Gazli, akiskanlastirilmis yatakli, sürekli islem, (a) etilen, (b) propilen, (c) etilen, propilen karisimlari, (d) (a), (b), (c) ile karistirilan, diger alfa-olefinlerinden seçilen olefin monomerinin, reaksiyon kosullarinda, polimerizasyon katalizörüyle etilenin ve/veya propilenin bir kismini içeren gazli akimin, sürekli, akiskanlastirilmis yataktan, reaktöre yeniden-isleme gönderilmesiyle, akiskanlastirilmis yatakli reaktörde polimerizasyonudur, reaktörden çekilen yeniden isleme sokulmus gazli akim iki akima (A,B) ayrilir, (a) birinci akim (A) sivinin yogunlastigi sicakliga sogutulur, reaktördeki akiskanlastirilmis yataga dogrudan tekrar sokulur, yogunlastirilmis sivi yataga, sürekli, minimum hizda, akiskanlastirilmis yatak malzemesinin metre küpüne karsilik, saatte 10 litreyle sokulur, (b) ikinci akim (B) soguma/yogunlasma basamagini by-pass edip, dönüstürücüden geçer, tekrar reaktöre sokulur.
