Description

 Existing plastics in 1-point loom looms for fastening the ends of the weft yarns have the disadvantage that the thread fixed to the plate is tight or sagging or too tight, which causes it to break when the bobbins enter the shuttle.

The present invention has in mind the elimination of these drawbacks by using a box suspended from the plate with freely moving weights carrying screws with threads fixed on them.

In the schematic drawing of FIG. 1 shows a view of the proposed adaptation in general; FIG. 2 is a front view of the box with a partial cut; FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of the box with a reinforced screw for locking the threads.

The proposed fixture consists of a plate / box 2 fixed to an existing one on multi-weaving looms and equipped with cylindrical openings 7 for weights 4

and grooves 6 for passing the screws 3. The latter are placed on the weights 4 and carry the spring-loaded cups 5, which press the threads 9 to the washer 8.

The device operates as follows. The ends of the threads to be secured are placed between the washer 8 and the spring-loaded cup 5. Since the weight on which screw 5, which carries the cups 5 is placed, can move along the slots 6 of the box 2, the threads are all at a low tension, as a result and thread breakage is eliminated, as well as systematic observation of the weaver.
