Abstract
Se trata de la preparacion de poliéterespolioles adecuados para su uso en la preparacion de espumas de poliuretano rígidas, mediante un procedimiento queutiliza catalizadores de imidazol. Los catalizadores de imidazol no pierden la reactividad a temperaturas elevadas y pueden utilizarse a temperaturas mayorespara preparar polioles y de ese modo reducir el tiempo de resistencia y el consumo de energía en los procedimientos de produccion de polioles. Dichoprocedimiento comprende preparar poliéterpolioles mezclando un iniciador de oxido de alquileno en presencia de catalizador de imidazol en condiciones dealcoxilacion de temperatura suficiente para preparar poliéterpolioles con la condicion que cuando se utiliza un iniciador aminoaromático ,la alcoxilacion serealiza a una temperatura mayor a los 125s.It is the preparation of polyether polyols suitable for use in the preparation of rigid polyurethane foams, by a process that uses imidazole catalysts. Imidazole catalysts do not lose reactivity at elevated temperatures and can be used at higher temperatures to prepare polyols and thereby reduce resistance time and energy consumption in the processes of producing polyols. Dichoproceding comprises preparing polyether polyols by mixing an alkylene oxide initiator in the presence of imidazole catalyst under conditions of coxylation sufficient to prepare polyether polyols with the condition that when an aminoaromatic initiator is used, the alkoxylation is carried out at a temperature greater than 125s.
