, the plurality of lower fixing warp yarns 84b which are moved closer to the engaging head portion 83a than the fastening warp yarn 84c can be finely arranged, so that the hidden zipper 80 is subjected to the left and right while the left and right sprocket teeth 83 are engaged. In the case of a strong lateral pulling force in the direction in which the chain cloths 82 are apart from each other, the position of the lower fixing warp yarns 84b can be prevented from shifting. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent a gap from being formed between the chain bending portions 82b of the left and right chain cloths 82, and to maintain the excellent concealability of the hidden zipper 80. PRIOR ART DOCUMENT PATENT DOCUMENT Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2008-1 19076 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention In recent years, invisible zippers have been used not only in various clothing and shoes, but also in products such as shoes and shoes. It is used in various products such as a seat cover for a seat for a car and a seat cover for a sofa. Therefore, it is desirable that the invisible pull key be constructed to be usable under various environments and conditions. For example, when the concealed zipper is used in the seat cover of the seat portion for an automobile, the seat portion for the automobile is configured such that the cushion body having the shape of the shackle is covered by the hood P cover. In this case, the shape of the root insert, the shape of the t/vehicle seat, etc., sometimes the invisible zipper is bent in the direction of the back of the garment or the width of the chain in the direction of the chain cloth 154315.doc 201221078 It is placed on the seat cover. Further, depending on the design of the seat portion for an automobile, the concealed slide fastener may be integrally bent in the front and rear direction of the chain cloth or the width direction of the chain cloth to be attached to the seat cover. However, the chain cloth used in the zipper is woven or braided, and therefore, generally, the thickness direction is thin (the thickness is small), and in order to stably sew the zipper to the zipper-attached product using a sewing machine, the width is configured. Larger direction (larger width). Specifically, for example, in the conventional zipper or the concealed zipper, the thickness of the chain fabric is set to be less than or equal to 丨mm, and on the other hand, in order to allow the sewing machine to be smoothly sewn to various zippers in terms of the width of the chain fabric. The product is generally set to ensure that the width of the extension of the chain fabric is 12 mm or more. Here, the s stomach chain extension portion refers to a portion of the key cloth that protrudes from the joint portion of the key tooth to the outer side and the exposed portion when the key band is viewed from the key side, and the key cloth extension portion The larger the size in the width direction of the key cloth, the more the sewing machine presser foot can reliably press the chain cloth when sewing with the sewing machine, so that sewing can be performed stably. "In the conventional zipper as described above, it is formed that the chain cloth is thin in the thickness direction and wide in the width direction (especially, the 'key cloth extension portion can be ugly or more ugly". Therefore, even For example, when the invisible pull key is bent in the back direction of the key cloth and attached to the product of the pull-out key such as the seat cover, the key cloth itself can be easily bent in the thickness direction (back of the front and back). Therefore, the concealed zipper can be beautifully sewn to the zipper-attached product. When the zipper (four) cloth width direction (four) is attached to a product such as a seat cover or the like, for example, when the button is attached Cloth in the key cloth width 154315.doc 201221078 When bending in the χ direction, sometimes the chain cloth extending from the outer peripheral side of the concealed zipper (the projecting portion of the chain bent in a convex shape) may be partially tilted up or Moreover, sometimes, a chain extension portion that abuts on the inner peripheral side of the concealed zipper (a concavely bent chain cloth extension portion) generates a corrugated large crease groove. Therefore, for example, a chain When the cloth extension is greatly lifted, etc., when the sewing machine is slit, the machine dust is cut. The foot is pressed against the chain cloth unbrokenly, and when, for example, the protruding portion of the chain cloth has a corrugated large wrinkle, the chain cloth partially overlaps, so that it is difficult to utilize the left and right key cloths of the hidden zipper respectively. The sewing machine is used for sewing. Moreover, if the chain cloth after sewing also produces a large surface, a depression, or a wave or a pattern of enemies, there is a beauty (appearance quality) of the product that damages the zipper, and then, after sewing, When the chain of the invisible zipper is in the case of the larger _start, sag, or corrugated (4) as described above, if the slider slides along the row of the key teeth, there are also cases where the key cloth and the slip are The friction of the member causes the sliding resistance of the slider to increase, so that the sliding property of the slider is lowered. The present invention has been developed in the above-mentioned conventional problems, and a specific object thereof is to provide a chain belt and the same. A zipper