Description

The proposed hydraulic press is assigned, as applied to the oil mill, for a bag of sludge in napkins, and rollers connected to the hydraulic cylinder rods are used to wrap molded bags into the napkins, and a belt conveyor is used to remove the finished bags from the press pads.

FIG. 1 and 2 of the drawing press is shown schematically in two forms, front and side.

In addition to the usual hydraulic press cylinder acting with its UJTOKOM on the movable plate 2, the press is equipped with four more such cylinders, of which cylinder 3 (Fig. 1) is used to push press carriage 4 under moldable media, cylinders 5 and 6 (Fig. 2) for wrapping it when forming into napkins and cylinder 7 for advancing conveyor belt 8. To control these cylinders operating with constant pressure from reservoir 9, there are spool distributors for each of them: for proper pressing chi lindra 1-device 10, for cylinder 3-device 11 (fig. 1), for both cylinders 5 and 6 one device 12 and for cylinder 7 moving the conveyor-device 13. carry the spring rollers 14 and 15 on which the edges of the napkins applied before pressing the mold onto the conveyor belt 8 at the location of it on the lower stationary plate 16 of the press are placed. When advancing, towards the middle of the press, with the pads 17 and 18 of the cylinders 5 and b, the rollers 14 and 15 wrap the edges of the napkin on the produced bag of mash, which is then pressed. After that, and by raising the top plate 12 with the piston rod of the cylinder 7, it is set in motion through the pawl 19, abutting one of the teeth 20, the conveyor belt 8, passing through the blocks 21 and 22, and the top branch of the tape moves to the side from the press ready package 23.
