Description

In a mining combine, the cutting device is designed to pre-trim and cut the coal so that, as a result, its coal is collapsed under the influence of its own weight on transportable lumps. The cutting of coal is carried out by cutting chains, equipped with teeth like chains of a chain-type cutting machine. However, the chains used here must have the special property to bend in two directions. In the combine, two independent cutting chains are used, which are set in motion by a conventional type with asterisks 4, 5 located on a common shaft.