which, when the zipper is bent in the width direction of the link fabric of the key cloth and sewn on the zipper-attached article, enables the chain cloth to be substantially flat and stably sewn, and on the key cloth after sewing Not easy to produce勉 、 下 下 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 a continuous sprocket of a side edge portion, wherein the sprocket includes an engaging head portion, an upper leg portion extending from the engaging head portion in a width direction of the chain cloth, and a connection connecting the adjacent sprocket teeth to each other The other side edge portion of the chain cloth extends beyond the end edge of the coupling portion side of the fastener element, and the main feature of the fastener chain is that the feeding material is from the fastener element The protruding length of the edge of the connecting portion side to the edge of the chain fabric on the other side edge side of the chain cloth is limited to less than 12 mm. In particular, in the present invention, The above-mentioned extension length is limited to 1 mm or less, and further 6 mm or less. In the chain belt of the invention, it is preferable that the chain cloth comprises a woven fabric, and that the cloth main body portion and the side edge side of the main body portion of the key cloth are on the other side of the main body portion of the key cloth The tension of the warp yarn in which the ear portion is disposed on the loading portion of the ear portion is higher than the tension of the warp yarn disposed outside the ear portion of the key cloth main body. In this case, there are four needles disposed in the ear portion. The above-mentioned chain of less than 6 yarns per month can better provide the following chain belt, which includes the silk & a, the main body of the material; the fold of the material, from the side of the body Extending in the width direction of the chain cloth, the fastener element is folded in the shape of the chain, and is further extended from the bent portion of the chain cloth, and is loaded with the above-mentioned fastener element; and, u 4 and 褒6 are further The engaging head is protruded from the upper portion of the upper portion of the upper portion and the sturdy shackle is attached to the sprocket mounting portion of the chain cloth. The key belt of the invention can provide the following key belt more preferably. , 154315.doc 201221078 The key teeth are woven into the above-mentioned sprocket Further, the chain belt of the invention may preferably further provide a key belt, wherein the key cloth includes a chain main body portion, and a side edge of one of the key cloth main body portions extends in a chain width direction and is mounted The fastener element of the fastener element is attached to the key tooth system such that the merging head portion protrudes from the key end side edge of the key attachment portion side to the outer side and is attached to the fastener element mounting portion of the key cloth. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a pull key comprising the fastener tape constructed in the above-described manner. The effect of the invention is as follows: in the chain fabric of the chain belt of the present invention, the other side edge portion of the chain fabric has a joint portion side beyond the fastener element. a chain extending portion extending from the edge of the chain, the position of the edge of the link (4) of the link of the fastener to the edge of the key cloth at the edge of the other side of the chain cloth The length (i.e., the dimension of the mm chain width direction of the chain extending portion) is set to be less than 12 mm, preferably (7) or less, and more preferably 6 mm or less. By thus extending the length of the chain cloth Limited to less than 12, thus, when the chain is bent in the width direction of the chain cloth The size of the chain cloth extension portion of the chain cloth can be effectively reduced, or the size of the sag, or the size of the corrugated wrinkles. In particular, when the inventors change the above-mentioned extension length of the chain cloth On the one hand, after repeated experiments and discussions, it is preferred that the extension length is limited to 10 mm or less, and further to 6 mm or less. That is, if the 154315.doc 201221078 is extended (the chain extension) The size of the chain fabric in the width direction is ίο mm or less' to further reduce the size of the protruding or sag of the chain extending portion or the size of the corrugated wrinkles, thereby making it inconspicuous. When the extension length is 6 mm or less, even if the bending degree (curvature) is increased and the chain belt is bent in the width direction of the chain fabric, the chain cloth projecting portion of the chain cloth can be kept substantially flat. Therefore, even when the chain is bent in the width direction of the chain cloth and is sewn on the zipper-attached article, the sewing of the chain cloth can be kept substantially flat on the one hand, and the sewing can be performed on the one hand. 