Abstract
Buluşa uygun tekstil aleti (10), içine bir karbonizasyon işleminde karbonun yerel olarak farklı bir şekilde dahil edildiği, krom çelikten oluşmaktadır. Bir ısıl işlemle, özellikle daha fazla miktarda karbonun bulunduğu bölgelerde tam sertlikteki martensit oluşumu elde edilmektedir. Böylece; farklı sertlikteki bölgeler, farklı işlem koşullarına maruz bırakılmaksızın, farklı sertlik bölgeleri olan bir tekstil aleti üretebilmektedir. Sertlik kontrolü, tekstil aletinin dönüşüm derecesine göre gerçekleşmektedir.
