Abstract
Sert poliüretan köpügü'nün hazirlanmasi içinde kullanima yönelik olarak uygun olan polieter poliyoller, imidazol katalizörleri kullanan bir yöntem ile hazirlanmaktadirlar. Imidazol katalizörler, tepkinliklerini daha yüksek isi derecelerinde kaybetmemektedirler ve daha yüksek isi derecelerinde poliyollerin hazirlanmasi için, böylelikle, poliyol üretimi yöntemleri içinde kalis süresini ve enerji tüketimini azaltarak, kullanilabilmektedirler.Suitable for use in the preparation of hard polyurethane foam, polyether polyols are prepared by a method using imidazole catalysts. Imidazole catalysts do not lose their reactivity at higher temperatures and can be used to prepare polyols at higher temperatures, thereby reducing the residence time and energy consumption in polyol production methods.
