200400317 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一強制空冷式引擎之吸氣連接構造,其在 由圍板覆蓋的汽缸頭上設有使吸氣口開口的安裝面,該安 裝面上介裝著絕緣體而固緊著輸入管。 【先前技術】 以往,周知如在日本特開平1 1 -1 〇 8 1 8 7號公報等中已揭 示有上述構造。 【發明內容】 (發明所欲解決之問題) 在上述習知構造中,設有使輸入管插穿於圍板的插穿 孔,輸入管係利用保持該輸入管及絕緣體,同時拴緊插穿 於輸入管的凸緣及絕緣體的螺栓,而固緊於汽缸頭的安裝 面。爲此,在將螺栓插穿於上述凸緣及絕緣體時,安裝面 側的螺絲孔將由上述凸緣及絕緣體所遮蔽,從而較難稱其 組裝性優良。 本發明係鑒於上述情況而提出之發明,其目的在於提供 可提高組裝性之強制空冷式引擎之吸氣連接構造。 (解決問題之手段) 爲達成上述目的,申請專利範圍第1項之發明,係在由 圍板覆蓋的汽缸頭上設有使吸氣口開口的安裝面,該安裝 面上介設絕緣體而固緊著輸入管之強制空冷式引擎之吸氣 連接構造中,其特徵爲:在上述圍板設有嵌合、定位上述 絕緣體的開口部。 5 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107264 200400317 根據如上述之申請專利範圍第1項發明之構成,因爲利 用嵌合於開口部使得絕緣體被定位保持於圍板,而且,絕 緣體發揮引導螺合於汽缸頭的安裝面所設的螺絲孔之螺栓 的功能,因此,可容易進行螺栓的對於上述螺絲孔的螺合、 固緊,從而可提高組裝性。 此外,申請專利範圍第2項之發明,係加上上述申請專 利範圍第1項之發明的構成,其特徵爲:於合成樹脂製的 上述圍板上所設的上述開口部的局部內側面及上述絕緣體 的局部側面間形成排風口,根據如上述的構成,利用從排 風口排出的溫風用以暖和輸入管,可提升暖機性能,而且, 將圍板的成型時形成開口部用的模具部分,以包含對應於 上述排風口的部分的方式設置爲較爲大型化以便提高強 度,即可提高模具的壽命度。 又,申請專利範圍第3項之發明,係加上上述申請專利 範圍第2項之發明的構成,其特徵爲:上述絕緣體的厚度 T係設定爲較上述安裝面及上述圍板間的間隔大,根據如 上述的構成,以壓抵於安裝面的方式將絕緣體嵌合於開口 部,即可於組裝時防止絕緣體從圍板脫落,可進一步提升 組裝性。 包括:前端固接於頭管26的主架管27、呈直角固接於該 主架管2 7的後端的橫跨管2 8、及前端分別連設於橫跨管 28的兩端部的左右一對作爲後框架構件的後架管29、30 ° 主架管27係一體連設著從頭管26向著後下方傾斜的下 降框架部27a、及從下降框架部27a的後端呈大致水平向 著後方延伸的低框架部27b而構成。此外,左右一對的後 架管29、30,係一體連設著從上述橫跨管28的兩端部向 著後上方延伸的斜升框架部2 9 a、3 0 a,及從斜升框架部 2 9 a、3 0 a的後端呈大致水平向著後方延伸、同時以後端部 開口相互面對的方式在水平面內彎曲的上部框架部2 9b、 7 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107264 200400317 3 〇b而成。 上述頭管26上支持著可操縱方向的跨於前輪WF上的前 叉3 1,前叉3 1的上端連結著方向操縱把手3 2。 在車體框架25的兩後架管29、30的前部,介由連桿機 構3 3支持著可上下搖動的動力單元P的前部,配置於該 動力單元P的後部右側的後輪WR係軸支於動力單元P的 後部。 圖3〜圖6中,動力單元P係由配置於後輪WR的前方 的強制空冷式單氣筒的4行程的引擎E、及設於該引擎E 及上述後輪WR間,的無段變速機Μ所構成。 引擎Ε之引擎本體34係爲具備曲柄箱35、結合於曲柄 箱3 5的汽缸塊3 6、在曲柄箱3 5的相反側與汽缸塊3 6結 合的汽缸頭3 7及在汽缸塊3 6的相反側與汽缸頭3 7結合的 頭蓋3 8,且配置於車體框架2 5的兩後架管2 9、3 0間者, 汽缸頭3 7係配置於兩後架管2 9、3 0前部的斜升框架部 2 9 a、3 0 a的下部間。 