Abstract

ÖZET Yeşil Kahveli Taze Makarna ve Üretim Yöntemi Buluş, gıda sanayisinde standart makarna üretim yönteminden farklı olarak, altın çileğinin öğütülmüş meyve kurusunun (%4) ve Yeşil kahve, ağacın meyve çekirdeklerinin kavrulup öğütülmesi ile elde edilen tozun (%1) oranında üretime yardımcı madde olarak ilave edilmesiyle üretilmiş olan Yeşil Kahveli Taze Makarna Ve Üretim Yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Gıda sanayinde makarna çeşitliliğini artırmak, tüketicilere sağlıya faydalı farklı lezzetler sunmak için geliştirilmiştir. Yeşil Kahveli Taze Makarna Ve Üretim Yöntemi için önerilen bileşimleri (% Kütlece ); Semolina unu (%60,5), Yumurta( %31,5), maya (%3) , Altın Çileği Kurusu (%4) , Yeşil kahve tozu (%1, tuz (%1) ve zeytinyağı (%0,5) şeklindedir.SUMMARY Green Coffee Fresh Pasta and Production Method Unlike the standard pasta production method in the food industry, the ground coffee (4%) of the golden strawberry and the green coffee (1%) are produced by roasting and grinding the fruit seeds of the tree.
