Abstract

Mevcut bulus, oral olarak etkin bir farmasötik araci, tercihi bir polisakkaridin veya poliol ve yüksek amiloz nisastanin terapötik bir miktarinin karisimindan olusan bir kati dozaj birimi içeren amilaza karsi dirençli bir kati yavas salinimli oral farmasötik dozaj birimi ile ilgili olup, burada, yüksek amiloz nisastanin çapraz baglamasinin, 100 gr. yüksek amiloz nisasta basina yaklasik olarak 0.1 - 40 gr. çapraz baglama araci ile yerine getirilmesidir. Mevcut bulusun tercih edilen bir kullaniminda, yüksek amiloz nisastanin, esdeger gruplari esdeger olarak baglayan bir islevsel grup-ekleme reaktifi ile degistirilmistir.
