Abstract

The invention relates to a coupling differential pair structure formed on a substrate. The coupling differential pair structure of the invention comprises two coupling differential signals. Each coupling differential signals comprises at least two layers so that the coupling differential signals have a height and a width. Therefore, when the height of the coupling differential signal is increased, the width of the coupling differential signal is decreased so as to lower the layout space of the coupling differential pair structure on the substrate. Besides, the coupling differential pair structure of the invention can provide with high coupling electromagnetic field and raise the capacity of against noise.
