Abstract

Particularly, the invention is related to a high brightness LED having the combination of a highly transparent conductive layer and an arrangement-shaped conducting layer. By using the invented manufacturing method of high brightness LED device, the problem of the conventional LED device that poor light emission efficiency is generated due to low light transparence can be solved so as to obtain an LED device with the best transparency and ohmic contact characteristic, and to reach the purpose of increasing the brightness of LED device.
