Description
Изобретение относитс к области торф ной промышленности, в частности к коагул ции торф ной гидромассы .The invention relates to the field of peat industry, in particular to the coagulation of peat hydromass.
The proposed method is as follows. In the hermetically sealed cylindrical tank, waste from mechanical plants is loaded — iron scrap, chips, sawdust. The scrap iron loaded into the tank is then sprayed with water and blown with hot humid air to form iron oxides on the surface of the scrap. After that, the peat on the hydromass (with a dry matter content not exceeding 3%) is poured into the tank and the latter is intensively moved by blowing air. At the same time, due to the close contact of hydromass with iron oxides, the latter dissolves humic acids of peat hydromass with the formation of iron humic acid and with simultaneous coagulation of the hydromass with the resulting salt.
To obtain the maximum effect of coagulation, it is possible (but not necessary) to use a known technique, adding to the hydromass at the end of its mixing with air,
After unloading the coagulated hydromass from the tank, the iron chips are blown with hot flue gases in order to char the peat residue adhering to the iron and fibers.
The products of the future distillation mixed with the flue gases can either be directly released into the atmosphere, or else, to trap the products of the pyrogenic decomposition of peat residues, they can be sucked through the cooler beforehand. After heat treatment, the iron cuts are washed with water, blown with air and re-enter the operation.
