200407096 (1) 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於與用後即棄型紙尿褲或吸尿棉墊等之體 液吸收性穿用物品並用，且在剛排泄尿之後，可將尿流朝 向穿用物品之下方引導之薄片。
【先前技術】 以往，在用後即棄型紙尿褲之吸收體形成可將尿流 自紙尿褲之上方朝向下方引導之壓搾溝，係例如由專利文 獻1 (日本實開平6 — 4 8 6 3 8號公報）而爲習知。如 此之溝係解決尿等之體液向紙尿褲之側方流漏的問題。 【發明內容】 〔發明所欲解決之課題〕
如此之壓搾溝，係預先形成在用後即棄型紙尿褲上， 而理所當然在購入無壓搾溝的紙尿褲之情況下，則無法利 用壓搾溝所產生之效果。 本發明之課題，係提供即使不藉由壓搾溝亦可引導在 體液吸收性穿用物品上之尿流的簡便之手段。 〔用以解決課題之手段〕 用以解決上述課題之本發明，係由物的發明、及該物 的使用方法之發明所構成。 在上述物的發明中，本發明之尿引導用薄片之特徵， -5- (2) 200407096 係由··相互平行而朝上下方向延伸之複數條帶片所成之尿 引導部、及將複數條的上述帶片之上端部彼此連接的薄片 狀之連結部所構成，且可引導弄濕上述帶片之尿液使其從 上述帶片之上述上端部流向其相反端部之下端部。 在如此之發明，有如下之較理想之實施形態。
(1 )上述帶片係比該帶片之寬度方向朝從上述上端 部向下端部之長度方向較可將上述尿液輕易地擴散。 (2 )上述帶片係纖維之集合體，其纖維係朝上述上 下方向配列。 (3 )上述帶片係以疏水性之纖維所形成。 (4 )上述帶片係包含上述疏水性之纖維及親水性之 纖維。 (5 )在上述連結部之單面上塗敷有接著劑及黏著劑 之其中任一種。
又，在上述使用方法的發明中，本發明之尿引導用薄 片之使用方法，其特徵爲：將上述連結部安裝於用後即棄 型紙尿褲、失禁患者用紙尿褲、吸尿棉墊其中任一種的體 液吸收性穿用物品之內面而與上述體液吸收性穿用物品一 起使用申請專利範圍第1〜6項之其中任一項所記載之尿 引導用薄片。 【實施方式】 〔發明之實施形態〕 以下’參照圖面說明本發明之尿引導用薄片及其使用 -6 - (3) (3)200407096 方法之詳細。 在第1圖以立體圖所顯示之尿引導用薄片1 ，係具有 =由圖中傾斜地從上方朝向下方相互地並行而延伸之複數 條帶片2所構成之尿引導部3、及將各帶片2之上端部4 彼此接連而朝橫寬方向延伸之連結部6。 較理想之帶片2，係具有3〜3 0mm之寬度、及 5 0〜400mm之長度，且由不織布、織布、薄膜、紙 等之薄片材料所形成。該薄片材料爲不織布或織布之情況 時’於形成該等之纖維可使用疏水性者、親水性者、疏水 性者與親水性者之混合物。纖維係並且朝帶片2之縱長方 向配列爲較佳。 連結部6係與帶片2同樣地由不織布或織布、薄膜、 紙等之薄片材料所形成，且帶片2之上端部4係藉由接著 、熔著、縫合等之手段所固定。圖示例之連結部6，係具 有：內面薄片1 1、及位於其背側之外面薄片1 2，且於 內面薄片1 1上塗敷黏著劑1 3。圖中，固定在連結部6 之內外面薄片1 1、1 2之複數條帶片2，係於寬度方向 相互相鄰，而於厚度方向2〜3片相互重疊。 第2圖係顯示在穿用狀態之尿引導用薄片1。尿引導 用薄片1 ，係內面薄片1 1介由塗敷其上之黏著劑1 3黏 貼於穿用者1 0之腹部的肌膚。帶片2係從穿用者1 〇之 腹部朝下方延伸而在臀部使寬度變窄地集合起來而將尿道 口（未圖示）覆蓋著。在尿引導用薄片1之外側，緊靠著 由體液吸收性之芯材1 6、及夾住其之透液性內面薄片 (4) (4)200407096 1 7及不透液性外面薄片1 8所構成之慣用的吸尿棉墊 1 9。在如此之吸尿棉墊1 9之外側’穿用著用來使該棉 墊1 9緊貼於穿用者1 〇的臀部之以虛線所示之貼身短內 褲2 1。