The present invention relates to pyrrolidine-based compounds of novel structure exhibiting good inhibitory activity versus Dipeptidyl Peptidase-IV, and methods of preparing the same and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same as an active agent, wherein A, B, R1, R2, R3, and Y are the same as defined as in description.
