Abstract
Изобретение относитс к ремонтно-изо- л ционным работам обсадных колонн нефтегазовых скважин дл восстановлени их герметичности. Цель-повышение надежности установки металлического пластыр (МП). В корпусе устройства установлены электродвигатель с редуктором, гидронасос и гидроцилиндр с полым поршнем и штоком . Под МП на валу корпуса установлена раскатывающа головка (РГ). В нижней части корпуса с возможностью взаимодействи с МП размещен упор с жестко св занным с ним приводом его осевого перемещени . Над РГ расположен дорнирующий конус, установленный на штоке с возможностью взаимодействи с МП. Привод перемещени упора выполнен в виде дифференциального поршн , установленного в корпусе и образующего с его стенками две камеры. Одна из камер гидравлически св зана каналом с полостью нагнетани , а друга - другим каналом с полостью всасывани гидронасоса. Между собой камеры св заны каналом с расположенным в нем обратным клапаном со штоком. Конус, проход по МП, деформирует его в цилиндр и прижимает к ремонтируемой трубе. Перемещаема вслед за конусом РГ создает дополнительную пластическую деформацию. При достижении верхнего положени РГ своим торцом воздействует на шток клапана, который открывает доступ рабочей жидкости из камеры над поршнем по каналу в полость всасывани гидронасоса. Контактна площадь и удерживающее усилие МП на стенке обсадной колонны достаточны дл его удержани . 1 ил. сл С о СП О О юThe invention relates to the repair and insulation works of casing strings of oil and gas wells in order to restore their tightness.
