Abstract

Bulus lastik üretimi için kauçuk karisimi ve bilesiklerini islemek için olan bir yöntem ile ilgilidir, yöntem baslangiç malzemelerinin bir karistirma kademesini ve ardindan karisimin karistiricidan çikarilmasi kademesini içerir, bu yöntemle yari-bitmis ürün tabaka seklinde elde edilir. Avantajli olarak, yöntemin çesitli kademeleri boyunca, karisimin sicakligi, karistirma süresi ve digerleri gibi bazi islem parametreleri tespit edilir; tespit edilen parametreler daha sonra referans degerler ile karistirilir ve bu degerlerden sapmalara bagli olarak çesitli islem kademeleri boyunca karisima bir degerlendirme atanir. Bu degerlendirme daha sonra gerçek zamanli olarak karisimin tabi tutuldugu sonraki üretim döngüsü kademelerinde kullanilir.
