Abstract
Söz konusu sistem halen okullarda ve yoklama zorunluluğu olan diğer eğitim kurumlarında kullanılmakta olan sınıf ders defteri ve yoklama işlemlerini elektronik ortamda kısa sürede yapılması için geliştirilmiş olup, toplanan verilerin elektronik tablo üzerinde önceden hazırlanan form üzerinde işlenerek yazıcı çıktısı alınıp ,girilen bilgilerin çıktılarının haftalık periyotlarda öğretmenler tarafından ıslak imza ile imzalanması ve geçmiş sınıf defterlerinin de elektronik ortamda saklanması şeklinde çalışan bir sistemdir.The aforementioned system has been developed to make the classroom course book and attendance procedures electronically in a short time, which is still used in schools and other educational institutions where attendance is required. It is a system that works by signing with wet signature and keeping the previous class notebooks electronically.