汽缸塊3 6係爲以沿著設於汽缸塊3 6的汽缸腔3 9的軸 線、亦即汽缸軸線C沿著機車的前後方向成略微前上傾而 成爲大致水平的方式所配置者,在汽缸頭3 7及可滑動自如 地嵌合於上述汽缸腔39的活塞40之間形成燃燒室41。此 外,活塞4 0係介由連桿4 2及曲柄銷4 3,連結於具有與後 輪WR的旋轉軸線平行的旋轉軸線的曲柄軸44。 曲柄軸44係由含有上述汽缸軸線C、同時與該曲柄軸 44的軸線垂直的平面所結合的一對箱體部3 5 a、3 5b所構 8 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107264 200400317 成的曲柄箱3 5支持爲可旋轉自如’曲柄軸44係於一端的 箱構件3 5 a及曲柄軸4 4之間介裝著第1滾珠軸承4 5,及 在另一端的箱構件3 5 b及曲柄軸4 4之間介裝著第2滾珠軸 承4 6 〇 在汽缸頭3 7的上部側面設有可連通上述燃燒室4 1的吸 氣口 47,在汽缸頭3 7的下部側面設有可連通上述燃燒室 4 1的排氣口 4 8。分別用以開閉吸氣口 4 7及排氣口 4 8的吸 氣閥49及排氣閥50,係以在與曲柄軸44的旋轉軸線垂直 的平面的投影圖上排列爲略V字狀的方式配設於汽缸頭 37上,在關閉吸氣口 47及排氣口 48的方向分別受到加勢 能。此外,面向著燃燒室4 1的火星塞5 1係安裝於汽缸頭 3 7上的左右至少一端側,在本實施例中係以向著機車的行 進方向前方的狀態安裝在右側的側面。 在汽缸頭3 7及頭蓋3 8之間,收容著開閉驅動上述吸氣 閥49及排氣閥50的動閥機構52,該動閥機構52包括: 具有與曲柄軸44的軸線平行的軸線且可旋轉自如地被支 持於汽缸頭37、同時具有吸氣用及排氣用凸輪54、53的 凸輪軸5 5 ;具有與凸輪軸5 5平行的軸線,且被支持於汽 缸頭3 7的吸氣側及排氣側的搖軸5 6、5 7 ;以隨動於上述 吸氣用凸輪54而驅動吸氣閥49的方式可搖動自如地支持 於吸氣側搖軸5 6的吸氣側搖臂5 8 ;及以隨動於上述排氣 用凸輪5 3而開閉驅動排氣閥5 0的方式可搖動自如地支持 於排氣側搖軸5 7的排氣側搖臂5 9。 於凸輪軸55的一端部固定著被動鏈輪60。另一方面, 9 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107264 200400317 在曲柄軸4 4上較第2滾珠軸承4 6的外端側,在對應於上 述被動鏈輪6 0的位置固定著驅動鏈輪6 1,驅動及被動鏈 輪6 1、6 0上卷掛著無接縫的凸輪鏈條6 2,凸輪鏈條6 2係 被收納爲可沿著通過汽缸塊3 6、汽缸頭3 7及頭蓋3 8而形 成的收納室6 3內行走。藉由如此的驅動鏈輪6 1、被動鏈 輪6 0及凸輪鏈條6 2,以曲柄軸4 4的旋轉數的一半旋轉數 旋轉驅動著凸輪軸5 5。 在較第1滾珠軸承4 5的外端側,曲柄軸4 4上固定著驅 動齒輪64,以從形成於曲柄箱3 5內的下部的潤滑油儲積 部6 5介由潤滑油過濾器7 9吸起潤滑油的方式安裝於曲柄 箱3 5的油栗6 6 ’係藉由上述驅動齒輪6 4所驅動。 從該油泵66吐出的潤滑油的一部分係用於潤滑動閥機 構52者,在曲柄箱35、汽缸塊36、汽缸頭37及頭蓋38 設有將來自油泵66的潤滑油導向動閥機構52用的潤滑油 供給路67。而且,在汽缸頭37,且在較排氣口 48更接近 於吸氣口 47的位置配置著潤滑油供給路67,本實施例中, 在與曲柄軸44的軸線垂直的平面的投影圖上,在與吸氣口 47交叉的位置配置著潤滑油供給路67。 一倂參照圖7及圖8,上述潤滑油供給路67的下游端 部,係由以將來自汽缸頭3 7側的潤滑油供給一端的方式設 於頭蓋3 8的與汽缸頭3 7的結合面的流通溝6 8,及連通該 流通溝6 8的另一端且設於頭蓋3 8的側壁的有底流通孔6 9 所構成,連通流通孔69的內端部的噴出孔70 ’係以向著 動閥機構5 2噴出潤滑油的方式設於頭蓋3 8的側壁內面。 