Description
В предлагаемом изобретении, касающемс станка дл обработки бревен применен неподвижный остов, внутри которого установлен в} ащающийс вокруг бревна трубчатый патрон с резцами, придающими бревну цилиндрическую форму; на этом же остове укреплен кронштейн с помещенным в нем с другим вращающимс резцом, выбирающим в бревне желобок, а дл сн ти по бокам бревна горбылей, предназначена пара круглых пил, переставл емых вверх и вниз посредством рычажной системы. Подача обрабатываемого бревна осуществл етс помощью двух тележек с центрами , между которыми закрепл етс бревно, которому, вместе с тележками, сообщаетс возвратно - поступательное движение. В неподвижном остове 1 (фиг. 1-3),. сквозь который пропускаетс подлежащее обработке бревно 14, помещен на шариках трубчатый патрон 2 с резцами 10, удерживаемый от смещени в осевом направлении кольцом 3 (фиг. 4), прикрепленным шурупами к остову 1, в верхней части которого расположен кронштейн 4, несущий головку с резцом 11, переставл емым .по высоте посредством винта 5; по бокам кронштейна расположены круглые пилы б (фиг. 1-2), переставл емые вверх и вниз при помощи рычажной системы 8, 12. Головка с резцом 11 и трубчатый патрон 2, посредством ременной передачи 18 и цепи 9 получают вращение от приводного вала 16 станка, а пилы 6 привод тс во вращение цепью 19 от вала 16, св занного системою зубчатых передач с привидным валом 16.
