200938272 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於具備決定從複數遊戲裝置中選擇當選彩 金獎之遊戲裝置或不選擇任一的複數彩金抽選裝置之遊戲 系統以及構成其之彩金抽選裝置及參加處理裝置者。 【先前技術】 Φ 先前’作爲此種之彩金抽選裝置,例如公知有設置於 遊戲中心等之複數代幣遊戲機(遊戲裝置)所構成之遊戲 系統者(例如’專利文獻1 )。一般來說,代幣遊戲機係 以從玩家接受代幣(下注對象)爲條件來控制遊戲進行, 並因應其遊戲結果,將所定枚數代幣(支付對象)支付給 玩家。如針對利用彩金抽選裝置之代幣遊戲機的一例加以 說明,累積並加算相當於從玩家接受之代幣(下注對象) 之數量的一部份之數量,並將此作爲支付量資料而保持於 ❹ 彩金抽選裝置的支付量記憶手段。然後,達成所定抽選開 始條件時,以彩金抽選裝置進行抽選,決定當選彩金獎或 未當選(落選)。在該抽選中當選彩金獎時,則將相當於 前述支付量資料之至少一部份之量的數量之代幣,支付給 達成該所定抽選開始條件的玩家之同時,使該支付量資料 回到初始値。 在此,彩金抽選裝置係大多在由分別具備有獨立進行 遊戲之遊戲控制手段的複數遊戲裝置所構成之遊戲系統中 被利用。此係依據以下之理由。亦即,各遊戲裝置1次可 -5- 200938272 對玩家支付之代幣枚數係在設定於各遊戲裝置的選出率 (payout率)之關係上,被限制於某種程度。因此,將彩 金抽選裝置利用於單體遊戲裝置時,在當選其彩金獎時的 代幣支付枚數之上限,係因設定於其遊戲裝置之選出率而 被大幅限制。相對於此,將彩金抽選裝置利用於由複數遊 戲裝置所構成之遊戲系統時,在當選其彩金獎時的代幣支 付枚數之上限,係可利用與複數遊戲裝置之選出率的關係 φ 來訂定。此時,相較於將彩金抽選裝置利用於單體遊戲裝 置之狀況,可增加在當選彩金獎時的代幣支付枚數。結 果,可使玩家抱持因當選彩金獎而大量代幣會被1次支付 的期待,而可吸引玩家的興趣。因爲有此優點,彩金抽選 裝置,係大多不在單體遊戲裝置,而是在由複數遊戲裝置 所構成之遊戲系統中被利用。 尤其,近年來,亦公知有以設置於複數店舖(遊戲設 施)之遊戲裝置構成的遊戲系統,於此種遊戲系統中亦可 φ 利用彩金抽選裝置。 [專利文獻1]日本特開2002-253842號公報 【發明內容】 [發明所欲解決之課題] 在利用彩金抽選裝置之習知的遊戲系統,各遊戲裝置 可參加之彩金抽選係僅有構成其遊戲系統之彩金抽選裝置 所執行之1個彩金抽選。爲此,有無法使在某遊戲系統中 參加彩金抽選裝置所執行之彩金抽選的遊戲裝置,參加不 -6 - 200938272 屬於其遊戲系統之其他彩金抽選裝置所執行之其他彩金抽 選的問題。 利用彩金抽選裝置的遊戲系統,係除了在設置於遊戲 中心等者以外,亦可利用於設置在柏青哥店之柏青哥機及 柏青嫂機等。即使在此種遊戲系統,上述問題也同樣會發 生。 本發明係有鑒於上述問題而發明者,其目的係提供可 於因應管理遊戲裝置之管理者等的希望之彩金抽選中,使 其遊戲裝置參加的遊戲系統,以及構成其之彩金抽選裝置 及參加處理裝置。 [用以解決課題之手段] 爲了達成上述目的,申請專利範圍第1項的發明是一 種遊戲系統,係具備:複數遊戲裝置,係具備進行遊戲之 進行控制的遊戲進行控制手段;及彩金抽選裝置,係執行 將該複數遊戲裝置之至少1台作爲抽選對象的彩金抽選; 其特徵爲:具備有複數前述彩金抽選裝置;又具備有參加 處理裝置,而該參加處理裝置,係具有:參加申請處理手 段,係遵從所定參加申請條件,依每一遊戲裝置,從前述 複數彩金抽選裝置中,選擇執行可將其遊戲裝置作爲抽選 對象之彩金抽選的1台或兩台以上彩金抽選裝置,並向選 擇之彩金抽選裝置發送參加申請要求;及參加辭退處理手 段,係遵從所定參加辭退條件,依每一遊戲裝置,從該複 數彩金抽選裝置中,選擇執行不將其遊戲裝置作爲抽選對 