Предлагаемое приспособление состоит из металлической трубки 7,. снабженной продольной прорезью 2 с расширением 3. На другой стороне трубки 7 надето на шариковом подшипнике кольцо 4, имеющее на внешней своей стороне черв чную резьбу. Перпендикул рно к трубке 7 поставлен на подшипниках 5 валик 6, на котором нарезана черв чна резьба 7, наход ща с в зацеплении : резьбой на кольце 4. На этом же балике 6 имеетс шкив 8, который приводит в действие валик 6 при помощи не большого электромотора, вследствие чего кольцо 4 вращаетс вокруг трубки.
