Description
Способ имеет целью изготовление продукта из отбросов хромовой и краснодубной кожи в смеси с корой пробкового или корой иных деревьев. Дл осуществлени предлагаемого способа берут мелко измельченную пробку или кору деревьев, по своим свойствам близко подход щую к ней, и обрабарьшают слабыми растворами сульфоновых органических или минеральных кислот, или растворами кислых солей, или солей щелочноземельных и др. т желых металлов. К подготовленной массе прибавл етс раствор белков или их смесь с кератиновыми веществами или только кератиновые вещества, предварительно обработанные жидкими продуктами конденсации фенола или его гомологов с формальдегидом , при чем все тщательно перемешиваетс . Затем вводитс кожана стружка , снова перемешиваетс со всей смесью и обрабатываетс одним из вышеуказанных кле щих веществ, после чего смесь прессуетс дл удалени воды и придани ей однородности и формы. При этом получаетс весьма пластичный, легкий и упругий материал, который по высыхании становитс твердым, прочным и обладает способностью полироватьс . Если же полученный таким путем материал подвергнуть прессованию в обогреваемых прессах, то твердость и прочность его значительно повышаютс , а также при этом приобретаетс им и высока устойчивость к воде.The method aims to manufacture a product from the garbage of chrome and red-tan skin mixed with cork bark or bark of other trees.