'The sewing of the chain can be carried out stably. Further, at this time, since the chain extending portion of the chain cloth is extremely thin in the width direction of the chain fabric, the manufacturing cost of the zipper is also reduced, and the weight of the zipper is reduced. Further, in the chain belt of the present invention, it is possible to prevent partial sag, sag, or corrugation of the chain cloth after being attached to the zipper-attached article, or even if local swaying occurs, The depressed or corrugated enemy phase is also small to be inconspicuous, and therefore, the appearance quality of the product with the zipper to which the key tape is sewn can be prevented from being lowered. Further, when the slider t is formed by the (four) key band, the slider and the key cloth are not wiped when the slider is slid, so that the slidability of the wire surface can be stabilized. In the chain belt of the present invention, the chain cloth Gustoga " 叩匕 3 fabric, and includes the main body of the chain cloth, and the chain teeth on the side edge side of the main body of the chain cloth. unit. Further, the tension of the warp yarns disposed on the other side edge portion of the main body portion of the chain fabric is higher than the tension of the warp yarns disposed at the two portions of the main body portion of the chain fabric = I54315.doc • 10·201221078. By this, it is possible to stably maintain the form of the bond fabric in which the width of the extension portion of the chain fabric is limited. Therefore, when the chain is bent, it is possible to reliably prevent the chain extending portion from being warped, sag, or corrugated, and the sewing of the chain becomes easier. Further, since the warp yarn disposed on the ear portion has a high tension, the knitted fabric structure of the main body portion of the chain fabric closer to the inner side can be stabilized, and the selection range of the weave structure used in the chain fabric can be expanded. At this time, four or more warp yarns of six or less are disposed in the ear portion of the chain cloth. Since the warp yarns disposed in the ear are four or more, the form of the key cloth can be more stably maintained. In particular, even when the tension of the weft yarn is strong, the weft yarn can be stably folded back in the ear portion, so that the form of the key cloth can be stably maintained. On the other hand, since the number of warp yarns disposed on the ear portion is six or less, the tension on the ear portion side of the key cloth can be prevented from being excessively strong, and the ear portion side of the chain cloth can be prevented from being largely shrunk on the key cloth. A so-called positive oblique pattern is produced. The present month can be effectively used as a so-called invisible pull key belt, the towel, the chain cloth includes a chain cloth main body portion, and a chain cloth bending portion extending from the edge of the main body portion of the chain cloth to the chain width direction And the word-shaped f-fold; and the chain tooth-an: pass it: the chain cloth f-fold part into-step extension and equipped with chain teeth, and, cloth:::: head from the key cloth (four) sudden -... The present invention can also be effectively used as a so-called ordinary chain belt, and the 1543I5.doc-il · 201221078 And a sprocket mounting portion extending from a side edge of one of the main body portions of the key cloth in a chain width direction and provided with a sprocket; and the sprocket "sends the engaging head from the side of the sprocket mounting portion side The end edge protrudes from the outer side and is mounted on the element mounting portion of the chain cloth. As the key belt for the pull key or the ordinary type key belt of the present invention, even if the chain cloth is bent in the width direction of the chain cloth, the chain cloth extension portion of the chain cloth can be prevented from being locally lifted, sunken, or Corrugated wrinkles, or even localized curling, sagging, or corrugated wrinkles are less noticeable. Further, in the slide fastener of the present invention having the fastener tape having the above-described configuration, the size of the fastener fabric extending portion of the key fabric in the chain width direction is set to be less than 12, preferably 10 mm or less, and particularly preferably 6 mm or less. Therefore, when the zipper of the present invention is sewn to the article of the pull-tab in a state in which the zipper is bent in the width direction of the chain fabric, the stitching of the fastener tape can be stably performed. Moreover, the zipper system sewn on the zipper-attached article can cause local curling, sagging, or corrugated wrinkles on the key cloth, or even localized lifting, sag, or corrugation. The wrinkles are also small to an inconspicuous degree, so that the appearance quality of the zipper-attached article can be prevented from deteriorating. Further, at this time, the slider and the chain cloth are not easily rubbed when the slider slides, so that the slidability of the excellent slider can be stably ensured. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments. Further, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and various modifications can be made as long as it has substantially the same configuration as the present invention and has the same operational effects as 154315.doc •12·201221078. For example, the continuous sprocket described in the following embodiments is formed by forming a monofilament into a spiral shape, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the continuous sprocket may be formed into a serration by forming the monofilament. Formed like a shape. [Embodiment 1] Fig. 1 is a rear view showing the back side of a concealed slide fastener in the first embodiment, and Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a cross section of the concealed slide fastener in a manner to be understood. Further, Fig. 3 is a copy of a photograph of the back side of the concealed slide fastener. Fig. 4 is