Description

The invention relates to devices for lubricating idler pulleys with a lubricating wick placed in a groove on the inner surface of Ngkiva. In the proposed device, in order to create conditions for automatic continuous feeding with lubricant of the rubbing surfaces in order to avoid their wear, the lubricant is forced to be squeezed out of the wick under the action of centrifugal force.

In the hub 1 of the pulley, along its entire length there is a rectangular notch 2 to the shaft 3 itself. In this notch, according to the dimensions of its profile, and the length, a cloth wicker 4 sewn from all sides is filled with lubricant ointment and having from side 3 a row of holes 5 adjoining to it, located along the generatrix of the cloth cylinder - wick 4. On the top of this wick is placed a metal plate b over its entire length, extending beyond the length of the hub and counterweight 7. -8, linked between each other, the hinges 9 and the lynch pins 10. Due to the centrifugal orbital force developed during rotation, the plate b presses the wick 4 to the shaft 3 and, squeezing the grease through the holes 5, continuously feeds the surfaces.

A device for greasebone pulleys using a lubricating wick placed in a groove on the inner pulley surface, characterized by using the plate b above the wick 4, which extends beyond the sheath of the pulley and is attached to a semi-ring counterweight 8, as a device it is intended squeezing grease from the wick 4 under the action of centrifugal force.
