Abstract
The invention relates to a coupling differential pair structure formed on a substrate. The coupling differential pair structure of the invention comprises two coupling differential signals. The two coupling differential signals are near mounted on the substrate to form the coupling differential pair structure. Each coupling differential signals comprises at least two layers so that the coupling differential signals have a height and a width. The height and the width of the coupling differential signal can be adjusted according to an electrical characteristic of the coupling differential pair structure. Therefore, when the height of the coupling differential signal is increased, the width of the coupling differential signal is decreased so as to lower the layout space of the coupling differential pair structure on the substrate. Besides, the coupling differential pair structure of the invention can provide with high coupling electromagnetic field and raise the capacity of against noise.