a copy of a photograph of the front side of the concealed pull key. In addition, in FIG. 2, in order to understand the state of the warp of the chain cloth, it is possible to express the cross section of the hidden zipper in the left-handed sprocket-toothed read state, and according to the drawing, The sprocket teeth are engaged, and the key cloth bending portions of the left and right key cloths are also separated from each other (4), but when the left and right sprocket teeth (4) are combined in the actual concealed zipper, as will be described later, The chain cloth bending portions of the chain cloth are closely connected to each other, and the chain teeth are not visible from the outer side. In the description of the head, "the front-rear direction means the length direction of the key fabric" and the sliding direction of the sliding member is the same direction. Further, the left-right direction refers to the chain width direction of the main body portion of the chain cloth of the chain cloth, and the chain cloth surface of the main body portion of the worm fabric is parallel, and is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the chain cloth, so-called up-and-down direction means and key cloth. The key cloth surface orthogonal to the key cloth table 2 == is 'for the key cloth, the side where the side of the fastener element is mounted == the direction of the opposite side is defined as the lower side. At this time, the lower side of the (4) zipper becomes the side of the invisible puller from the outside of the front 154315.doc -13- 201221078 side. The concealed slide fastener 10 of the first embodiment can be used, for example, on a zippered product such as a seat cover of an automobile seat. The concealed zipper 10 includes: a pair of left and right chain belts 20 on which the element rows 22 are formed, a stopper 11 fixed on the front end side of the element rows 22 fixed to the respective chain belts 20, and fixedly mounted on each of the chain belts 2〇 The rear end side of the element row 22 has a stopper 12 and a stealth zipper slider 13 that is slidable along the element row 22. The concealed slide fastener 10 is configured such that the slide fastener 13 is slid to the upper stopper 11 side, the left and right fastener element rows 22 are engaged to close the concealed slide fastener 10, and the slide member 13 is stopped downward by the stopper 12 side. Sliding causes the left and right element rows 22 to separate to open the invisible pull key 10. Further, in the concealed pull key 10, the upper stop U, the lower stop 12, and the concealed slide fastener 13 are configured in the same manner as the conventional user. In the first embodiment, each of the left and right chain belts 20 includes a woven chain fabric 21 and a spiral sprocket 23 mounted on the chain fabric 21, and is woven by spirally continuous sprocket 23 A chain row 22 is formed on the chain cloth 21. The chain cloth 21 includes a fastener element mounting portion 21a into which a fastener element 23 is woven, and a chain cloth bending portion 21b which extends from the side edge of the element tooth mounting portion 21a in the width direction of the chain fabric and which is bent in a U shape. And the chain main body portion 21c further extends from the chain cloth bending portion 2lb to be a portion that is sewn to the product of the zipper. The key teeth 23 are formed by forming a monofilament containing a thermoplastic resin such as polyamine or polyester into a spiral shape, and include: an engaging head portion 23 a; the upper and lower leg portions 23b, 23c' 23a is formed to extend in the width direction of the chain fabric; and the connecting portion 23d has the extending end portion of the upper leg portion 23b or the lower leg portion 23e 154315.doc.14-201221078 and the lower leg portion 23c of the fastener element 23 adjacent to the front and rear Or the upper leg portion 23b is connected. The key 23 is attached to the element attaching portion 21a of the chain fabric 21 such that the engaging head portion 23a protrudes outward from the chain bending portion 21b of the chain cloth 21. The chain fabric 2 in the first embodiment is woven by the yarn guide yoke (the carrier ba is reciprocating in the opening of the warp yarn to lie the ground weft yarn 24a) as shown in Fig. 2, the chain cloth The main body portion 21c and the chain bending portion 21b are woven fabrics of a ground weft yarn 24a including a double yarn and a plurality of ground warp yarns 24b, and the opposite side of the side of the chain fabric main body portion 21c in which the chain cloth bending portion 21b is formed. The end edge of the chain fabric is formed by inserting a knitting needle (not shown) and sequentially hooking the second weft yarn 24a to join the loop end of the stitch. The sprocket mounting portion 2丨a of the chain cloth 21 is disposed. There is a warp yarn 24c for fixing, which is moved in the longitudinal direction on the upper side of the leg portion 2 on the upper side of each of the fastener elements 23, and the warp yarn 24d of the lower fixing member is in the longitudinal direction of the lower side of the leg portion 23c below the respective fastener elements 23. The warp yarn 24e for fastening is moved in the longitudinal direction so as to be interlaced between the upper and lower leg portions 23b and 23c; the warp yarn 24f for positioning limits the position in the latitudinal direction of the upper and lower fixing warp yarns 24c, 24d; and the ground weft yarn 24a' is woven in the chain main body portion 2 ic and the