Abstract
L'invention concerne un composé de formule I telle que définie ici, Ou un de ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables ; une composition pharmaceutique contenant un composé de formule I, un procédé pour la préparation d'un composé de formule I, une méthode de traitement d'un trouble ou d'une affection qui peut être traité en antagonisant les récepteurs d' histamine H3, méthode comprenant l'administration à un mammifère ayant besoin d'un tel traitement d'un composé de formule l répondant à la description précitée, et une méthode de traitement d'un trouble ou d'une affection choisi dans le groupe consistant en la dépression, des troubles de l' humeur, la schizophrénie, des troubles de l'anxiété, la maladie d'Alzheimer, le trouble d'hyperactivité avec déficit d'attention (ADHD), des troubles psychotiques, des troubles cognitifs, des troubles du sommeil, l' obési té, les vertiges, l'épilepsie, le mal des transports, des maladies respiratoires, une allergie, des réponses des voies aériennes induites par une allergie, la rhinite allergique, la congestion nasale, la congestion allergique, la congestion, l' hypotension, une maladie cardio-vasculaire, des maladies du tractus GI, l'hypermotilité, l'hypomotilité et la sécrétion acide du tractus gastro-intestinal, méthode comprenant l'administration à un mammifère ayant besoin d'un tel traitement d'un composé de formule l répondant à la description précitée.
