Description

The proposed device is intended to divert clarified water from a sectional trap to trap fiber from the wastewater of a paper machine.

The device consists of a vessel / 2, having inside a box-shaped sleeve / 6, through which the rod 2 passes. The vessel can move vertically along this rod. The vessel 72 in the upper part has four or more openings with trays 5 and, hollow floats attached to them. Holes are made in the bottom of this vessel, provided with nozzles / 7, on which flexible sleeves 3 are worn, running spirally around rod 2 and extending downward through the opening 75.

Above the vessel 72, another vessel 6 is installed, inside which the same rod 2 passes through the sleeve. The vessel 6 has in its bottom a branch pipe Yu and valves 7 hanging on the rods 8 against the openings 77, as well as springs 9f separating the upper vessel 6 from the lower vessel 72.

The effect of the fixture is as follows. In the section filled

water, the vessel 72 due to the action of the floats 4 is in the state of a floating body. The upper clarified water is poured over the sides 75 into the trays 5 and enters the vessel 72, from which it flows out through the tubes 3. The clot continuously flows out through the hole / 4.

Due to the outflow of water, the whole apparatus decreases accordingly with decreasing level, however the trays 5 are at the same time below the level. Upon emptying the entire section, the apparatus lies on the walls at the bottom of the cone. When the conical section 7 is filled with water, the upper vessel 6 is lowered due to the filling with water, and the valves 7 close the openings 17, which prevents water from flowing out with fiber into the rubber sleeves 3 at the time of filling. As the apparatus is filled with water, the whole apparatus rises, and at the end of the filling process, its action repeats, and vessel B, emptying of water through the pipe 7 (7, by the action of springs 9, will rise, and valves 7 will open the holes 77.

The subject matter of the invention.

1. A device for draining clarified WATER from a sectional trap. 2. The form of making the vessels mentioned in p. 1, characterized in that they use centrally arranged cages serving as guides for moving the vessels along the rod 2 (Figs. 1 and 2).