200938272 象之彩金抽選的1台或兩台以上彩金抽選裝置,並向選擇 之彩金抽選裝置發送參加辭退要求;該複數彩金抽選裝置 係分別具有:抽選對象記憶手段,係記憶可成爲自身之彩 金抽選的抽選對象之遊戲裝置的識別資訊;申請受理處理 手段,係在受理前述參加處理裝置所發送之參加申請要求 時,進行將該參加申請要求相關之遊戲裝置的識別資訊作 爲彩金抽選處理對象並記憶於自身之抽選對象記憶手段的 申請受理處理;辭退受理處理手段,係在受理該參加處理 裝置所發送之參加辭退要求時,進行將該參加辭退要求相 關之遊戲裝置的識別資訊從彩金抽選處理對象除外的辭退 受理處理;抽選手段,係進行將作爲彩金抽選處理對象而 記憶於自身之抽選對象記憶手段的識別資訊所對應之遊戲 裝置中被玩家遊玩之遊戲裝置作爲抽選對象,來決定身爲 抽選對象之遊戲裝置當選彩金獎或未當選彩金獎的彩金抽 選處理;支付量記憶手段,係記憶在該抽選手段決定該彩 金獎的當選時,表示包含應支付給在當選之遊戲裝置進行 遊玩之玩家的支付對象之量的量之支付量資料;支付處理 手段,係在該抽選手段決定該彩金獎的當選時,進行從該 支付量記憶手段讀取出該支付量資料,並用以將讀取出之 支付量資料所示之量至少一部份之量的支付對象,支付給 在當選之遊戲裝置進行遊玩之玩家的支付處理;及支付量 增加手段,係在達成所定支付量增加條件時,使記憶於該 支付量記憶手段之支付量資料所示之量,累積地增加。 在此遊戲系統中,於每一遊戲裝置,可因應所定參加 -8- 200938272 申請條件或所定參加辭退條件,來選擇執行其遊戲裝置可 成爲抽選對象之彩金抽選的彩金抽選裝置。因此,利用作 爲所定參加申請條件及所定參加辭退條件,採用反映管理 遊戲裝置之管理者等之希望的條件,可使其遊戲裝置參加 因應該等希望之彩金抽選。 又,申請專利範圍第2項的發明之特徵係於申請專利 範圍第1項之遊戲系統中,前述參加處理裝置,係具有: 操作受理手段,係受理關於各遊戲裝置之參加申請操作及 參加辭退操作;該參加處理裝置的前述參加申請處理手 段,係以該操作受理手段受理參加申請操作作爲前述所定 參加申請條件,每於受理該參加申請操作時,從前述複數 彩金抽選裝置中,選擇執行可將該參加申請操作相關之遊 戲裝置作爲抽選對象之彩金抽選的1台或兩台以上彩金抽 選裝置;該參加處理裝置的前述參加辭退處理手段,係以 該操作受理手段受理參加辭退操作作爲前述所定參加辭退 條件,每於受理該參加辭退操作時,從該複數彩金抽選裝 置中,選擇執行不將該參加辭退操作相關之遊戲裝置作爲 抽選對象之彩金抽選的1台或兩台以上彩金抽選裝置。 於此遊戲系統中,管理遊戲裝置的管理者等利用針對 各遊戲裝置來進行參加申請操作及參加辭退操作,可使各 遊戲裝置分別參加因應管理遊戲裝置之管理者等的希望之 彩金抽選。 又,申請專利範圍第3項的發明之特徵係於申請專利 範圍第1項所記載之遊戲系統中,於前述複數彩金抽選裝 -9- 200938272 置,係至少包含:至少1台參加限定彩金抽選裝置,係執 行將以前述複數遊戲裝置之一部份,且達成特定條件之1 台或兩台以上遊戲裝置構成之特定組群所屬之遊戲裝置作 爲抽選對象的彩金抽選;及整體彩金抽選裝置,係執行可 將該複數遊戲裝置全部作爲抽選對象的彩金抽選;該參加 限定彩金抽選裝置的申請受理處理手段,係在受理前述參 加處理裝置所發送之關於該特定組群所屬之遊戲裝置的參 Φ 加申請要求時,以將該遊戲裝置的識別資訊記憶於自身之 抽選對象記憶手段之方式,進行前述申請受理處理。 又,申請專利範圍第4項的發明之特徵係於申請專利 範圍第2項所記載之遊戲系統中,於前述複數彩金抽選裝 置,係至少包含:至少1台參加限定彩金抽選裝置,係執 行將以前述複數遊戲裝置之一部份,且達成特定條件之1 台或兩台以上遊戲裝置構成之特定組群所屬之遊戲裝置作 爲抽選對象的彩金抽選;及整體彩金抽選裝置,係執行可 φ 將該複數遊戲裝置全部作爲抽選對象的彩金抽選;該參加 限定彩金抽選裝置的申請受理處理手段,係在受理前述參 加處理裝置所發送之關於該特定組群所屬之遊戲裝置的參 加申請要求時,以將該遊戲裝置的識別資訊記憶於自身之 抽選對象記憶手段之方式,進行前述申請受理處理。 