10 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107264 200400317 此外,在頭蓋3 8設有連通上述流通溝6 8的一端的有底 檢測孔7 1,同時,在對應於該檢測孔7丨的位置一體突設 著從頭蓋3 8的外面向著外側突出的安裝轂72,該安裝轂 7 2上以使檢測元件部7 3 a突入上述檢測孔7 1的方式安裝 著溫度檢測器7 3。也就是說,溫度檢測器7 3係以使檢測 元件部73a面向著潤滑油供給路67的方式安裝於引擎本體 3 4的頭蓋3 8上。 注意圖3,在較上述驅動齒輪64的外端側,配設著具備 固定於曲柄箱35上的定子74、以圍繞著該定子74的方式 固定於曲柄軸44上的外部轉子75的發電機76,在較該發 電機76的外端,曲柄軸44上固定著風扇77。該風扇77 係由一體設於由多個例如藉4個螺栓7 8、7 8…固緊於發電 機76的外部轉子75的基部77a的外周部的多個葉片77b、 7 7 b…所構成者。 引擎本體34中至少汽缸塊36及汽缸頭37、本實施例中 曲柄箱3 5的局部、汽缸塊3 6、汽缸頭3 7係由圍板8 2所 覆蓋,將引擎本體34及圍板82間形成的流通路81,流通 從風扇7 7吐出的強制空冷用的空氣。而且,在汽缸塊3 6 及汽缸頭3 7的外面,爲了可進行藉由流過上述流通路8 1 的冷卻空氣的有效冷卻,分別突設著多個冷卻鰭片 36a··· 、37a··· 〇 上述圍板82係由以協動且覆蓋汽缸塊36及汽缸頭37 的方式相互結合的上下一對的上部及下部罩體構件8 3、8 4 及覆蓋曲柄箱35的局部且結合於上述兩罩體構件83、84 11 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107264 200400317 的風扇罩85所構成,上述上部罩體構件83、下部I 件84及風扇罩85,係分別由合成樹脂所形成。 上部罩體構件83上突設著從與下部罩體構件84 面86突出於下部罩體構件84側的多個繫合爪87… 部罩體構件8 4設有彈性繫合著上述各繫合爪8 7…庄 部88···。此外,在上部及下部罩體構件83、84分另 設置著由接合面8 6相互頂接的多個被固緊部8 9…、 相互頂接的被固緊部89···、90…係由螺絲零件91… 緊。 如此,對於繫合爪8 7…的繫止部8 8…的彈性繫合 藉由被固緊部89···、90···的螺絲零件91…的固緊, 下部罩體構件83、84相互結合,於是,頭蓋38從_ 下部罩體構件83、84向著前方側突出。 風扇罩8 5係以覆蓋曲柄箱3 5的局部的箱構件3 5 扇77的方式固緊於箱構件35a上者,且藉由多個螺 92…固緊於上述上部及下部罩體構件83、84。 該風扇罩85上,以對應於風扇77的外側的方式 47開口的平坦的安裝面97,該安裝面97上介裝著 絕緣體99而固緊著輸入管98的下端。 輸入管98的下端一體設有凸緣部98a,具有連通吸氣口 47的吸氣孔100的絕緣體99及上述安裝面97,係形成爲 具有對應於上述凸緣部9 8 a的形狀。 在絕緣體99的兩面安裝著呈無接縫狀包圍上述吸氣孔 100的墊圈101、1〇2,其中,在絕緣體99及安裝面97間 安裝著一邊的墊圈101,而在絕緣體99及上述凸緣部98a 間安裝著墊圈102。而且,絕緣體99的厚度T係設定爲較 安裝面97及圍板82之上部罩體構件83間的間隔S大。 在吸氣口 4 7的兩側,其安裝面9 7上設置著有底的螺絲 孔103、103,插穿於凸緣部98a及絕緣體99的螺栓1〇4、 104被繫合於上述各螺絲孔103、103,藉由拴緊螺栓ι〇4、 104即可介由絕緣體99將輸入管98固緊於安裝面97。 但是,在覆蓋汽缸頭37的圍板82中,上部罩體構件83 13 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107264 200400317 上設有嵌合、定位上述絕緣體99用的開口部105。