Цель изобретени - повышение достоверности исследований за счет вы влени вли ни погрешностей отдельных параметров на точность обработки. Детали-образцы выполн ют в виде отдельных зубчатых венцов с упругодеформирующимс ободом. Устанавливают венцы на общую оправку. Перед хонингованием зубьев выполн ют шлифование зубчатого венца до заданной точности. Хонингование выполн ют с многократным воспроизведением преднамеренных исследуемых погрешностей зубчатого венца.
