Abstract
A method and the apparatus of producing micro-structure molding core is disclosed. A protection layer is formed on a substrate that has patterns. A buffer with a hole is placed on the protective layer and the pattern is located at the hole. One end of a mold base has a cone that is located above the pattern but is not attached to the pattern. The electrotyping tank contains the substrate and the mold base that forms a micro structure at the bottom of the corn and covers the corn. Therefore, enable the micro-structure firmly installed on the mold base so as to reduce the probability of damage of the micro-structure and then decreases the production cost. While manufacturing the mold core of micro-structure of this invention, it firstly covers the protection layer on the substrate in that the protective layer forms a pattern, and a buffer is install above the protective layer but is not attach to the pattern. And finally, forms micro-structure on the cone.