該開口 部1 05如圖1 0所示係形成爲較絕緣體99大,在該開口部 1 0 5的局部側面及絕緣體9 9的局部側面間,形成將流通經 過流通路8 1而來的冷卻用空氣排出至外部用的排風口 106 α 上述輸入管98的上游端係介由連接軟管107而連接配 置於較該輸入管9 8後側的氣化器1 〇 8的下游端,氣化器 1〇8的上游端係介由連接管109而連接配置於後輪WR的 左側面的空氣濾淨器1 1 0。 圖1 1中,氣化器1 〇 8上附設有基於上述溫度檢測器7 3 的檢測値而被通電控制的機車起動器1 1 1,該機車起動器 111係以迂迴具備氣化器108的節流閥(未圖示)的方式,且 開閉設於氣化器1 0 8的氣化器本體1 1 2的起動用混合氣通 路1 1 3的中間處的方式安裝於氣化器本體1 1 2上。 在上述起動用混合氣通路113,以介設於較機車起動器 1 1 1更上游側的部分的方式,在氣化器本體1 1 2上固定著 放氣管114,在氣化器本體112的下部固定著上部由該放 氣管1 1 4的下部突入的燃料噴嘴1 1 5。此外,在氣化器本 體1 1 2的下部固定著儲積燃料用的燃料箱1 1 6,上述燃料 噴嘴1 1 5的下部係突入燃料箱1 1 6內的燃料中。 機車起動器111具有可進退自如地插入較放氣管114的 下游側且設於起動用混合氣通路1 1 3的通路中段部的噴嘴 1 1 7的針閥1 1 8,針閥1 1 8之在噴嘴1 1 7內的位置係藉由機 車起動器1 1 1的通電控制所決定,藉以決定流通經過起動 14 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107264 200400317 用混合氣通路1 1 3的起動用混合氣的量。 在構成圍板8 2之局部的上部及下部罩體構件8 3、8 4的 配合面86間形成嵌合孔120。而且,連接火星塞51之栓 塞帽121在嵌合孔120的周圍具有頂接上部及下部罩體構 件83、84的外面的鍔部121a且嵌合於上述嵌合孔101。 此外,上述上部及下部罩體構件8 3、8 4中,上部罩體 構件83上一體設置著從上面覆蓋嵌入嵌合孔12〇的栓塞帽 1 2 1的嵌合部的庇護部1 2 2,在該庇護部1 2 2的前端部,如 圖1 2所示,形成頂接且繋合栓塞帽1 2 1以便阻止該栓塞帽 1 2 1繞火星塞5 1之軸線周圍旋轉的止旋定位部1 2 2 a。 上述庇護部1 22係爲以從上面覆蓋著形成爲從栓塞帽 121向著前方將連接於栓塞帽121 ·的高壓電纜線123的一 部分延伸的姿勢的栓塞帽1 2 1的嵌入嵌合孔1 20的嵌合部 的方式而形成者,止旋定位部122a係將利用來自高壓電纜 線1 23作用的彈性力而對於火星塞5 1的軸線周圍一端增勢 的栓塞帽1 2 1,以對抗並接受上述彈性力的方式形成於庇 護部122。 一倂參照圖1 3,上部罩體構件83上一體形成連續上述 庇護部122而連設的夾具安裝座125,利用彈性安裝於該 8,配設 於後輪WR的右側的排氣消音器1 1 9則連接著排氣管1 1 8 的下游端。 尤其注意圖3及圖4,在曲柄箱35上以向著機車的行進 方向前方的狀態連接著由後輪WR的左側延伸出的傳動箱 1 3 6。該傳動箱1 3 6係由一體連設於上述曲柄箱3 5的箱構 件3 5b且延設於後方的箱主體137 ;在與該箱主體137之 間形成第1傳動室140且從左側固緊於箱主體137的左側 蓋1 3 8 ;及在與該箱主體1 3 7之間形成第2傳動室1 4 1且 固緊於箱主體1 3 7的右側後部的右側蓋1 3 9所構成。 在傳動箱1 3 6之箱主體1 3 7的前部,以配置於引擎E的 汽缸塊3 6的側面的方式突設著支持腕部1 42,該支持腕部 142係介由連桿機構33而可搖動地被支持於車體框架25 上。 後輪WR的車軸1 4 3係由傳動箱1 3 6之箱主體1 3 7的後 部及右側蓋1 3
