Abstract
Buluş, pastacılık ürünlerinin kaplanmasında, dekor ve çeşitli süsleme figürlerinin yapımında direk şekil verilerek kullanılan, kıvam arttırıcı madde olarak tragakant gam, modifiye mısır nişastası, karboksi metil selüloz (CMC) ve prejelatinize mısır nişastası, tatlandırıcı madde olarak maltoz, toz şeker, aspartam ve asesülfam K, bitkisel yağ olarak palm yağı, arıtılmış şebeke suyu, lezzet arttırıcı olarak süt tozu, nem tutucu olarak gliserin, renklendirici olarak titanyum dioksit, asitlik düzenleyici olarak laktik asit, sitrik asit, aroma verici olarak toz vanilin, koruyucu madde olarak potasyum sorbat içeren bir dekor ve kaplama hamuru ve bunun üretim yöntemi ile ilgilidir.
