Abstract
1. Катализатор глубокой очистки газовых смесей от сероводорода, отличающийся тем, что он содержит активированную матрицу кремнезема, полученную кислотным травлением природного вермикулита, и наноразмерные частицы оксида железа или меди, или их смесь в количестве 0,05-0,5 мас.% по отношению к массе кремнезема и при соотношении меди к железу в их смеси, равном 0,3. ! 2. Способ каталитической глубокой очистки газовых смесей от сероводорода путем его окисления кислородом воздуха до элементной серы, отличающийся тем, что используют газовые смеси с содержанием сероводорода до 1 об.%, а процесс ведут в присутствии катализатора по п.1 до остаточного содержания серы не более 1 ppm. ! 3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что процесс ведут при температуре 25-250°С, объемной скорости 1000-4000 ч-1. ! 4.
