Изобретение относитс  к области горных машин, а именно к т говым органам забойных двухцепных скребковых конвейеров, примен емых в угольной промышленности. Известен двухцепной т говый орган конвейера , в котором скребок имеет на концах уго щени  с двум  1фодольными отверсти ми. Соединительное звено своими параллельными концами заводитс  в эти отверсти  и закрепл етс  пальцем 1. Недостатком такого т гового органа  вл ет с  наличие дополнительного элемента креплени звена к скребку - пальца, что снижает надежность и долговечность т гового органа и требу ет дополнительных затрат времени на его обслуживание . В процессе эксплуатации т гового органа пальцы срезаютс  вследствие укорачивани  деформированных скребков или их перекосов, возникающих при неравномерной вьгг жке т го вых цепей. Утолщени  на скребке и близко к нему расположенные заплечики соединительных звеньев ограничивают толщину внутренних венцов приводных звездочек, в результате чего последние быстро изнашиваютс , срезаютс  пальцы, нарушаетс  зацепление их с т говыми цеп мн. Кроме тОго, они не позвол ют перевод конвейера на большую скорость. Наиболее близким к предложенному по технической сущности  вл етс  двухцетшой т говый орган конвейера, включающий скребки, закрепленные на т говых цеп х посредством соединительных звеньев с элементами креплени , размещенными в отверсти х скребков и ножек соединительных звеньев 2. Однако выполненне элементов креплени  (планок) с отверсти ми и пазов в концевьтх част х скребков снижает надежность и долговечность соединени . Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение надежности и долговечности соединени . Цель достигаетс  тем, что в ножках ооединительнб1Х звеньев выполнены продольные пазы, а элементы креплени  выполнены в виде С-образной скобы, котора  установлена в пазах ножек. During the operation of the traction organ, the fingers are cut off due to shortening of the deformed scrapers or their distortions arising from an uneven pulling of the dead chains. The thickenings on the scraper and the closely spaced shoulder of the connecting links close to it limit the thickness of the inner rims of the drive sprockets, as a result of which the latter wear out quickly, the fingers are cut off, their engagement with the traction chains is broken. In addition to this, they do not allow the transfer of the conveyor to a high speed. The closest to the technical essence is the two-fold traction body of the conveyor, which includes scrapers attached to the pull chains by means of connecting links with fasteners placed in the openings of the scrapers and legs of connecting links 2. However, the fastening elements (strips) with holes and grooves in the end parts of the scraper reduces the reliability and durability of the connection. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability and durability of the compound. The goal is achieved in that the longitudinal grooves are made in the legs of the joining links, and the fastening elements are made in the form of a C-shaped bracket, which is installed in the grooves of the legs.
