Abstract
The present invention provides a device of purifying filter for air containing sulfur compound, comprising: at least one catalyst-absorbing/desorbing element, which is disposed in series and/or parallel; and an ozone-generating element, which provides ozone for the catalyst-absorbing/desorbing element to enhance the function of catalyst-absorbing or oxidation/decomposition reaction in low temperature. This invention also provides a purifying method for air containing sulfur compound and the catalyst-absorbing material thereof. Disclosed of this invention can be used to handle air containing sulfur compound more difficult to be dealt with, such as DMS or DMDS, enabling to solve conventional problems that air containing some sulfur compound can not be handled with traditional device, so as to increase efficiency of catalyst and to extend catalyst life, suitable for high technology with high wind and low concentration of discharge, such as industry of wafer processing, photo-electronic panel, coating/printing and related chemical engineering.