chain cloth bent portion 21b in a weft insertion manner. Since the warp yarns 24c, 24d, 24e, and 24f and the ground weft yarns 24a constitute the fastener element attaching portion 21a, the fastener elements 23 can be firmly woven into the key tooth mounting portion 21a, so that the fastener elements 23 are mounted. Further, the 'the key cloth 21' can be used as the warp yarns 24b to 24f disposed in the element attaching portion 21a, the chain bending portion 21b, and the chain main body portion 21c, and can be used at 160 士 or more and 550 tex or less. The polyester processed yarn of the coarseness; as the single yarn of the ground weft yarn 24a, a polyester processed yarn having a thickness of 550 ounces or more and 11 ounces of 154315.doc -15 to 201221078 can be used. In the first embodiment, the various warp yarns 24b to 24f disposed in the element attaching portion 21a, the chain bending portion 21b, and the chain main body portion 21c have a thickness of 33 tex, and the single yarn of the ground weft yarn 24a has 700. Further, in the present invention, the thickness and material of the ground weft yarn and the various warp yarns are not particularly limited, and may be appropriately changed depending on the size of the key teeth or the use of the hidden slide fastener, etc. Thus, the present embodiment 1 In the invisible pull key 1 ,, the chain main body portion 21c of the key cloth 21 has an excess of the sprocket 23 The key sheet projecting portion 25 which protrudes from the end edge of the side of the knot portion 23d. That is, in the concealed zipper 1 of the first embodiment, in the left-right direction of the concealed slide fastener 10, when the joint portion of the fastener element 23 is When the position of the end edge of the 23d side is the reference position, the extension length X from the reference position to the end edge of the chain fabric main body portion 21c of the chain fabric 21 satisfies χ> The size of the cloth main body portion 21c in the chain width direction. In this case, when the concealed slide fastener 1 is viewed from the side of the fastener element 23, the link extension portion 25 is further exposed to the outside than the joint portion 23d of the fastener element 23. By extending the length X from the reference position to the edge of the chain cloth by X > 0 mm as described above, the chain extending portion 25 can be surely provided on the left and right chain cloths 21. Thus, when the sprocket 23 is woven into the sprocket 23 on the one hand, as described below, on the downstream side of the loom, the woven fabric can be woven on the downstream side of the looms by means of an upper roller (not shown). The chain spread portion 25 of 21 is stretched (transferred)', and the key cloth 21 is smoothly woven on the one hand. Therefore, the chain fabric 21 having the desired weave structure can be stably woven with high precision without the chain cloth 21 being rolled up or bent. Further, in the first embodiment, the size of the key distribution portion 25 of the chain fabric 21 in the chain width direction is limited to 6 mm or less. That is, the extension length X of the edge of the chain fabric from the above reference position to the side of the chain main body portion 21c of the chain fabric 21 satisfies 0 mm. <XS6 mm mode, the size of the key fabric main body portion 21c in the key width direction is set. At this time, when the thickness of the ground warp 24b disposed on the chain main body portion 21c is set to 33 0 tex as described above, and the chain extending portion 25 has a width dimension of, for example, 3 mm, The chain cloth projecting portion 25 is disposed with about 20 warp yarns 24b (in FIG. 2, in order to facilitate the expression of the hidden zipper 1 of the first embodiment), the root of the warp yarn 24b disposed at the chain cloth projecting portion 25 is reduced. The number represents the profile). Further, in the first embodiment, the number of warp yarns (especially the number of warp yarns disposed in the chain main body portion 21c other than the ear portion 26 to be described later) is reduced by the number of warp yarns disposed in the chain main body portion 21c of the chain fabric 21. And, the size of the chain fabric extending portion 25 of the chain cloth 21 in the width direction of the chain is restricted. By extending the length X (the dimension in the width direction of the chain fabric) of the chain extending portion 25 to 6 mm or less as described above, the hidden pull key 10 (chain tape 20) is made as shown, for example, in FIG. When the chain cloth 21 is bent in the width direction of the chain cloth, it is possible to effectively suppress the chain cloth projecting portion 25 from being locally lifted and sunk, or to effectively suppress the occurrence of corrugated wrinkles in the chain cloth projecting portion 25, thereby enabling the chain to be The cloth projecting portion 25 is kept flat. In this case, the shorter the extension length X is, the more easily the chain extension 2 is kept flat when the chain 2 is bent in the chain width direction, and the shorter the chain extension is. When the size of the chain cloth in the width direction of 25 is sewn to the zipper-attached article of the chain 20, it is possible that 154315.doc 201221078 is difficult to sew the chain tape 20. That is, in the concealed zipper 10 of the first embodiment, when, for example, the extension length X of the key cloth 21 from the reference position to the end edge of the chain cloth satisfies 〇mm, 'the extended length χ satisfies 4 mmcxsG. In