於該等遊戲系統中,作爲各遊戲裝置可參加之彩金抽 選,可選擇可參加之遊戲裝置限制於特定組群所屬者之參 加限定彩金抽選與沒有此種限制之整體彩金抽選的任一或 其雙方。 -10- 200938272 又’申請專利範圍第5項的發明之特徵係於申請專利 範圍第3項之遊戲系統中,前述複數遊戲裝置,係配置於 複數遊戲設施;前述至少1台參加限定彩金抽選裝置,係 包含將以身爲前述複數遊戲裝置之一部份,且配置於單一 遊戲設施之1台或兩台以上遊戲裝置構成之設施內組群作 爲前述特定組群,執行可將該設施內組群所屬之遊戲裝置 作爲抽選對象的彩金抽選者。 又’申請專利範圍第6項的發明之特徵係於申請專利 範圍第4項之遊戲系統中,前述複數遊戲裝置,係配置於 複數遊戲設施;前述至少1台參加限定彩金抽選裝置,係 包含將以身爲前述複數遊戲裝置之一部份,且配置於單一 遊戲設施之1台或兩台以上遊戲裝置構成之設施內組群作 爲前述特定組群,執行可將該設施內組群所屬之遊戲裝置 作爲抽選對象的彩金抽選者。 於該等遊戲系統中,作爲各遊戲裝置可參加之彩金抽 選,可選擇可參加之遊戲裝置限制於被配置在單一遊戲設 施內者之彩金抽選與沒有此種限制之整體彩金抽選的任一 或其雙方。 又,申請專利範圍第7項的發明之特徵係於申請專利 範圍第3項所記載之遊戲系統中,前述複數遊戲裝置,係 代幣遊戲機:前述至少1台參加限定彩金抽選裝置,係包 含將以身爲前述複數遊戲裝置之一部份,且配置於代幣單 價之差在規定範圍內的預先訂定之複數遊戲設施之兩台以 上遊戲裝置構成之設施間組群作爲前述特定組群,執行可 -11 - 200938272 將該設施間組群所屬之遊戲裝置作爲抽選對象的彩金抽選 者。 又,申請專利範圍第8項的發明之特徵係於申請專利 範圍第4項所記載之遊戲系統中,前述複數遊戲裝置,係 代幣遊戲機;前述至少1台參加限定彩金抽選裝置,係包 含將以身爲前述複數遊戲裝置之一部份,且配置於代幣單 價之差在規定範圍內的預先訂定之複數遊戲設施之兩台以 φ 上遊戲裝置構成之設施間組群作爲前述特定組群,執行可 將該設施間組群所屬之遊戲裝置作爲抽選對象的彩金抽選 者。 又’申請專利範圍第9項的發明之特徵係於申請專利 範圍第5項所記載之遊戲系統中,前述複數遊戲裝置,係 代幣遊戲機;前述至少1台參加限定彩金抽選裝置,係包 含將以身爲前述複數遊戲裝置之一部份,且配置於代幣單 價之差在規定範圍內的預先訂定之複數遊戲設施之兩台以 φ 上遊戲裝置構成之設施間組群作爲前述特定組群,執行可 將該設施間組群所屬之遊戲裝置作爲抽選對象的彩金抽選 者。 又,申請專利範圍第1 0項的發明之特徵係於申請專 利範圍第6項所記載之遊戲系統中,前述複數遊戲裝置, 係代幣遊戲機;前述至少1台參加限定彩金抽選裝置,係 包含將以身爲前述複數遊戲裝置之一部份,且配置於代幣 單價之差在規定範圍內的預先訂定之複數遊戲設施之兩台 以上遊戲裝置構成之設施間組群作爲前述特定組群,執行 -12- 200938272 可將該設施間組群所屬之遊戲裝置作爲抽選對象的彩金抽 選者。 在設置有代幣遊戲機之遊戲設施,對於換取1枚代幣 所需之費用的代幣單價大多在每一遊戲設施不同。設置於 代幣單價有較大之差的遊戲設施之遊戲裝置參加相同彩金 抽選時,如果在相同條件下,相較於代幣單價較低之遊戲 設施,有代幣單價較高之遊戲設施會成爲比較不利之可能 Φ 性。另一方面,以代幣單價較高之遊戲設施不會成爲不利 之方式,適切變更彩金抽選的各種條件(抽選開始條件或 支付量增加條件等)係處理及作業是非常雜煩且複雜者。 