Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular prosthetics with artificial grafts.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in alloplastic prosthetics by increasing the prosthesis.
The method is carried out as follows.
After resection of the artery segment, an artificial prosthesis is inserted into the resulting vascular defect with a second prosthesis of a larger diameter previously placed on it and a length of 4–9 mm less than the first. The edges of the second prosthesis are glued to the inserted prosthesis, and a solution with endothelial cells is introduced into the space between them.
The dog's carotid arteries are cut through the neck. The common carotid artery was clamped, resected over 60 mm. The resulting diastasis is replaced by a 8 mm diameter fluorine coated prosthesis with a second 10 mm diameter prosthesis previously put on it, the edges of which are glued to the surface of the first prosthesis with medical adhesive, and the length is 6 mm less than the first. The double prosthesis is filled with physiological saline with heparin; after the lining along the prosthesis, the blood flow is briefly started for 1-2 s. After 6-7 minutes after this, a prepared suspension of endothelial cells with a nutrient medium was introduced into the space between the prostheses. After that, blood flow is restored.
The method was used in 14 experiments, the observation period was up to 1.5 years. In all cases, the control study obtained quality lining
