Продолжительность крашени -додубливани сол ми хрома -120-140 мин. Затем провод т промывку 30-40 мин при непрерывном вращении барабана и слив. Далее в барабан заливают воду с температурой 40±5°С из расчета ЖК=1,0-1,5 и на ходу барабана через полую ось последовательно в течение 5-10 мин заливают /в % от массы строгано полуфабриката/: гидрокарбонат натри 1,5-2,0, жировую эмульсию 4,0-7,0, синтетический дубитель 3-6. Продолжительность обработки 1,0-1,5 ч. Затем через полую ось заливают раствор органической кислоты /муравьина, уксусна , щавелева / в количестве 0,2-0,4% от массы строганого полуфабриката и продолжают вращение барабана 15-20 мин.
