Abstract

The invention concerns a kind of heat treatment apparatus for base plate, which has the same heat function as an infrared heat treatment apparatus and capable of suppressing the increasing of gas-generated concentration. The invention has a rack element 56 in a heat treatment chamber 12; an infrared plate 100 is located at the back of said rack 56. The infrared plate 100 can't heat independently, but capable of radiating infrared rays as long as it is heated. The base plate w located at rack element 56 can be heated when exposure under the hot wind in the heat treatment chamber 12, in the meantime, the temperature of the infrared plate 100 is increased due to the hot wind and radiates infrared rays. Infrared rays radiating from the infrared plate 100 can heat the base plate w. The gas-generated can be moved out of the heat treatment chamber 12 by the tremendous hot wind.
