Abstract

Buluş hazır gıdalardan profiterol üretimi yapan steril ve otomatik olarak çalışan bir üretim hattıyla ilgilidir. Buluş, folyoya ısı ve şekil verme istasyonunda termoformla şekil verilerek hazırlanan kaba dolum istasyonunda krema doldurulması, kremanın üzerine patuşların alınması, ardından üzerine çikolata sosu dökülmesi, sonrasında üzerinin kapatılarak paketlenmesi ve paketlerin kesilerek birbirlerinden ayrılması işlemlerinin Şekil 1?de görülen tek bir makinede yapılmasını sağlayacak şekilde yapılandırılmıştır.
