Abstract

The invention provides a coating apparatus and method thereof. It has several spray heads(5) of the nozzles (53a) to spout the liquid in the Y direction. While the coating patterns are generated, the spray heads located among the nozzles (53a) spout the differential liquid quantity. The spray heads(5) can move ΔL and coat repeatedly to generate the same pattern in the Y direction, therefore, it calibrates the variance ( or deviation) of coating thickness. Eventually, it achieves the uniformity of the coating thickness.