如此地使用尿引導用薄片1時，排泄出的尿則會 碰到位於尿道口之前方的帶片2而將該帶片2弄濕，且該 尿則被薄片1引導而朝向帶片2之下端部5 ，換言之，朝 向吸尿棉墊1 9之臀下域流，而並不會朝吸尿棉墊1 9之 寬度方向流。因此，若使用尿引導用薄片1 ，則可防止在 吸尿棉墊1 9之尿的側漏。 第3圖係顯示尿引導用薄片1之使用例的吸尿棉墊 19之部分破斷立體圖。吸尿棉墊19 ，係與第2圖之吸 尿棉墊同樣地具有：透液性內面薄片1 7、及不透液性之 外面薄片1 8、以及介於此等兩薄片1 7、1 8間的體液 吸收性之芯材16，且在內面薄片17之上面17a ，藉 由接著、黏著、熔著等之接合手段安裝尿引導用薄片1之 連結部6。尿引導用薄片1 ，其連結部6位於吸尿棉墊 1 9的兩端部2 6之其中一方的近旁，且帶片2長長地延 伸於兩端部2 6之間。若使用如此之吸尿棉墊1 9的話， 不需要如第2圖將尿引導用薄片1黏貼於穿用者之肌膚。 對於圖面之吸尿棉墊1 9 ，棉墊穿用者若取得慣用之吸尿 棉墊及第1圖之尿引導用薄片1的話，則可自己製作。圖 示例之尿引導用薄片1 ，係帶片2與連結部6以相同之薄 片材料作成，且複數條之帶片2朝寬度方向排列。 在本發明中’以吸尿棉墊1 9爲對象說明之尿引導用 (5) (5)200407096 薄片1 ，係可與用後即棄型紙尿褲一起使用。在引導用薄 片1中，帶片2係以較其寬度方向可朝長度方向將尿迅速 地擴散爲較佳。如此之帶片2係藉由使形成帶片2之纖維 朝帶片2之長度方向配列而可得到。若其纖維爲疏水性而 朝帶片2之長度方向配列時，則容易將帶片2之尿流朝向 帶片2之下端部5引導。如此之帶片2係因爲可各式各樣 地改變其延伸之方向，所以與爲引導尿流在體液吸收性之 芯材上所形成之壓搾溝不同，引導尿流之方向可較隨意地 改變。 〔發明之效果〕 本發明之尿引導用薄片，係因將其貼著於肌膚’或貼 著於吸尿棉墊或用後即棄型紙尿褲之內面，故可將尿流朝 尿引導用薄片之帶片延伸方向引導，因此若使用該引導薄 片時，則可簡單地防止在用後即棄型紙尿褲等之尿的側漏 ，且不需要在體液吸收性之芯材上形成壓搾溝。 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖係尿引導用薄片之立體圖。 第2圖係顯示尿引導用薄片的使用狀態之圖面。 第3圖係顯示尿引導用薄片的使用狀態之與第2圖不 同之圖面。 〔圖號說明〕 -9- (6) (6)200407096 1 :尿引導用薄片 2 :帶片 3 :尿引導部 4 :上端部 5 :下端部 6 :連結部

Claims (1)

(1) 200407096 拾、申請專利範圍 1 . 一種尿引導用薄片，其特徵爲：係由相互平行而 朝上下方向延伸之複數條帶片所成之尿引導部、及將複數 條的上述帶片之上端部彼此連接的薄片狀之連結部所構成 ，且可引導弄濕上述帶片之尿液使其從上述帶片之上述上 端部流向其相反端部之下端部。 2 .如申請專利範圍第1項之尿引導用薄片，其中， 上述帶片係比該帶片之寬度方向朝從上述上端部向下端部 之長度方向較可將上述尿液輕易地擴散。 3 .如申請專利範圍第1或2項之尿引導用薄片，其 中，上述帶片係纖維之集合體，而其纖維係朝上述上下方 向配列。 4 ·如申請專利範圍第1或2項之尿引導用薄片，其 中，上述帶片係以疏水性之纖維所形成。 5 ·如申請專利範圍第1或2項之尿引導用薄片，其 中，上述帶片係包含上述疏水性之纖維及親水性之纖維。 6 ·如申請專利範圍第1或2項之尿引導用薄片，其 中，在上述連結部之單面上塗敷有接著劑及黏著劑之其中 任一種° 7 · —種尿引導用薄片之使用方法，其特徵爲：將上 述連結部安裝於用後即棄型紙尿褲、失禁患者用紙尿褲、 吸尿棉墊其中任一種的體液吸收性穿用物品之內面而與上 述體液吸收性穿用物品一起使用申請專利範圍第1〜6項 r：n 之其中任一項所記載之尿引導用薄片。 -11 -
