UNA FORMA DE DOSIFICACIÓN UNITARIA ORAL, ALTAMENTE BIODISPONIBLE DE SUCCINATO DE O-DESMETILVENLAFAXINA (DVS) QUE POSEE UNA LIBERACIÓN RETARDADA DE AL MENOS APROXIMADAMENTE UNA HORA Y UNA LIBERACIÓN SOSTENIDA DURANTE VARIAS HORAS PARA PROVEER UNA LIBERACIÓN TOTAL SUPERIOR A APROXIMADAMENTE 85% DENTRO DE APROXIMADAMENTE 12 A APROXIMADAMENTE 14 HORAS. EN UNA REALIZACION, LA COMPOSICION DE DVS SUPERBIODISPONIBLE POSEE UNA LIBERACIÓN RETARDADA DE APROXIMADAMENTE DOS HORAS Y UNA LIBERACIÓN TOTAL SUPERIOR A APROXIMADAMENTE 95% DENTRO DE APROXIMADAMENTE 12 A APROXIMADAMENTE 14 HORAS.