依據本遊戲系統,因應代幣單價較高之遊戲設施的管 理者等之希望,可使設置於其遊戲設施的遊戲裝置,參加 限制配置於代幣單價之差在規定範圍內之複數遊戲設施的 遊戲裝置參加之彩金抽選。因此,不進行適切變更彩金抽 選之各種條件等之雜煩且複雜的處理作業,可因應其遊戲 φ 設施的管理者等之希望,迴避代幣單價較高之遊戲設施成 爲不利之狀態。 又,申請專利範圍第π項的發明之特徵係於申請專 利範圍第1項至第1 0項中任一項所記載之遊戲系統中, 各彩金抽選裝置,係與前述複數遊戲裝置可通訊地連接; 該複數遊戲裝置,係分別具有:支付量增加資訊輸出手 段’係在達成所定資訊輸出條件時,輸出用以增加前述支 付·量資料所示之量的支付量增加資訊;各彩金抽選裝置的 支付量增加手段’係以接收從記憶於自身之抽選對象記憶 -13- 200938272 手段的識別資訊所對應之遊戲裝置輸出之支付量增加資訊 作爲前述所定支付量增加條件,而使記憶於前述支付量記 億手段之支付量資料所示之量,累積地增加。 於此遊戲系統中,可使記憶於各彩金抽選裝置的支付 量記憶手段之支付量資料所示之量,因應來自參加其彩金 抽選裝置所執行之彩金抽選的遊戲裝置之支付量增加資訊 而增加。 φ 又,申請專利範圍第1 2項的發明之特徵係於申請專 利範圍第11項所記載之遊戲系統中,前述複數遊戲裝 置,係代幣遊戲機;該遊戲裝置的支付量增加資訊輸出手 段,係將關於玩家下注之代幣枚數的代幣IN資訊,作爲 前述支付量增加資訊來輸出者。 於此遊戲系統中,可使記憶於各彩金抽選裝置的支付 量記憶手段之支付量資料所示之量,因應來自參加其彩金 抽選裝置所執行之彩金抽選的遊戲裝置之代幣IN資訊而 φ 增加° 又申請專利範圍第1 3項的發明是一種彩金抽選裝 置,係執行將具備進行遊戲之進行控制的遊戲進行控制手 段之至少1台以上遊戲裝置作爲抽選對象之彩金抽選的彩 金抽選裝置,其特徵爲具有:抽選對象記憶手段,係記憶 可成爲前述彩金抽選之抽選對象的遊戲裝置之識別資訊; 申請受理處理手段,係在受理參加申請要求時,進行將該 參加申請要求相關之遊戲裝置的識別資訊作爲彩金抽選處 理對象並記憶於該抽選對象記憶手段的申請受理處理;辭 -14- 200938272 退受理處理手段,係在受理參加辭退要求時,進行將該參 加辭退要求相關之遊戲裝置的識別資訊從彩金抽選處理對 象除外的辭退受理處理;抽選手段,係進行將作爲彩金抽 選處理對象而記憶於該抽選對象記憶手段的識別資訊所對 應之遊戲裝置中被玩家遊玩之遊戲裝置作爲抽選對象,來 決定身爲抽選對象之遊戲裝置當選彩金獎或未當選彩金獎 的彩金抽選處理;支付量記憶手段,係記憶在該抽選手段 決定該彩金獎的當選時,表示包含應支付給在當選之遊戲 裝置進行遊玩之玩家的支付對象之量的量之支付量資料; 支付處理手段,係在該抽選手段決定該彩金獎的當選時, 進行從該支付量記憶手段讀取出該支付量資料,並用以將 讀取出之支付量資料所示之量至少一部份之量的支付對 象,支付給在當選之遊戲裝置進行遊玩之玩家的支付處 理;及支付量增加手段,係在達成所定支付量增加條件 時,使記憶於該支付量記憶手段之支付量資料所示之量, 累積地增加。 於此彩金抽選裝置中,利用與參加處理裝置協力作 動,因應管理遊戲裝置的管理者等之希望,可使其遊戲裝 置參加本彩金抽選裝置所執行之彩金抽選或辭退參加。 又,申請專利範圍第1 4項的發明是一種參加處理裝 置,係用以從分別執行將具備進行遊戲之進行控制的遊戲 進行控制手段之複數遊戲裝置的至少1台作爲抽選對象之 彩金抽選的彩金抽選裝置中,選擇執行各遊戲裝置所參加 之彩金抽選之彩金抽選裝置的參加處理裝置,其特徵爲具 -15- 200938272 有:參加申請處理手段,係遵從所定參加申請條件,依每 一遊戲裝置,從前述複數彩金抽選裝置中選擇執行可將其 遊戲裝置作爲抽選對象之彩金抽選的1台或兩台以上彩金 抽選裝置,並向選擇之彩金抽選裝置發送參加申請要求;
