Description

Педальна машина предназначаетс дл накладывани шпоры на собранный задник галоши. Машина состоит из стола 4, укрепленного на кронштейне 12. Стол может иметь любую форму, удобную дл удерживани накладываемого на него задника галоши. Последний удерживаетс на столе при помош,и зажимов 17 или при помощи вакуум-присосов, представл юш ,их собой отверсти в столе 4у соединененные с вакуумной линией.The foot machine is designed to overlap the spur on the assembled back of the overshoes. Работа на машине производитс следующим образом. Матерчатый задник с прокладками или без таковых накладывают на стол 4. На матерчатый задник собирают другие детали задника. После этого на него накладываетс шпора. Дл этой цели нить шпор 19 (фиг. 2), намотанную на катушке 10, провод т через ролик 7 и пружину в. Шпору, наход щуюс на конце нитн, отрезают ножом I, а нить удерживаетс пружиной 6. Отрезанную шпору вкладывают в гнездо /5 державки 3 и путем нажати ногой на педаль через систему рычагов 5, 13 поворачивают державку 3 вокруг шарнира на 90°. При этом шпора накладываетс на задник, педаль освобождаетс , и державка 5 возвращаетс в свое исходное положение.