the case of mm, even if the chain belt 20 is largely bent in the width direction of the chain cloth, the partial lifting of the chain cloth projecting portion 25 can be effectively suppressed, so that the key cloth projecting portion 25 can be stably maintained flat. shape. On the other hand, when, for example, the extension length X of the chain fabric 21 from the above reference position to the edge of the chain fabric satisfies 4 mm <X^6 mm, and the extension length X satisfies 0 mm When the chain belt 20 is sewn to the zipper-attached product by using a sewing machine, for example, the sewing machine presser foot of the sewing machine can more stably press the chain main body portion 21c of the chain fabric 21, as compared with the case of X$2 mm. The sewing of the chain belt 20 can be performed more smoothly. Moreover, when the chain cloth 21 reaches the extension length X from the above reference position to the edge of the chain fabric, for example, 2 mm is satisfied. <XS4 mm, when the chain belt 20 is largely bent in the chain width direction, the chain extending portion 25 can be kept flat 'and 'when the chain tape 2 is sewn to the attached zipper article At the time, the sewing of the chain tape 20 can be smoothly performed. In addition, in this embodiment! The size of the above-mentioned extension length X of the chain cloth 21 can be 〇 mm according to the use of the hidden zipper 1 or the like. <X^6 mm is arbitrarily selected within the range. Further, in the concealed slide fastener 10 of the first embodiment, the chain main body portion 21c of the chain fabric 21 has the ear portion 26' disposed on the opposite side of the fastener fabric side portion on the side of the fastener bent portion 21b, and is disposed on the ear. The tension of the ground warp yarn 24b of the portion 26 is higher than the tension of the ground warp yarn 24b disposed outside the ear portion 26 of the chain main body portion 21c. By 154315.doc •18· 201221078 By making the warp yarns disposed at the ear 26 have a higher tension as described above, for example, a copy of the photo of the invisible zipper 1图 in FIGS. 3 and 4 does not, and The ground warp yarn 24b disposed on the inner side of the ground warp yarn 24b is in a state of being strongly stretched. In this case, the number of the ground warp yarns 24b disposed in the ear portion 26 is preferably set to be four or less, and the ear portion 26 in the first embodiment is disposed with a high tension. Root warp. The warp yarns 26 of the chain cloth 21 are arranged with a warp yarn of a high tension at a number of four or more, whereby 'even when, for example, the tension applied to the ground weft 24a is high (strong), or the chain cloth is made When the chain 21 is bent in the width direction of the chain cloth, the edge of the ear portion 26 on the ear portion 26 side can be prevented from being twisted or bent, so that the form of the key cloth 21 can be stably maintained. Further, by arranging four or more high-strength warp yarns in the ear portion 26, the knitting structure of the key cloth 21 on the inner side of the ear portion 26 can be stabilized, and the knitting mesh can be prevented even when the hidden zipper 10 is washed or the like, for example. The position produces an offset. Further, the degree of freedom in selecting the weave structure used in the chain fabric 2 can be greatly expanded. On the other hand, by making the warp of the high tension disposed on the ear portion 26 of the chain cloth 21 six or less, the tension of the ear portion 26 of the chain cloth 21 in the longitudinal direction of the chain can be prevented from becoming excessively strong. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the chain belt 2 from being in the form of a so-called oblique cloth pattern, in which the chain cloth 21 is entirely bent, and the chain side edge portion on the ear portion 26 side of the chain cloth 21 is largely contracted. The side edge portion of the chain cloth has a concave shape. Next, a manufacturing method of the concealed slide fastener 1 in the first embodiment will be described. First, the chain belt 20 is manufactured. Specifically, the weaving machine is used to insert the weft yarn by reciprocating the yarn guide 154315.doc • 19·201221078 in the opening of the warp yarn arranged by a specific number, thereby knitting the desired weave structure A chain cloth 21 of a specific size in the width direction of the chain cloth. At this time, the tension of the warp yarn is adjusted so that the tension of the ground warp yarn 24b disposed on the ear portion 26 of the chain cloth 21 is increased, thereby woven into the chain fabric 21. Further, while the chain cloth 21 is woven in the above manner, the spiral sprocket 23 formed of the monofilament is woven into the fastener element of the chain cloth 21 with the engaging head portion 23a facing the inner side of the chain cloth 21. Mounting portion 21a. Then, after the key cloth 21 is woven, the portion of the chain cloth that becomes the key cloth bending portion 21b of the key cloth 21 is folded back in a U-shape so that the twisted head portion 23a of the fastener element 23 is self-shaped from the U-shaped chain. The bent portion 21b protrudes from the outside. Further, the key cloth 21 in the form of being bent as described above is subjected to a heat curing treatment. Thereby, the invisible fastener key chain 20 in which the twisting head portion 23a protrudes from the outer chain bending portion 21b is obtained. Further, by combining the obtained chain belts 20 in groups of two, and