Abstract
Изобретение относитс к пневматическим форсункам дл распылени жидкости и может быть использовано дл напылени на различные поверхности пластмасс, быстротвердеющей смеси, краски и т.п., а также дл форсированного охлаждени изделий после прокатки или отливки на установках непрерывной разливки и в других отрасл х техники. Цель изобретени - повышение степени дисперсности распыл емой жидкости. Дл этого серповидное сопло 5 образовано цилиндрическими поверхност ми, длина образующих которых выбрана в пределах 8-40 δм, где δм - наибольша ширина серповидного сопла 5 в радиальном направлении. Выходной торец насадка 2 дл подачи жидкости может быть выполнен углубленным относительно выходного торца серповидного сопла не более, чем на 30δм. Выходной торец насадка 2 дл подачи жидкости может быть выполнен выступающим относительно выходного торца 10 серповидного сопла 5 не более чем на 100 δм. Форсунка может быть снабжена установленной на корпусе 1 соосно с ним цилиндрической втулкой 11, торец которой выполнен выступающим относительно выходного торца 10 серповидного сопла 5 в пределах 30-400 δм. The output end of the nozzle 2 for the supply of fluid can be made in-depth with respect to the output end of the sickle-shaped nozzle by no more than 30 meters. The output end of the liquid supply nozzle 2 can be made protruding relative to the output end 10 of the crescent nozzle 5 to no more than 100 m. The nozzle can be equipped with a cylindrical sleeve 11 mounted on the housing 1 coaxially with it, the end of which is protruding relative to the output end 10 of the crescent nozzle 5 within 30-400 δm.
