Abstract
This invention provides a silt coater capable of forming coating layers with uniform qualities for manufacturing display devices. In addition, the present invention provides a silt coater for manufacturing display devices and a manufacturing method of display devices using the same. The silt coater for manufacturing display devices is characterized in having a coating liquid supply and a slit nozzle. The nozzle comprises an injection part filled with coating liquid and a slim slit for coating the coating liquid on an object to be processed. Furthermore, cavities with a volume of 0.13 to 0.5 ml per 1 mm are formed on the slim slit between the injection part and the slit.