slidably attaching the sliders 13 to the element rows 22 of the chain belts 2, thereby producing the present The concealed zipper 1 of Example 1 is 〇. In the concealed slide fastener 10, when the left and right fastener elements 23 are brought into contact with each other, the fastener fabric bending portions 21b of the left and right key fabrics 21 can be brought into close contact with each other, thereby observing from the lower side (the side exposed to the outside) When the key pull 10 is invisible, the left and right fastener elements 23 can be hidden by the key cloth 21 (especially the key cloth hip folded portion 21b and the chain main body portion 21c). Further, compared with the conventional concealed zipper 1 〇 in which the extension length X (the dimension in the width direction of the chain fabric) of the chain cloth extension portion 25 of the chain cloth 21 is 6 mm or less, the above 154315.doc • 20· 201221078 The concealed zipper 10 of the first embodiment manufactured was set to be extremely small. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the concealed zipper 10 can be reduced, and the weight can be reduced, and even when the concealed zipper 10 is bent in the chain width direction of the chain fabric 21 as shown in FIG. 5, the chain cloth can be effectively suppressed. The chain cloth projecting portion 25 of 21 is partially lifted or sunk, or the corrugated wrinkles are effectively suppressed from being generated by the key cloth projecting portion 25, whereby the chain main body portion 21c of the chain cloth 21 can be kept substantially flat. Therefore, when the concealed zipper 10 of the first embodiment is bent in the chain width direction of the chain cloth 21, and sewn to the article of the automobile seat cover or the like, the chain cloth is used. The key cloth main body portion 21c of 21 (in particular, the position of the chain cloth main body portion 21c on the side of the chain cloth bending portion 21b) and the zipper-attached product can reduce the direction of the back of the chain cloth generated on the chain cloth 21. The undulations 'or prevent the undulation of the front and back of the chain cloth, so that the chain main body portion 21 c of the key cloth 21 can be kept substantially flat on the one hand, and the hidden pull key 10 (or the key belt 20) can be stably inserted on the one hand. Sewing. Further, the concealed zipper 10 of the first embodiment is such that, after the chain cloth 21 is sewn in the direction of the width direction of the chain fabric, it is sewed on the product of the yoke, and the local sling can be prevented from being locally lifted on the chain fabric 21, Sinking, or corrugated wrinkles, or even a localized lift, sag, or corrugated wrinkles are less inconspicuous. Therefore, the zipper with the hidden zipper is prevented from being sewn. The appearance quality of the product is degraded. Moreover, when the slider 13 is slid to open and close the concealed zipper 1 , the chain 21 of the concealed zipper 10 does not cause local warping, sagging, or corrugated wrinkles, or a small partial lift. , sag, or corrugated 154315.doc •21 · 201221078 wrinkles, so the sliding resistance of the slider 13 is not increased by the friction of the slider 13 and the chain cloth 21, which prevents the sliding of the slider 丨3 Sexual decline. Further, in the concealed pull key 1 of the first embodiment, as described above, four or more of the lower end portions of the fastener fabric main body portion 21c on the side of the key fabric 21 are disposed. The warp yarns thereby form the ears 26. Thereby, the form of the chain fabric 21 (especially, the form of the chain main body portion 21c) can be stably maintained. Therefore, when the concealed zipper 10 is bent in the width direction of the chain fabric and sewn on the zipper-attached article, the chain extension portion 25 of the chain fabric 21 can be more reliably maintained in a substantially flat shape, thereby being stable and beautiful. Sewing the hidden zipper 1〇. Embodiment 2 Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a concealed pull key in the second embodiment. Further, in the concealed zipper 30 of the second embodiment, the sprocket 43 is not woven into the sprocket mounting portion while being woven into a chain cloth as shown in the above-described first embodiment, and 疋' is woven into a specific key cloth. After the chain cloth 41 of the width dimension, the fastener element 43 is sewn to the element attaching portion 41a of the chain cloth 41. Hereinafter, the concealed slide fastener 30 of the second embodiment will be described in detail. The concealed zipper 30 of the second embodiment includes a pair of left and right chain belts 4〇 having a pair of key teeth formed by the key teeth 43. The upper end of the chain is not shown, and is fixedly attached to the chain of each chain belt 40. The front end side of the tooth row; the lower end stop (not shown) is fixed to the rear end side of the element tooth row of each chain belt 40; and the slide fastener for stealth zipper (not shown) is slidable along the element tooth row Install it in the way. Each of the left and right chain belts 40 includes a woven chain cloth 41 and a spiral sprocket 43' sewn to the chain cloth 41 and is formed by sewing the fastener elements 43 on the key cloth 41. 