Abstract

Jinojenezi arttirmak veya meyve olusumu ve gelisimini kuvvetlendirmek için Anthirrhinum majus'dan alinan DefH9 genine ait hizlandirici bölgenin veya bitkilerde partenokarpinin veya disi kisirligin gelistirilmesine yönelik ayni tanim örnegini ve özellikleri sergileyen benzer bir gene ait bir hizlandiricinin kullanimini tarif edilmektedir. Ayni zamanda, bitkilerde tanimlanmasi üzerine yukarida adi geçen etkileri yaratan bir DNA sekansiyla kombinasyon halinde bir DefH9 hizlandiricisi ihtiva eden yeniden birlestirici DNA molekülleri de tarif edilmektedir. Daha da ötesi,bu gibi yeniden birlestirici DNA molekülleri ile sekilleri degistirilen bitki hücreleri ve bitkiler de tarif edilmektedir.