154315.doc • 22 - 201221078 Chain tooth row. The chain cloth 41 includes a chain element mounting portion 4U that is sewn with a fastener element u; the chain cloth bending portion M1b extends from the side edge of the key tooth mounting portion 41a in the width direction of the key cloth and is bent in a U shape And a chain main body portion 4le which further extends from the key cloth loop portion 41b to become a portion sewn to the zipper-attached article. In this case, as the warp yarns disposed in the key attachment portion 4a, the chain bending portion 41b, and the chain main body portion 41C, a gathered yarn having a thickness of 330 ounces can be used as the weft yarn. For single yarns, polyester processed yarns having a thickness of 7 ounces can be used. The key teeth 43 include: a ringing head portion 43a; upper and lower leg portions 43b and 43c formed so as to extend from the meshing head portion 43a in the chain width direction; and a joint 4 43d which will have the upper leg portion 43b or the lower leg portion 43c The extended end portion is coupled to the sprocket lower leg portion 43c or the upper leg portion 43b adjacent to the front and rear. In addition, in the state in which the core wire 48 is inserted between the upper and lower leg portions 43b and 43c, the fastener element 43 protrudes from the chain bending portion 41 of the chain cloth 41 to the outside. The sprocket mounting portion 41a of the chain cloth 41 is sewn by the double-thread lock seam of the sewed yarn 47. In the concealed zipper 30 of the second embodiment, the chain cloth 41 includes a chain extending portion 45 which is closer to the joint portion of the sprocket 43 when the hidden zipper 3 is viewed from the sprocket 43 side. 43d extends out to the outside and is exposed. That is, in the case of the concealed zipper 30 of the second embodiment, when the position of the end edge of the sprocket 43 on the side of the connecting portion 43d is taken as the reference position in the left-right direction of the concealed zipper 3〇, The extension length χ of the end position of the chain fabric from the reference position to the side of the chain main body portion 41c of the chain cloth 41 satisfies the setting of the χ 〇 〇 〇 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 154 size. By extending the extension length X from the above reference position to the end edge of the chain fabric to X > 0 mm as described above, the chain extension portion 45 can be provided on the left and right chain fabrics 41. In the manufacture of the concealed zipper 30, for example, when the chain cloth 41 is subjected to heat curing treatment, dyeing treatment, or the like, and conveyed in a chain state, the upper and lower rollers can surely sandwich the chain extension of the chain fabric 41. The outlet 45 is capable of stably performing a specific process on the key bar' while the key pad 41 is not rolled up or folded. Further, in the concealed zipper 3 of the second embodiment, the size of the chain extending portion 45 of the chain fabric 41 in the width direction of the chain is limited to 6 mrn or less. That is, the extension length X of the edge of the chain fabric from the above reference position to the side of the chain main body portion 41c of the chain fabric 41 satisfies 0 mm. <XS6 mm mode, the size of the key fabric main body portion 41c in the chain width direction is set. Further, in the concealed slide fastener 3 of the second embodiment, the chain main body portion 41c of the chain fabric 41 has the ear portion 46 disposed on the side edge portion of the chain cloth on the side opposite to the side of the chain bending portion 4, and is disposed in the ear portion 46. The tension of the warp yarn of the ear portion 46 is higher than the tension of the warp yarn disposed outside the ear portion 46 of the chain main body portion 41c. At this time, six warp yarns are arranged at a high tension on the ear portion 46'. Thereby, the form of the chain cloth 41 can be stabilized without causing a positive oblique pattern on the key cloth 41. In the concealed zipper 3 of the second embodiment having the above configuration, the extension length X of the chain extension portion 45 of the chain fabric 41 is limited to 6 mm or less, and on the side of the chain main body portion 41c of the chain fabric 41. The side edge portion of the chain fabric is formed with an ear portion 46 in which a warp yarn having a high tension is disposed. Therefore, the invisible pull key 30 in the second embodiment can obtain the same effect as the concealed slide fastener 3 in the above embodiment i. 154315.doc • 24· 201221078 Embodiment 3 FIG. 7 is the zipper in the third embodiment. Further, the sprocket 63 is provided with a core 154315.doc -25-201221078 line 68 inserted between the upper and lower leg portions 63b and 63c. The side edge of the chain cloth side of the 61a side protrudes from the outer side, and is sewn to the element attaching portion 61& by the double-line lock stitching of the sewing yarn 67. In the pull button 5 of the third embodiment, the chain cloth 61 has the key cloth projecting portion 65'. The chain cloth projecting portion 65 is a key tooth when the zipper 50 is viewed from the side of the sprocket 63 (front side). The joint portion 63d of 63 is extended to the outside to be exposed. In the zipper 50 of the third embodiment, when the position of the end edge of the connecting portion 63d side of the key 63 is used as the reference position in the left-right direction of the zipper 50, 'from the reference position to the chain The extension length X of the end edge of the chain fabric on the side of the chain fabric main body portion 611) of the cloth 61 satisfies the size of the key fabric main body portion 6ib in the width direction of the key cloth.
